Ifake return policy
I have bought many things from rose linen and recently needed to return a few, they have you fill out a form and submitt and never respond. Of course I will never by anything again from them they lost a good customer.

SHAM BUSINESS!! I AM ANOTHER IRATE CUSTOMER--
This is the WORST business to deal with in my life!!! They are a sham, and need to be reported to the BBB by everyone (which I have done now). They do NOT accept returns unless you ship them to China--despite that fact that they ship from the US. They do NOT state this anywhere in their info at all--making returns "easy." Furthermore, when I complained about this--I was THEN given a California address for the large quantity of returns I had (totaling $280). I tracked the return with USPS--and they received it but NO RETURN to my account. Then on the text customer service with them (no phone for customer service) they could not find the return until I showed them a picture that I had from USPS that they received it. Then they say I will get my money back but NO CONFIRMATION OF THIS AND OF COURSE--NO MONEY BACK. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THE SLIGHTEST SENSE AT ALL. THEY ARE TOTAL B.S.!!!

Im trying to exchange an item without anumber and cannot contact this company
I bought a pretty top in a size large but its too small. I need to exchange it for a larger size, but there was no item number with it, so tey wont allow me into the website. The chat line does not work unless you have a number .. they are very strict , will not advance you to get the exchange without a number.

I had ordered of $170.00 on clothing around 10 pieces that suppose to be linen on Roselinlin and what I had received is not only very cheap quality clothing no one piece is linen as the webside advertised, try to contact them to return my item is imposible, please safe yourseft time and do not order anything from this webside

Tried to contact company to return products that didn’t fit. Haven’t heard back in four days.
None of the items fit and I just want to return them and be refunded. I purchased one size up from what I normally wear, they still didnt fit.

My wife ordered 2 tops and an outfit. The two tops arrived 3 WEEKS after she ordered them. She paid OVER $20 to have them delivered. She has NEVER received her outfit. Its been five weeks and counting. Alls her order status says is processing. Thats all it has ever said for the outfit. No outfit?
