Event Over Charge

Hello, I am reaching out again because I have not heard back after my last message. I made a SPO-CHA Party Reservation on 11/10/2022 for 11/30/2022 at 3:00pm (RESERVATION # 12909 under party name Jose Gallo). During the time of the reservation request, it asked for a 50% deposit in order to reserve, which was a total of 224.92. When I arrived to the event, I asked if I had to pay the remaining 50% before starting our party or after and they insisted on charging my account before. Once they charged my account, I had to ask for receipt, and I noticed that I was charged $417.16. I asked if the initial deposit of $224.92 that I paid online to reserve the party would be credited back to my account and they told me yes that the event would instead be $417.16. It has now been a little over 2 weeks and I still have two charges on my account that add up to $642.08. I should have only been charged the remaining 50% that was owed for the party at the time of arrival. I feel I have waited enough time for the charges to drop from my account like you all said they would. This was a work event and I need to have this expensed by my employer, so I would appreciate this mistake resolved soon. Thank you.

A hot mess!!!

If I could give this 0 star I most certainly would've! From the time I booked my reservation for a birthday party for today it was a mess. I got here 30 minutes early because I was afraid of any hiccups. Surprisingly they had my party ready. The original manager (Harry) I spoke to and the young lady Tatiana was very nice and professional. They accommodated my party. Then things went downhill, the pizza was nasty. The sodas were flat AND hot!?!? Like how do y'all feel comfortable serving hot drinks with hot food?!? I told Tatiana that the drinks were flat and nasty. She brung out more juice. I decided to go downstairs to get me a cold drink to bring back to this place. I was greeted by the security guard who told us that we couldn't bring outside food and drinks into the place. He then asked Dee (another manager) to come over. I explained that i paid for a party and already had food and drinks. I explained to her that the drinks were hot bc the ice machine was broke. She very nastily said everything is fixed. The ice machine is fixed, you can get a cold drink and ice cream if we wanted. So I'm like okay Fine no food. My sister put our Cinnabons and sodas in the car. Since Dee said the ice machines and everything was fixed I wanted them to give my tables cold beverages. I get to the front and i start talking to another associate. He called the same manager Dee and the other manager Crysta walked up. Before I could say anything she's like "oh this girl? I already told you no food or drinks." I said "I'm grown!" "I paid for food and drinks here but as I stated my drinks are hot! Your ice machines were not fixed!" So now she's looking dumb and being even nastier. Crysta begins to say "it's fountain drinks how could it be hot?" I said "ma'am I tasted them it's hot!" Tatiana agreed with me! So now I'm waiting there and nobody's saying anything. Dee says to me I have to give them a minute to figure out how to accommodate me. Im trying not to cause a scene because really?!! Moments ago you were very nasty and adamant about these ice machines working. Now I gotta give you a minute to accommodate me after you made me get rid of my cold drink? You couldn't even drink the water. The crap tasted like pool water. So after waiting for 15 minutes. I walk back to the front. The manager Dee is like what's the problem you got ice. Tatiana explained to her there's no ice on my table. She has an attitude. Crysta comes out the back with a bag of ice. She has this weird smile and she's like "I just had to walk to 7-11 to get ice for you guys. I'm like okay. Wouldn't it have just been easier to allow your guest to just bring their drinks in?!? So I asked what was her name? She said Crysta. I asked what was Dee's name bc at this point I didn't know her name. She told me oh I'm not allowed to give out names. I'm like what kind of rule is that when Tatiana is wearing a name tag. She responds back and says that's to protect the identity of managers. At that point I had to laugh. I told them I'll be writing a review and calling corporate because it was a *** show.

My job

My suspension was from July 15 to the 24th and its now august 1st I still havent heard back from my job to see weather can I work again or not I would really like to because I really love that job , Im sorry for the mistake I just want to work again please reach back out to me at 267312****

General Manager lied and stole $

General manager refused to credit my visa after being shown proof that transaction went through. Accused me of trying to get something for free. His name is Tyler. He lied to my face and said that the transaction would just drop off my account and it didnt.

Reloading issues

No customer service phone center to talk to a live person. No one at the arcade had knowledge on how to give me what I paid for. It seems you can load your card at the kiosk but if there is an error and you spend money but your card doesn't reload then you are just out of money and credits until you file a claim online. And like every other company you have to wait and jump through hoops to get anything done.

I am still discriminated against. Me and my friend antwon were told we don't belong there. What a company. I tried calling corporate and it was no help

Angry no food no change wasn’t given people change back had to go to the food court and the. Wouldn’t let us back in

They didnt have pizza or burgers or change and we was forced to eat in the mall then when we returned and was told we couldnt come back in because the food we was forced to go else where and get was in a bag it was my childs bday and its embarrassing there were no accommodations or empathy we had already spent a lot of money on credits

Customer Service

They refused to serve me water. I asked 3 times. Not even a cup with ice. They sure served someone else, but when I asked again when I noticed itthey still refused. I asked for the managers number. Tried calling the manager for an entire week, left a message for him to call me back. No call back.

Bad service

First time for one year old bowling at linciln nebraska location. We only. Bowled . employee was eyeing us and stocking us the whole time. Went to to take picture of score and it was already gone. Went to bowling counter to complain and get another game they already sold lane. All employees were rude and unhelpful. They said they would not give us 3 free games or anything. This place was a disappointment to my one year son, I, my husband and 6 month old.

Limiting the prize figure per customer

Went there today 12-13-21 to distressed and have fun but ended up not happy. Spent 220 dollars to play the prize figures, but the employee asked me to stop playing after i won the second figure, according to him, they had limit with prize figures because they don't have enough stock to put more on the machine. After i recharged for my 2nd 110 dollars, he informed me only 2 prize per figure i can win. That was weird and first time for me to experienced being asked to stop after 2 wins. What a waste of money. Every time I go to Round1, there's always a problem. They love to take your money, but they don't want you to win. Ridiculous!!!!

FAILURE TO PAY

Hello i worked for round one at the vancouver washington mall a littke over a month ago i was mailed a check that i have not been able to cash. I talked to jimmy the payroll guy and he said he would fix it and then never got in contact with me. So i try again thia time talked to the gm james roberts who also said that the check i was given has been a problem for others in the past and would look into getting me a different one. He also has not contacted me back since last tuesday i am ready to turn this into a lawsuit if i dont get this figured out now this has caused me a lot of problems due to not being able to cash the money i worked for!

Customer svc sucks

This my second time bringing my 3 children to this establishment my first visit wasnt to pleasant but this one was a catastrophe. The customer service here is ridiculous. I asked to speak to a Mgr and one never came out. When I come with my children I spend a lot of money so I expect to have a good time but it never fails.

Harassment , defamation of character,

Me and my kids was searched at doors then accused of being high and smelling like weed then harassed by security our whole visit listen to security tell my son he isn't 25. And up so he has no place to talk . After spending over 150 dollars was kicked out !!! This place could be a nice amusement fun environment but the staff that is working is making company lose money and gaining bad reputation . The way we was treated was disrespectful and uncalled for
