Delay payment

Hi! So my payments are every 28th each month and I didnt pay this month because someone used my card and I dont have enough money to pay it off , Ill be able to pay in full on the 9th! Sorry about this inconvenience!!

Beware

A judgement was passed against me that I was completely unaware of. I found out after I attempted to contact Ford to facilitate returning a vehicle that was being held by the DA's office for an extended period of time. Ford directed me to Rubin & Rothman and thats how I found out about the judgement that was passed. I was never served and therefor was not aware that I needed to show up to court to defend myself. I worked with Russell Malone, who has been very rude and disrespectful with me on every call I've had with him. He is very impatient and resorts to bullying tactics. He has raised his voice and threatened to hang up on me on more than one occasion when I challenge information he gives me that is either incorrect or makes no sense. Despite all of this, I cooperated to make sure Ford got the vehicle back in their possession with the understanding the debt amount would be reduced or cleared upon Ford selling the vehicle at auction. That was almost a year ago and not a single penny has dropped from the balance owed. In fact, the balance continues to increase and I was not contacted once by Ford or R&R with an update. When I contacted R&R, they have nothing on file to show that Ford reported how much the car was sold for so therefor its showing I still owe the full balance. This whole thing is criminal and these people continue to take advantage of the system to keep people in debt.

Horrible

I had a agreementh pay off my debt and was making the payments and they still place a judgement against me... with bank statements to prove payments.

Served law suit with no prior documentation of debt

Was served a law suit with no prior documentations explaining debt that I aledgely owe.No.bills in mail nothing to warm me of a law suit coming.Very unfair and shady ptactices.this happened feb of 2018

Zero professionalism/ phone games

Michelle Parker who appears to be the "only one" available to speak to, never ever answers her phone. The phone operators know this and pretend they're trying to contact her in the office or will even "page" her. Right.. If your lucky, they will transfer your call to a "Lisa" who also never answers. I've left over 7 + voice mails. The entire office plays a game with callers. They dish out the threats, garnishments, etc., but are not accessible to speak to. No one wants to be in a position of debt, but life happens. Rubin and Rothman will cross any line and are ruthless. They have been sued for illegal tactics. The entire office staff plays along with the phone call games. No emails are given out either. The probably sit around and compare their new nails they had done while snapping their gum sipping Dunkin' Donuts.

BULLY TACTICS

Without having my correct address & properly notifying me they were filing a judgement against me, I am now faced with a bully who is refusing to negotiate. She says it's too late because they have already issued a wage garnishment. And, she's such a bully you can't have a conversation with her. My credit score was hit as a result of this and I'm eager to get it resolved. But, when you are hit with a ton of bricks on the other end of the phone, not sure what to do. I can't believe Bank of America, which I used to think was an ethical company, uses such sleazy lawyers.
