Missed flight

Hello , base on my experience , I am very sad about your service, as the air staff are not willing to help me or fix the problem that I had there, when I missed the flight, unlike other Air companies, they do everything they can to solve the problem of thier client's fastly, you have no good service at all , plus I pay my air tickets from Nice to _casa blanca _ Dubai _phillipines, but you only wanted to send me to Dubai , so how bout my flight to phillipines? That's why I'm scared so I decided to go back to Italy , I lost lots of times there , and I missed the special family occasions in the Philippines, because of your non cooperative staff , they also asked me to pay again ,to rechange or re scheduled my next flight, but only from casa Blanca Maroco to Dubai, whiches not our deal, I booked a flight from Nice to casa Blanca maroco, then casa Blanca maroco to Dubai, then Dubai to phillipines ! I'm sorry but I am very disappointed with your service,as no flights happened I need my money back , thank you!

I forgot my duty free purchases on Seat 1A today on a flight from Casablanca to Paris.

I am yet to find my missing cosmetic on the AT788 flight to Paris from Morocco!!! I will be flying back on the 28th through Casablanca and I expect that something would be done about the missing Moroccan cosmetics.

Unable to get my documentation/ months of calling and emailing

I requested copies of my itinerary , charges, change fees etc for Travel Insurance purposes. They sent me the round trip tickets (that I did not complete) not the change ticket due to COVID. My trip was interrupted. I need the changed itinerary flight ticket, number, dates from Casablanca to Dullles. Travel insurance companies need receipts, fees, change fees ,what monies I lost by not continuing my trip. I sent this request to the website claims department.. Twice! Extension of return flight to Monrovia, Liberia

I am Daniel B. McGee who boarded the May 19, 2023 Royal Air Moroc Flight to JFK, New York. I have lost my ticket stub but think my return date is is July 21, 2023. I would like to extend my return flight to August 9 or 10, 2023. How much will this cost?

I have not received a refund for a flight i booked since 2020

I booked a flight in December 2020. Royal Air Maroc canceled the flight and promised a refund. I have made several calls and emails. The promise to refund but ever do it.

I then called the other number given on the email which was picked up by an agent called Sarah. when I spoke to the manger Emma, she said the call has come through to star travel. She told me that they can not find the ticket on the system, and I should contact the airline. I contacted Royal Marco who told me that the ticket issued was a one-way ticket, I will have to pay for a ticket for, my mother to travel back to Sierra leone. I am not happy because you breeched the contact. Problem with return ticket

Dear Concern, I purchased a ticket of Royal Air Morocco for a round trip, Bamako - Casablanca - Paris on 20 January and Paris - Casablanca - Bamako on 12 February. It was a nonrefundable ticket. On 20 January I went to Casablanca and didn't move further to Paris due to personal reason. I travelled Europe by road from Morocco. I travelled Spain, Croatia and Norway. While returning to Bamako, I will reach to Paris on 11 February. But, suddenly, I was informed that my return ticket from Paris to Bamako on 12 February has been cancelled. I am attending a United Nations peace support mission in Mali. I am not permitted to exceed the leave allotted to me ( Up to 12 February). Before leaving Bamako, I verbally informed the Royal Air Maroc office and the check-in counter while I am issuing boarding passes up to Paris that, I will stop in Casablanca. They assured me that it would not be an issue. However, I have purchased all of my connecting flight tickets based on my return to Bamako on February 12th. Now, if my Royal Air Maroc ticket is canceled, I will suffer a significant financial and administrative loss. As a result, I would like to request that you take my problem seriously and allow me to use my purchased flight on February 12th. I have already informed to RAM service client following due procedure. I humbly write to complain through your good office the frustration faced with flight AT554 on the early morning of 10th January, 2023. I am British citizen and residing in UK. I travelled to Nigeria on 22nd December 2022with a return ticket scheduled for 10th January, 2023. My travelling ticket was purchased through an Agent Euro travel at the cost of £1,450 (One thousand, four hundred & fifty pounds) TICKET INSTRUCTIONS: Gate (counter) close at 4.10. On this very faithful morning, my younger brother Mr. Kingsley Ejiofor and I who was returning back to the UK on the same flight AT554 scheduled for 5.30am departure take off. INCIDENT TIME: My brother and I arrived at the Airport at 3.05 am, our passport was checked at the airline security desk and certified with a sticker to move forward to the counter. We queued up with other passengers on different counter waiting to be served as passengers are served one at a time. My younger was served and boarding pass issued to him at exactly 3.30, the counter supervisor instructed the staff on desk to serve one passengers each and close the counter that seats are already filled. We over heard him. We thought it was a mere joke until all the customers service disappeared from the counter one after the other at 3.40 am (Airport camera referred). My self and four other passengers started running left to right confused and devastated as if we were in a dream or movie firm. Counter was close at 3.39am before scheduled 4. 10am as stated on our tickets. It was sure inhuman and unfair. At about 5am a Police man walked down to 5 of us that was stranded and said "I feel your pains, Royal Air Maroc does not want to take responsibility to accommodate you people in a hotel, The gospel truth was that the flight was over booked and this is too bad for this airline to be doing this to people every time" MY ACTION: Immediately I called my younger brother who already boarded to check the seats in the flight and see if any seats in Economy Y area was vacant without a passenger. Behold my brother called me after 5 minutes to inform me that the flight was filled from Business class up to the tail of the flight without a vacant seat unoccupied. I cried and when I remembered how I was begging, it was like asking for ice-block in a *** for no offence committed or whatsoever. QUESTION: Where is my/our seats? Most especially my return UK ticket seat space that I paid £1,450 for? There was no available seat in flight really mean that it was a fact that the information a Christian police man gave to us was right that the Airline was overbooked and our seats was sold because of peak seasons Christmas return rushes. Innocent me now pay the price for no offence is ridiculous and unbelievable. What baffled me most is that this is the 3rd time Royal Air Maroc is doing this to me. I paid penalty three times for no offence committed. I contacted my Agent and he checked online and said to me that the airline had already written NO SHOW on my ticket whereas, I was on time, done security check and was denial check in at the counter and shot the counter earlier at 3.40am instead of 4.10 schedule because of their fowl corrupt game. That faithful morning, all passenger affected waited until 9.30am waiting for Royal Air Maroc office to open for complain. The office then open at 9.30am. We made our complaints and the customer service desk checked each of every one of us ticket and said "You all have been recorded as NO SHOW". That She could only help if we are ready to pay a penalty to board on the 11th January 2023 being the next day. On my own She checked through the computer system and asked me to pay a penalty of N287,364 (Two hundred and Eighty seven thousand, three hundred and sixty four naira) I had to start making calls to friends and family to raise the amount to enable me pay and return back to the UK for my family and job. My appeal: Airline should be investigated for selling off my seat and labelling me NO SHOW, Camera in the airport to serve as proof, penalty charge me for nothing refunded, wages lost at job on the 11th should be paid, inconvenient allowance making me to spend extra night in Lagos (hotel) to be paid back. I am writing this letter as ADR and if not treated to satisfaction, then I will proceed to court because it was a day light robbery. I look forward to hearing from you soon. There has been a cancellation on my flight since 2020. Despite repeated requests, the airline did not refund my money

On 20/04/2020, the airline cancelled flight AT801 from Heathrow Airport to Lagos. Despite repeated requests to refund the money, I have been dealing with different issues that the finance department is looking into. In 2020, I bought a ticket with a credit card, and the charges have continued to mount. My reference number is {{Redacted}}.
