Wigs isn't what I purchased
Ordered two wigs and they're both garbage! Not what I ordered at all. Please do not waste your money on this company because you will be highly disappointed

Do not waste your time or money
After a very long time the wig I received was not the wig I ordered. I sent them pictures and they admitted their mistake. They offered to send me $8 on a $40 wig which I should take because since it is the customers responsibility to pay for returns and they manufacture in China it would cost me over $20 to return. They finally said they would send me $14, I could keep the wig and get a coupon for further purchases and would I please give them a good review. Heck no. its a terrible wig and a huge scam. I dont believe I will ever receive $14. Buyer beware.

Do not spend a dime with this company, they most certainly will rip u off.
I ordered a really cute wig that was advertised through Facebook, but what I received was a totally different wig. It looked like an old lady gray colored wig. When I tried to get a refund, all I got was the run around. I did everything they asked me to, but it still was not good enough, they just kept adding more rules on how to get my refund, which I never did.

Be careful with your information
The website of the company has been hijacked, most likely by Rosegal. I cannot access my account to conduct transactions after may tries the whole day. My attempts to get to my accounts are being directed to the Rosegal website. I have sent Rosewholesale an E-mail, but the company seems oblivious.

I ordered 2 Editors Pick Elite HF Synthetic wigs (Mono Top in Light Brown and Auburn) before Christmas. I paid by my VISA Credit Card not PayPal. My credit card was charged and I did not receive the order. Finally today, February 3rd, I received the order and I am very dissatisfied and unhappy with the product. The wigs do not look anything like the one shown on Facebook. Ive tried to make contact with your Customer Service email address indicated in your contact information, with no success. I would like a refund. However; I can not get any help in order to do so. This is the second time this has happened to me. The 1st time I got so frustrated trying to return something I just gave up trying. This time, I would really like hear from some in your company to resolve this issue. PLEASE RESPOND. Thank you. Do not used them . You have to wait a long time for delivery. When shipment arrives it is not the wig you ordered. Info on webside is totally useless for contact the company to arrange a return
I received a wig after a very long wait (approx 1 Month) and it was not the product ordered. I have short hair and wanted the same. Instead I got a shoulder length wig. It's not even likeable. I have searched every where to find out how to return it for a refund. Tried an email address and a lot of websites but was unable to contact anyone for info.

Not at all the wig I ordered and completely different color. It is horrible! Paid extra for speedy delivery and took a month to get. I cant get an answer from the email I sent. Total scam!

I ordered a shoulder length brunette wig. It took almost a month to arrive. The wig was not brunette it was black with grey highlights. The length of the wig was not shoulder length and is down to the middle of my back. The wig itself is very cheap quality. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

Ordered an “Editors Pick Elite” for $30.94. I never received an order number after placing my order or tracking number. Paid with credit card, they took my money, but never received my wig. I notified them by e-mail 5 times, because they never had a phone number, but nobody responded to me. BEWARE, DON’T ORDER FROM THIESE PEOPLE!

I ordered a butterfly top and a pair of white leggings on 3-15-2019. I still don't have them! I contacted ROSEWHOLESALE so many times! Don't order from them. It's a rip off!

This was my 3rd wig,each time either to large poorly made,did not look like the picture..Iordered a full lace wig,my first one I was exited..I told them to make me a real medium,send my size,medium brown color,pre plucked..I received dark brown,the wig tore when I put it on,the lace is super fragile,when I cut the lace off in the front the side came apart at the seam...The wig has large bald parts.I paid $163.00;I am so angry.Do not order full lace wigs from them,super poor quality....All of the wigs are poorly made...

I ordered a wig and in the advertisement it looked really nice it was nothing to compare to what they advertised the color the quality it looks fake as could be like I had gone into a five-and-dime store and bought it.
