Not getting rewards

On 8/25/23 I purchased a visa card and did not receive my 250 points. This occurred at the royal farms on 5 East Timonium?

BOGUS CREDIT CARD CHARGE

BEWARE PURCHASES AT ROYAL FARMS IN OCEAN VIEW. On 8/26/23 I pulled in to get gas. There was $34.11 on the pump from previous charge. I inserted my card to begin pumping & previous charge DID NOT disappear. The pump blinked & I removed card in an inserted again to pump gas. I then filled my tank w/gas amounting to $25.25. That is a valid charge. BUT, they charged me for the charge from the previous customer as well. Didn't get a receipt from gas station as I would have had to go inside & was hurrying to prepare for trip. (No paper receipts at pump as usual.) Have spent several hours disputing & not resolved as yet.

Rofo Rewards

I bought a $300 Amazon gift card and the cashier never scanned my QR code on my phone so I could get points added to my account. She said it was to late even though I told her in the beginning and then reminded her before I paid. She said I had to call customer support to see if they could add the points to my account. I saved the receipt and bd reached out to customer support and I cant get in contact to a human. This is ridiculous

Customer Complaint (Royal Farms Bel Air Store, Churchville Road)

Had very bad customer service experience on 8/8/23 at 5:23pm at Royal Farms with food, where I spent nearly $80 on food that was wrong. Immediately called back after returning home (wrong food provided) and was told I had to return immediately for refund. I could not. I filed Better Business Bureau complaint and it went no where. Now filing complaint with Consumer Protection Division and Office on Aging since I'm a senior citizen. Can provide receipt with details if needed for proof. Very disappointed with BBB of Maryland and Royal Farms.

Cannot aces my mobile app

I can not access my mobile app because when I up graded my phone I lost my passwords I have been trying to do this for months and I never received any communication at all

You can’t contact headquarters and every time you fill out a form they never get back to you

Tried calling multiple times about management as an employee and then went from. I finally got in contact with management. They said that there was nothing that they could do and that the person they sent said that we shouldnt complain. The management at Royal Farms is some of the worst Ive seen at any company.

To upgrade my card

I am really frustrated, spending time on the phone with no opportunity to speak with a live person. On the website, I cannot connect with the opportunity to upgrade my ROFO App, change to a new card, and continue to enjoy my accrued points from purchases. I need some help.

Unsatisfied customer

The royal farms on revolution and Juniata st in Havre De Grace Maryland is the most ridiculous store I've seen all the employees are always on their phones when I go their to get chicken they refuse to make any spicy tenders for customers they also told me that they only make them to order so if I ordered enough to make it worth ordering they would do it but if not they won't do it... I stood in line one day for 15minutes waiting to get cigs because everyone that worked their was playing on their phones behind the counter and not doing their jobs... something really needs to be done with this store I have got to the point I'm driving across town to the one on 40 because the ppl at the one on revolution are lazy and worthless they all need to be fired and I'm not the only person that quit going there alot of ppl quit going there and it's not right I live right beside of there I can walk there but I gotta drive to the other one because it's way better then revolution PLZZZZ DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BEFORE I HAVE TO GO UP ABOVE TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE PLZZZ...

Store employee forced me to buy merchandise!

I was forced to buy something very expensive that I didnt need at all and when I asked the cashier to take it off he refused an told me I had to pay for it or I wouldnt get the rest of my stuff that I already paid for!!

5-15-23, 7:45pm, store on Falls Rd. 21211

Ordered $30.29 chicken. 2 breast, 10 PC dark, large wedges. No dark mean done, literally not one pc. 3 breast dried somewhat. No wedges. Willing to wait 15 or 20, was never answered. I was kind and upbeat, never once disrespectful. She just ignored me completely.. Of course I won't say I'll never buy rofo chicken again,that would be a lie,but this employee did make me leave before I even had a chance. Also needed cig, slurpee, etc. My spending would have exceeded $50 for the stores daily sales. Ask the cashier working that evening - me 60 y.o. overweight male, using a walker. Cashier tall thin youngish blonde man.

Customer service for fueling customers cars in the morning

yeah West Berlin New Jersey your location customer service for getting gas around 5:30 in the morning I I go in and get coffee and then I wait for a bus across the street and I'm looking at your location for about a half hour waiting for a bus and nobody ever comes out to help people get gas to fill up their gas tanks so those people turn around and leave so you're losing a lot of business in that aspect so I think that's that should be a big concern of yours

one of your employee use that card my name deborah sexton i went to get gas of 15.00 i had 165.00 before i got gas wen i go use it again i got no money on my card my phone is 443 960****
