Pissed off

I dont know where to start. I had my son go get 2 largenpizzas and 4 small sodas at 4215 norwood ave sacramento ca and when he came back and I saw receipt ,I almost had a heart attack.What moron is in charge of pricing? I paid $97.71 for 2 large peporni pizzas and 4 little sodas. Are you out of your mind? Are you importing thencheese from italy? How in the *** is a large pizza worth $36.80 each? Inthink the fustomer service was crap, pricing was crap, and I hope you run outnof business.It is a discrace that resturants like you, charge what you do. It should he a crime. I will NEVER buy from Roundntable pizza again or recommend anybody to gonto Round table . You should be embarrassed . I hope you gonout of business and lose everything due to your greed. I want a complete refund for being taken advantageof. If I had been the one going, I would have not purchached it. I popped in for quick bite, Caesar salad and wings - a massive error.

The so called ceasar was pathetic, two teaspoon of dressing and lowest quality cheese. Wings weren't from chickens but rather from sparrows. All this misery for $22.50, really? No washrooms, seating is sticking, a disaster.

Online order

Ordered pizza online at 820 p.m. received text message saying it was received,arrived at 840 p.m. workers had already closed and claimed they knew nothing about an online order,hours on door and online stated 9:00 p.m they were already in their cars c.c was charged

Very bad service and food

NeWorse service and food salad bar was horrible barely anything on it and old the person working got very mad at me and was cussing when I asked for boxes because it was way hotter inside than outside and I could not eat in that heat he kinda threw our pizza on the table never said the ac was broken or anything we would have gotten to go but I had my grandkids and we wanted to get out of the house and play games and relax and eat half of the games were not working we were all sweaty by the time we left and did not even eat their when I mentioned how hot it was in their he cussed abut having to be their sence 11 am in the heat and was cussing at me I had a 4 yr old and 10 yr old with me that dose not need to hear that from anyone we will never go to a round table again

The manager is rude and gave me the wrong kind of pizza

When I called to complain at the regular restaurant where I got my pizza from the manager said no that there is no barbecue sauce on my pizza, which is the garlic gourmet and there is barbecue sauce all out this pizza. He says he use the same knife but I should be able to taste the chicken garlic.

Rude Treatment and Digital GC issue?

I am making a complaint in regards to the RTP in Roseville CA on Woodcreek Oaks Dr. In the Safeway Shopping Center. On 7/1/23 @ approx. 9:00 pm, I arrived at RTP to pay for & pick up my order. My parents had bought me a digital Gift Card that they replenish from time to time. When I tried to use my digital GC the lady (Tiara) told me that my payment was no good and that my GC was on "hold". Refused to help me and I left without my pizza, and with more questions than answers. Tiara was extremely rude and disrespectful and kept asking me questions about my GC in a tone that suggested suspicion that I had stolen it or something. She totally humiliated & embarrassed me and rather than helping me with the issue she would have rather thrown it away! When I got home I called the CS # for the GC and the Gentleman I spoke with confirmed that I had NO ISSUES with the card what so ever and didn't understand why they treated me the way that I had been. The GC CS rep. Apologized & was AMAZING! However, that CANNOT be said about the Store or it's employees of Woodcreek Oaks Blvd. In Roseville, Ca. They completely lack any kind of Customer Service skills and were RUDE & judgemental and completely unprofessional!! I'm so disgusted and disappointed by my local RTP!! Tiara really needs to be reprimanded and maybe retaught how to treat people, let alone CUSTOMERS! PERIOD!

Sonoma Round Table Pizza

Hello, I took my team over to Round Table Pizza in Sonoma, CA after our baseball game yesterday. First off I have to say the staff there is fantastic, great employees. But I want to complain about how awful the location is. First off they have 3 video games that are outdated and barely work. They have a change machine for quarters that has been broken for as long as I can remember. Finally, the decor inside hasn't changed since my 43 year old wife was a kid. Is there anything that can be done to update this space? Would the franchisee be interested in sellling if he clearly doesn't care about the image of his business?

Terrible customer service

Terrible manager at the West, Lake, Mead, Store, and the employee Hector those people need to be fired. They wouldnt even make my pizza right when I tried to argue with him I told him I dont want the pizza no more they kick me out what kind of people running the store mafia?

Very bad experience

I have ordered on memorial day weekend. The pizza special called in to the restaurant on Lake Mead Boulevard in Las Vegas. Talk to the manager and asked her to put pepperoni on my cheese pizza and when I got there to pick up my order, there was no pepperoni on my pizza. She said sorry we had to make a new whole new one so and they also refused to make my order, right and when I argue with the manager, what is the employees name Hector kick me out that service bad employees?

I have very bad service at that location in Lake Mead round table Pizza. They were rude. They never made the pizza I requested when I talk to the manager on the phone name is Liz. She was very bad and

I never was treated like this in this restaurant. The manager did not make my request for a pizza with pepperoni. She only wanted to give me one with cheese. I told her I had a problem with the app adding the pepperoni and I called prior to going to the store they still did not make me the pepperoni pizza, even though I ordered a large specialty and I was treated very rude by Hector. He said I can leave the store. If I dont like it. What kind of customer service your people have

Noah who claims to be manager Round Table Fairfield CA N. Texas St. I ordered by phone 'the specialty' 1 large combination and medium pepperoni to be delivered. 1 hour delivery from the time I phone in. Dinner for the kids and grandkids. I got home from work around 5:30 pm to find a few pieces of what should have been King Arthur BUT was just a large pepperoni and sausage & med pepperoni. No biggie. However I called to ask for a possible discount for the next king Arthur order in the future. Noah says he personally made the pizza AND I PICKED EVERYTHING OFF ONLY TO CALL BEGGING FOR A DISCOUNT BUT IF I BRING IT BACK HE'LL REMAKE IT. DUE TO HIS INSULT I ASKED FOR REFUND HE SAYS SURE COME IN. BUT ONCE I DROVE THERE HE SAYS NOPE BECAUSE ITS 75% EATEN. RUDE NASTY INSULTING SERVICE AND REFUSED TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT TO PASS ON TO THE OWNER OR TAKE MY INFO FOR A CALL BACK FROM SOMEONE ELSE OTHER THAN HIMSELF.

Pizza with no cheese on it

Burnt pizza

Called store to let clerk know the pizza was burnt. She said I could bring it back. I did not want to drive all the back in the storming rain and wait another 20-30 mins in a place where it was freezing cold because the front door was broke. So I ask for a credit. She said that would mean you would get a free pizza. I ask for manager and she said they will be back in 6 minutes. I was going to give her my number and she hung up on me.
