Made a deal, got everything set up. Insurance, loan and truck for pick up. RHM changed the price once I got to the dealership, Make sure you Yelp them and see this happens all the time.

Scamming Service Department
DO NOT SERVICE YOUR BIKE HERE! Picked up my vfr 800 after a fork seal job and was told it was all ready. I check before riding off and find the left seal inches up the fork from where it should be and the hard plastic piece that should hold it in place glued and zipped tied in place. They didn't say anything and were hoping I would ride off with it like this. I bring it up and say it broke during removal. But instead of saying anything, just take my $400, glue it together, and hope I ride off so they can deny it later. Stay far far away from these service techs.

Hamid son of roseville motorsports broke into my house
Yes this is true Hamid on July on 11th or 12th broke into my house well I was at work and my husband was in jail and took about $15000 in merchandise. My neighbor seen everything make and model of car he was driving plus the first digits of his license plate of car. Hamid YOU have been identified 100% so please stop running. I went to your mother's house talked with her plus your sister. You should be a lot smarter than thinking that I'm letting this go. You are already fight one case for having a stolen motorcycle on your lot and faceing 8yrs. I'm tired of going by your mother's house and looking for you don't have the time overcoming on here was my nest best option. Be smart Hamid I know you Don't have my stuff anymore but I'm not gonna settle for nothing you better sign over that Ben or Mercedes-Benz CAUSE I got that much coming back after talking everything valuable from and when my husband was incarcerated things I could have used to sell. The Son hamid of Roseville motorsports about 3 weeks ag I have witnesses that can identify him to the T the car he was driving the model he was driving plus the first two digits of the license plates which I already confirmed because I went to his mothers house and there it was sitting the same exact car that broke into my house which we already knew what I mean when my husband was incarcerated and when I was at wor you been identifie 100% I'm not going to wait too much longer before I decide to press charges on you I know that you are ready fighting another case for having a stolen model cycle on your lot and you're looking at eight years as it is I highly doubt that you wanted you 18 opposed to the 8 right so you can either bring me that BMW that you're driving or a Mercedes because you have it and I deserve it and I know you don't want to go to jail so don't p*** me off I meed okay you came and took from a married lady well her husband was in jail hurting I could have sold that *** to pay for my rent you took $15,000 and ice for me OK I'm going to go to the police and yet you still have not came over here and try to fix

I bought a used vehicle at this dealership in September. The dealers were all nice and friendly, seemed super honest, willing to make a good deal. Test drove the car, seemed solid. Paid cash for the car, and just to be safe, purchased an extended warranty for $600. The car broke down twice in the next week and a half. Took it back to dealer both times, and they supposedly fixed each time, claiming it was a minor thing like a wire not hooked up properly. Then car broke down again. At this point, we had had the car exactly two weeks. I decided to call the warranty we had purchased, and take the car to my own mechanic. Called the warranty, they don't have any record of me having a contract. They asked for my contract #, which I did not have. Warranty told me I should have had a warranty contract in hand when I left the dealership. However, the dealer had told me they would file everything and I would receive warranty in the mail. Warranty company emphatically told me this WAS NOT how it worked, I should have had warranty contract in hand. So, I go down to the dealership, and they tell me the warranty I purchased was not effective for 30 days, but for just $175 more, I can upgrade to a warranty effective immediately. I told them this was funny, because they had verbally made a big deal about my warranty being effective from day one when I purchased the car. The dealer, Hamid, pulled the "you had everything in front of you to read" act. Long story short, I refused to leave their office until I had a warranty contract in hand. They printed out a warranty contract with a purchase date of that day, which is funny, because I had given them money for a warranty two weeks prior. However, the warranty was effective immediately. So, I take car to mechanic, $3000 worth of repairs are needed, none of which are covered by the warranty. I take it to a second mechanic, same bad news. Also, work the dealer claimed had been done such as some front end work and timing belt... you guessed it, not done!!! So fed up, I traded the car in at Neillo with full disclosure of all its issues and bought a brand new car because at this point I would rather have a car payment than deal with an unreliable vehicle. Now that I no longer have car I purchased at Roseville Motor Sports, I can cancel the warranty and get my $600 back, right? Wrong, I just called the warranty company, and they have not received payment for this warranty from the dealer yet! Warranty company is following up with Roseville Motor Sports, but at this point I am not hopeful of the outcome. It looks like I will have to waste my time at small claims court if I hope to see that $600. As for the $5000 I lost on the purchase of the vehicle, I know I won't ever see that again, since I bought the care 'As Is'. I take responsibility for trusting a hokey corner car lot in the first place, I am just posting this to hopefully protect other consumers from these crooks.

