I was approved government wise an received broke

I have contacted whoop the Rover is associated with by helpinging people with free service through ACP. An on the final email they offered a discount of a rablet for 100 dollars i thunk for 50 dollars. Ok im in very financial situation having yo pay hospital bills an im diagnosed with epilepsy as of 6 months or so ago. That meann i dont even have money now foe personal priducts monthly being a female an honestly i shouldnt say that bec it embarrasses me. An thatd why i sign up to get help. They woukd not replace it no matter what i said. An this is my final an last atremped to get help that was promised because i am going to spend what ever change i cant get for food bec i font havr foodstamps yet either bec i dont have a way to do so. So please all i ask is for this to be replaced a ill sign up for a different plan through someon eles an use the tablet an will send you the one thats broke. I was thrilled to get it an to know for my 1st time since ive mived13 years agi i woulve had a way to get help without finding a ride an now i cant bec i dont ahvethe money. So i honestly hust want to b donw fair too. Not offered something that was suppost to be free to begin with. An repmy with pay for qnother one. Please help me. Thank you for lisoning. I do qppreciqte it.

Couldn't reactivate my account

I asked them to deactivate my account and after the number from your site they called me back. It was hard to reach them through email.thanks a lot

Refund

I booked a sitter thru Rover. The sitter cancelled. My card was charged the full amount. I got a refund, minus 20 dollars which stays in the Rover account for further booking and expires on 12/31/23. They are not willing to refund the total, even if the sitter cancelled. Wouldn't recommend that service.

Refunds

Terrible selection for my Rover provider. The dog walker never shows up for her walking service. No show with no notification for absence of her job.The Rover customer service representative understood and resolved the problem efficiently and issued the correct $ amount immediately. The very best possible company for all of your pet needs.

Change sitter and edit schedule,/payment

Cost and schedule for walking. Charged for no schedule days. Rates of pay incorrect. Pet walker did not show up on some prepaid visits. Last minute cancelation of pet walks with no Rover refund or credit. Website difficult to navigate. Need to resolve these problems without having to phone Rover again.

Need dog sitter blocked out with my phone number

I cant use Rover and really need to but they have made it impossible because there is no way to reach them and when I try to use their app it says my phone number cant be used because it is affiliated to another account I have been trying for 2 weeks to figure out a way to contact their customer service and have not been able to they make it impossible Jeff Chalfant

A customer who never had anything to do with the Rover platform but had knowledge that I worked for Rover. Called and made a complaint after I found placement for a dog she abandon with me for 97 days and never paid her bill. Because of these false claims Rover has shut down my account without ever hearing my side of the story. I've been with Rover since 2019 and 80% of my total income comes from Rover. I am a single mother of two kids under the age of 5. I've not been able to work since late April. That means I haven't had income for over a month now. Sterling did a second background check. I turned in all nessary paperwork. Please please please somebody help me before I loose everything I have. Please help before me and my kids are homeless on the streets because Rover took the word of a women who is making up lies. I've already submitted the screenshots of my conversation with her to resolve me of her accusations.
