Complaint aganist KL05AZ3675

Dear sir, I am Amal Ramesh owner of Himalayan registration no: KL05AZ3675 . I had purchased my bike from Concord Rides kottayam before 6 months. I was very satisfied with the vehicle. But recently i am facing some issues with my bike. The bike engine turns of sometimes while riding and it continues for several times and i had shown my bike to the service Center Concord Rides kottayam itself. But my issue with the bike still persist and didn't solved yet. Also there is an issue with my speedometer, mist formation occurs inside the speedometer. When i shown this to the service Center they said they can't do anything and which is not covered under warranty. As a customer I want to sort out my issues with the bike at the earliest.If it's not covered under warranty then what else should cover? Its a manufacturing defect and you should replace the same. If not then why should i pay this much amount for buying this bike? Am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of vehicle and service provided. Kindly do the needful to sort out my issues as soon as possible.Awaiting for your revert. Regards AMAL RAMESH +91 9947* ***23

Rusted fuel tank due to bad paint

Hi I have been a loyal customer of Royal Enfield from 2008. This is my fourth vehicle. But after buying a brand new vehicle its fuel tank and other parts caught rust during the first month. I have taken the motorcycle to the agency we bought it from but they said they can not do anything. Very disappointed after spending almost 2.5lakh rupees on the motorcycle. As far as the problem is concentrated it is due to improper paint on the fuel tank. I am happy to send the pictures of the tank and other rusted parts. I am looking forward to get a proper solution That may include changing the tank and other affected parts. Please keep in mind the motorcycle is just 3months old and this happened in the first month. Also the motorcycle was taken to the RE repair center immediately after it happened. Kindly check and get back to me. I will be thankful for a genuine consideration. Kind regards, Aadil Kamra

Royal Enfield have agreed the warranty claim. Current status is awaiting parts.

After having my red and chrome classic 350 serviced at Cooperb Motorcycles (great service by them) I had a couple of warranty issues. Rear wheel spokes corroded and time clock losing a couple of hours within a few days of setting it, also excessive condensation in it. Warranty claim was rejected without reason. Cooperb are still chasing for me but after several weeks, nothing from RE warranty department! I love the bike and Royal Enfield as a brand, but without warranty support on a 12 month old bike, I am thinking of returning to Triumph. Shame on you Royal Enfield. Please support the people buying your bikes and they will support you.

Speedometer not fit for purpose - unsafe (Classic 350)

Speedometer on my Classic 350 gets stuck every time it's in warm and sunny weather (UK). It does not show current speed when this happens, which is a safety issue. Speedometers on other model Royal Enfields Ive bought work ok (Meteor 350 and Continental GT535)

The worst service and warranty

Denied warranty of ECU saying that i had missed 2 free services. Actually the service cetnter missed it to enter it as service. Very bad dealing of the customer. Service centre executives behaves like dogs and pings @Blue Mountain, Kunnamangalam ========================== Dear Sir/Madam, I had given my Electra 350 (KL57 7021) to Blue Mountain, Kunnamangalam for general Service on 7th May, 2023. As the vehicle had no complaints, I gave it for general service. The very next day, they called me and told me that the ECU (i dont remember exactly what it was) had to be changed, which would cost more than 4000/-. Actually, i am supposed to get warranty for that, but they denied warranty saying that i had missed 2 free services, which i had done on time properly (one from their centre, second from Malappuram service centre, third from Aluva service Centre- If they missed to enter into the system, it is not my fault or responsibility- it is the fault from the dealer. Why put customers in trouble??). As they said "no warranty", i went to them the very next day and told them that i did not want their service and i want my bike back and that i will do the service from outside. But surprisingly, the bike (which i have been driving and that day i drove 16 kms to the service centre without any problem) was not starting!!!???. Something happened from their side while checking. They did not give it to me. I got my bike yesterday and i had to pay 6500/-. I have the videos of all that happened that day and a vlog is ready with a famous vlogger from Calicut. We will release the Vlog if you dont take any action and i get a solution. It will definitely affect your reputation, because The Royal Enfield is also to blame if my free services did not show in the system. Note: the worst experience a customer can have. Problems with My Bike within 5 years of Journey

