I called the phone number and it goes through with an immediate busy signal. I simply want to know about a muzzle reducer for the 450 Bushmaster I bought from Ruger

I cant get any by phone calling. I need two magazines extended for the mini 9 mm and for the sp101 9MM I would purchase 9 clips that hold the ammo in the cylinder.

Having trouble with a mark 3 pispol.

At the range when I was shooting the gun the pin came out that holds the trigger and hammer in place fell out. I brought the gun to a certify gun smith and he could not fix it. He said the frame is off and the gun won't cook. He said I need a new frame. The gun Isa mark 3 and not use much. Why did this happen. And how much is the new frame. Phone # is 718614****.

LCP.380 problem

Daughter purchased a Ruger LCP.380 at Cabelas approximately 18 months ago. This pistol has never been fired. I decided to clean it to ready it for the range a few weeks ago and found that it is next to impossible to remove the barrel from the slide. Instead of being able to simply lift it from the slide, it requires quite a bit of wiggling and turning and after close to ten minutes of this, somehow it comes out. Getting it back in is even more difficult and required even more time. Obviously, this is a manufacturing defect and needs correction. My daughter is not able to go through this process and is very disappointed. At this point she doesnt want to own this firearm. The serial number of this firearm is 38080**** Please advise what can be done to rectify this matter. Thank you very kindly. Robert Sheldon

Gun will not fire, hammer cocked, will not release.

I bought a LCP II in .22 Cal from a pawn shop. When I got home, I discovered the hammer was jammed in the cocked position and would not release. I called Ruger Buy Firearms Customer Service to see if the weapon was warrantied to a second purchaser and discovered it was. After discussing the problem, I was told to wait for a shipping label by email and to send the weapon into Ruger for service and return to me. The CS Representatives I talked to were professional and extremely helpful.

Shoddy workmanship on 2022 mini-14

Bought a new 2022 manufactured mini-14. Since I always clean a new firearm before initial firing, I disassembled, cleaned and checked for burrs, cracks, etc. Upon reassembly, trigger guard would not reset. Took to favorite gunsmith. He could not fix. Ordered new trigger guard. Not a viable fit. Finally ordered from a third party. Installed and works great. Gunsmith stated he has recently encountered problems with mini-30, wheel guns, etc. Bottom line: payed over $150 to fix Ruger's poor QC. Returning rifle to Ruger through dealer (live in California) a living nightmare!

EXCELLENT REPAIR SERVICE

Had a wonderful experience in repair of my Ruger Red Label 28 gauge O/U. My wife purchased it for me in 2005 and I have LOVED going quail hunting with it. I was having problems with the second bbl not firing that got progressively worse over the last several years. I sent it in on April 21 and it was returned on May 5. Interestingly enough, I had the SAME problem with a Beretta Silver Pigeon that I purchased in 2019 and have had to send back to them TWICE. Most recently was this past January and it took a little over 4 months for them to return the gun.

Stock damaged from factory Marlin 45-70

Forearm came damaged from factory. Paid too much money for imperfections. Love the rifle though. I got the gun damaged from the factory.

False Advertising and poor customer service

I ordered a 10/22, which is advertised at Ruger's website as (quote): "Also includes: convenient carry-case." The gun came without case/bag, though. Upon a polite inquiry, I received a rude answer: No salutation, no apology for the incorrect/false advertising. Just the plain answer that this gun comes without case. Upon my second attempt, Ruger didn't bother to answer.

Ruger LCP Max quality control

Bought a brand-new LCP Max, S/N 38094****. I disassembled and cleaned it before going to the indoor range. Put up a 12" target at 7 yards and missed on every one of 15 shots. I called two range monitors, both NRA instructors, and they couldn't hit the target either. They put up a man-sized target and found the gun was firing at least 5" low. I called Ruger CS, and they said they'd have to get a replacement slide and barrel off the assembly line, and that it would take about 3 days. I called back after three days and the CS lady told me that the slide still isn't available and could I wait another few days. Or, I could send it back and they'll fix it within 9 days. She told me that returns get priority--parts are in second place, but I should wait a bit longer to see if the part becomes available. I'll call in 3 more days to see what is going on. I'll return it if that's the only way to get prompt attention. I'll have to take it to my FFL dealer to ship it back to stay legal in NJ and get it back from the FFL when Ruger finishes with it. Not happy! Meantime, I'm without my weapon and getting no sympathy from Ruger. As far as returning it for a refund or a new one from my FFL dealer, there was no indication from the CS lady that Ruger would give me or authorize a full refund. She told me the dealer could buy it back from me and resell it. How could my dealer resell a defective weapon? I'm not feeling so good about Ruger customer service!
