Having trouble registering

I cannot log into my account. When I called customer service all they told me was to log into my account?

Overcharged and poor customer service

After terminating my membership, I was charged one additional month, and when I tried to cancel, they told me they had canceled, but they never did, and never refunded my money. Then it was extremely difficult to get hold of these people to obtain a refund.

Can’t seem to get them on phone to cancel, I have a new phone number

Unable to load app, or site

Site is down, app is down, unable to contact roomster. Tried calling and was told through automated message that Im to login to my account to be able to contact them. Kinda impossible to do so if the issue is the site and app being inaccessible.

I just received an email from efe that they had a fire in one of the facilities that has the servers in it and so that is why right now the website is not working but they in Hope that it will be restored by the end of the day

began a profile, decided not to send them a driver's licence, now i can't take down my info without setting up a full account. THEY HAVE MY INFO ON THEIR WEBSITE AND WONT ANSWER THIER PHONE AND WANT ME TO FINISH (PAYING THEM) IN ORDER TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT!

I was given a customer service number, and when I call an answering service advised me to go into my account to chat

I was given a customer service number for Roomster to speak with a live person, when I called the number, an answering service stated that I needed to log into my account and then access the chat to be able to reach a representative from Roomster. If I wanted to chat, I would have already done that, you should not advertise that you have customer service with live individuals if you do not. I have found many places that Im interested in, I am on disability and cannot afford to keep paying monthly fees so I left my email and Im wondering if the messages did not go through because I noticed we have to pay to have a mailbox with Roomster . I wanted to look further into this with a live individual, but thats not gonna happen I guess.

Billing and access issues

I don't receive my refund back I asked them 100 times to help me but they never help me now cops is involved in this case and they give me address for this company which I'm going to sue him His name is Ege he is head of customer service they said they issues my refund back but I don't know where and which debit card They are lying I have all the proof here that they charge me double for 7 days subscription there's another date and time there too which they don't charge me double but some they do