This is Mr. Shamanand P. Mallapur, resident of Belagavi, Karnataka. I bought a bike Thunderbird 350x in September-2018 for an approximate amount of 2 lakhs nearly 5 years back and I faced a lot of issues with it. As I belong to a middle class family, our aim is to get a good bike once in a lifetime and for us 2 lakhs means a Huge amount. I decided to take this bike because of trust in Royal Enfield and which is having good brand value throughout India. But I never expected that Royal Enfield could make a mistake by launching the Thunderbird 350x which has a lot of issues in it. In spite of all regular servicing for every 3 months or for every 3000-**** Km I have faced a lot of issues. Issues faced with the bike as follows: 1. In a span of 2 months of buying, the Twins spark got damaged, It was in a warranty so I accepted and made a change of it. and the service person claimed that it was the company's fault with that part. They have taken 5 days to replace it.(Cost: approx. 5k during 2018). 2. In June 2019, I found leakage of petrol from a petrol tank through an air pipe inside it. I went to the Service Centre and they told me that the petrol tank got damaged and we have to change it. Again it was under warranty they replaced Petrol tank with a new one. They took 30 days to replace it and the bike was there in the showroom for 1 Month. (Cost: approx. 12k during 2019) 3. In October 2019, the SpeedoMeter Clamp got damaged, Service person told me that it happened due to more vibration of the bike, and I asked him for the solution, he said it was the company's fault. Again I have changed it. (Cost: approx. Rs. 85 for the part and Charged Rs. 200 for fitting during 2019) 4. In March 2020, Petrol leakage started again, the same problem which I faced during June 2019. I went to the service center and asked the reason behind tank damage because it has repeated. He said BS4 model bikes are like that only and there is no solution for it. Again it was under warranty they replaced Petrol tank with a new one in one day. (Cost: approx. 12k during 2020) 5. In August 2020, the SpeedoMeter Clamp got damaged, which was due to vibration again. This time I didn't replace the Clamp rather I repaired it through welding. I thought this would be the permanent solution, otherwise I would have to change the clamp every 6 months. (Cost: approx. Rs.200 for welding including fitting) 6. In December 2021, Petrol Tank Damaged again, petrol leakage followed by a lot of noise in the petrol tank. This time it was not under warranty, so I decided to fix this problem and I consulted a Mechanic outside who had sound knowledge about Royal Enfield bikes and had more than 20 years experience in it. He understood the problem, he removed Air pipe and he blocked the leakage. And till now I didn't get any issue with petrol leakage.(Cost: approx. 4k during 2021) I want to add a line here for our so-called Expert Mechanics in Royal Enfield show rooms, they never solve the problem with repair, they know just to replace the part wherever possible. Their motto is to make only a huge bill.I am sorry to say this but it's TRUE. 7. In April 2023, I went to Service Centre with the issue of chain sound and was facing the problem in race flow (Jerking) and Morning start. They said they have to change the Chains Pocket and I agreed to change it because it was old. And for jerking they checked the battery first and they told us it's damaged, we have to replace it. I agreed for this too because it's almost 5 years old. Then they told me that Carburetor is also damaged, and without replacing it the jerking problem will not be solved like that. so I said Yes to everything because I was not having an option. As I said before they will not go for repairing and all just replacing the part and claiming that they solved the problem. (Total Service Cost: approx. 12k) I explained all these things is not to blame Royal Enfield Company for Thunderbird 350x, this is to understand that the person who bought that bike, what's the fate of that person who wanted his first dream bike to be faulty. Is it his mistake in trusting Royal Enfield ? or is it his fault in choosing Royal Enfield..? Who is answerable to this?Great thing that Royal Enfield made research and solved all the problems faced in Thunderbird 350x and they launched Meteor.Now who is having Thunderbird 350x, he can't spend 2.8 lakhs again to buy Meteor 350. Royal Enfield you maintained your brand by launching new bikes but you never showed Concern to the customers who bought Thunderbird 350x. Till now every service center is charging more and more and if they see Thunderbird 350x they are eager to charge more because the total bike is faulty, and they try to replace as much as parts they want and the customer has to agree because he is not having an option. I kindly request Royal Enfield company to show concern towards the customers who bought Thunderbird 350x and give compensation by charging less for every service or if possible please negotiate labor charge at least. Worst service and bike issue

Bike ABS not working properly and royal Enfield service Buxar Bihar 802101 not solved my problem and miss behave.
