One, I made a deposit on the 31 of June for 150.00 and played all the games I wanted to before I lost, then made another deposit of 125.00 then suddenly I was unable to play any of the games. next, I was locked out of my account saying that the user name was no good or password after getting many temp. passwords I was still unable to get in. This means the last deposit that I made was taken. Yes, I got to spin maybe once before the site went crazy. I changed computers, and all that I was told to do on chat and nothing worked, so I couldn't play and my money is sitting there and I guess so is my withdrawal of 2500.00 that has not been paid, is too because I can not get into my account, it says because of too many tempts; been logging in with the same saved password and user name for years. but be that as it may, not one of the temporary passwords given to me got me back in. I would like my account unlocked and or my last deposit refunded to me along with the 2500.00 that I was trying to withdraw. Thanks

ROYAL ACE TOOK MY MONEY>
They locked my account on June 30th 2023 right after I made a deposit of 125.00 meaning I did not get a chance to play that. They haven't paid my winnings of 2500.00 from a week or so before that. They have not replied to any of my messages about the two. You can't talk to them on the phone unless you have a code, that I don't have. They were asking for documents before this hat had been sent. In short they took my money and will not talk to me.