Dishonest Dealership
My husband and I were shopping for a vehicle. On Saturday, July 28th we were walking down Riverside drive and a sales person at Roseville Motorsports flagged us down. Said, he had a wonderful deal for us. He showed us a 1999 Lexus GS 300. We purchased the car. After we took the vehicle home, we noticed the oil was leaking from the car and the check engine light came on. We took the car to our mechanic. He advised us that the was so much oil leaking that he could not tell where the leak was coming from. Also, there was the house to the gas vaccum hose needed to be placed. Lastly, that the 2 back tires were bald and thread was showing and they needed to be replaced immediatly. Called the dealership and spoke with our sales rep. He said, what time we were dropping off the car. I told him I need to spk with my husband and I will call him the next day to let him know what time we were dropping off the car. Called the next day, left a message on the voice mail. No one called me back. Two day passed by I left numerous message and received no call back. So, I called again on Monday Morning and my sale rep answered the phone. He became very agrumentive and would not take responsible for not call me back. He said, he will have the owner call me back. No one called back. Afterwork, my husband and I went to the dealership. I spoke with supposely the owner's mom. She said, to bring the car back and they will take car of the problem. At this point, I don't believe that they will fix the vehicle. So, my husband and I took the vehicle and and the engine pressured cleaned. Took it back to our mechanic so he could find the the oil leak. Our proper inspection from our mechanic.. he advised that there are 3 major oil leaks that needs to be fix immediately. The oil leaks our pre existing and you can tell that there was previous patch work done. Total cost to repair leaks $1300.00... cost to replace vaccum hose $160.00. Took the vehicle to have the tires check. They advised that the front two tires always needed to be place. Total cost to replace tire $1057.00. I called the dealers and advised them of the final assessements. The sale rep said he have the owner call me back. Later that day, I received a call from Sam ( the owner ) who said that they will fix the problem. Again, after work my husband and I went back to the dealership... Sam prepared a Due Bill stating all repairs will be fix, also, extended the remaining down payment because my husband and I are currently renting a vehical, we both signed stating that he would take care of the repairs. My husband dropped of the car the next day. Two hours later, I received call from the dealership stating that they will not repair the car, they have rescinded this transaction and i can come and pick up my deposit. We were in shock, because we had been approved by the Lender. I called the Lender and they advised that they dealership called and said that they did not want to work with me and they wiill refund our deposit. WHAT THE ***!!!!! If this loan has funded. How can the Lender allow them to take back the car when they is a dispute about the repairs. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAM!!!!!!!! Out of coureousity... I drove by two days later... low and behold the 1999 Lexus GS 300 is on the lot for sale. My mechanics is the engine has to be taken completely appart to fix the problem. It is at least a 9 hours job. This *** is going to sale this vehicle to someone else without even disclosing or correcting the problem. I have filed even complaint I can possible file and I will be taken this *** to court. They have messed with the wrong customer....

They got me a loan at 2.9% and a great deal on the vechile. They are all very nice people there. In response to the comment that I read here, that person must be out of their mind. I just came to write a good review and saw this online and was very disappointed. I cant believe people would write things like this, which sounds like a completely different dealership. A good note to ALL "If you dont have anything nice to say then dont say anything at all!" And DONT LIE!

selling vehicles that are not 25 point inspection get your down payment. They have a mechanic thats not even ase certified. Dont buy from roseville motorsports,they are crooks and liars,and the dealer next door is there also,elite motors its all front.The mechanic they have i will not trust they say they fix and and its not actually fixed so dont go there.Also the vehicles they have are not safe and they say all the fluids are been change but they have not just liars and just out to get your down payment,go to american dealers.
