Late fee charges

Unable to directly speak to a live person. I have a serious concern. I recently started a new job and my pay date change to the end of each month. I never been late on a payment but was charge a $30 late fee and the automatic chat service states unfortunate we can not assist with late fee charges. I dont agree with this service chargeunless there is some intervention on my behalf I will no longer do any more service with room to go. My contact email is Cpayne43@***.net. I dont think it fair to the consumer. I paid over $4000 and make one payment two days late I get charge that ridiculous amount. I can see if I violated a grace period date or something. Look at my record of payment. Why Im not getting rewarded for paying early deduct $30 from that transaction.

Poor customer service.

Purchased fortega service plan on bedroom salesperson did not include nightstands. Told it was my fault for not checking, treated poorly by clermont, fl store manager Courtney Clark, and never received call back from corporate after several phone calls. Surface of nightstand peeling and RTG refuses to rectify. Negligence on salesperson, Charles Beasley. How do you not include nightstands on service plan on purchase of entire bedroom set? Someone from RTG needs to contact me to rectify their mistake.

Service & order replacement

Service Technician inspected our issues and he informed me it was a structural defect and the parts would be mailed to me and subsequently the customer service called to say the warranty claim was denied. So disgusted with this way of a underhanded way of doing business!

Dinning room table

Purchased a very expensive dinning room set a year ago from Rooms to Go.after waiting for it for a few months it arrived with the table top being cracked and one chair with a broken leg, waited a few more months for the items to be replaced. Finally got the whole set in my house. After one month the table top started showing cracks on the sides and the coating on top started to come off. Called rooms to go and they send out someone to check and the person confirmed this is a defect and should not be happening after such a short time. He then said we will get a call about what to do next. No one ever called , after we called again another person was sent out who said they were a supervisor, this person also said this should not be happening to a new table, the coating and cracking is not normal on a new table. They said we will get a call and no one ever called. We called again to talk to a supervisor, the lady on the phone said she is in charge and has the final say and the table has normal wear and tear and nothing can be done, then she hung up. This is the worst customer service we have ever received and will never buy anything from this company again. We now own the dinning room set for a year and the table top has cracks going all around it and the top coating is coming off on top, it needs to be thrown away. Terrible company. All be ware and do NOT purchase their stuff!

Even after the incorrect setup of the newly purchased recliner, Rooms to Go never ever sent anyone to fix it or even call to see if it was set up properly after I struggled with it.Very unhappy with my purchase. They took the money and ran. I hope it's paid off before...

I purchased a Casemore Triple Powered Recliner in Stone color from Rooms To Go and was surprised by the lack of customer service or customer satisfaction. The chair power cord is 80 inches and my furniture sits in the middle of the room. The sales associate said it was fine to use an extension cord but the cord clearly states to not use it with a power surge or extension cord. Cord runs stretched across the floor. Guess I have to purchase a rechargeable power bank now. The sales associate should have known their product plus the website should have included the cord length in the product description. The stone color has a greenish tint once I got it in my home which doesn't match my existing decor as I thought it would. I sure wish I would have purchased the red chair. Strike two. When the delivery guys delivered I asked for instructions. No instructions. When they assembled it everything seemed fine. Then I noticed slippage when using it. I looked and the entire left side was not in the track with the bottom of the chair. I had no idea how to take it apart. I called and they said a delivery manager would get back to me and have them come back by to properly assemble. They never called. I had to search YouTube on how to remove the back. What a fun afternoon that was. At the end of the day, I finally called the local store to try and return the entire purchase. They said as a one-time courtesy that they would return it for a 20% restocking fee but I would be out the sales tax and delivery fee. I then asked if they would exchange the stone color chair for the red one but it was the same thing. I would end up paying nearly $400 to return or exchange a new chair. A company such as Rooms To Go, with spokeswomen such as Cindy Crawford, Sofia Vergara, or Julianne Hough, I would think that they would have some decent customer service. Clearly, I didn't read the fine print. Strike three, and I guess I'm out and will have to live with it. Will never ever use or recommend Rooms To Go again.

Totally uncomfortable couch

We purchased a sofa a few months ago. Looks nice..however..it's soooo uncomfortable...BEYOND FIRM!!! ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!!!

Question about a new rug

I have a new rug that has some pieces of yarn sticking up. Is this a defect or can I cut them? I noticed this one area the first time I vacuumed it.

Haven't received my order

I have been waiting on the delivery guys since 12 o'clock this after noon, it's now 8 pm and I haven't gotten a phone call a text message a sos smoke signal or anything. All I need to know is are they coming tonight.

Was so upset with even thinking about it, that I just finished the paperwork to dispute payment on credit card. Hope they resolve it. Next step will be small claims court.

I went with my daughter to buy for her a couch and bed as I had their Rooms to Go credit card by Synchrony bank and was going to take advantage of their no interest financing. I got this card about 3.5 years ago when I purchased for my house an adjustable bed frame and mattress, dresser, television stand and recliner. I told the salesperson then that I did not want to buy any warranties. I was charged with a warranty on each item. This was resolved by calling to store to get them to deduct the amount. Lots of wasted time due to a poor sales woman who did not listen but tried to pad her commission. Wasted lots of time calling the store to solve this. This time we got another sales woman that I made sure to tell her that we did not want to buy any warranties. She showed us a couch. Daughter told her that she was also interested in a mattress and be. This was after 6:30pm on 12/27/2022 so they were not at all busy. She was seen talking to another salesman at the front of the store as he was not busy. Salesperson did not stay with us so we looked at the beds. The other man asked if my daughter would like to try the bed. She told him she wanted everything there which is the mattress, bed, and head board. He told her it would be $4,448. It was now near closing time so we found the first saleswoman and told her that she wanted the couch and also wanted the bed. She said she will be right back and was gone for about 20 minutes.We had to ring up both orders with both salespeople as it was now past 8pm and the store was closed so I just glanced at the notebook to see that the price is what I was told. Did not find out until two days later when the mattress arrived that it did not include the head board! Called and talked to the salesman and he said that we did not purchase it. But he said he could take some money off and order one. So I cancelled the couch as he said that this saleswoman just told him that we wanted the frame and mattress. Talked to the district manager and was told that he could sell me one at cost for $200. I would have never made this purchase had I known that the price did not come with a head board. If he was a good salesman, he would have tried to sell some more and asked if she wanted to purchase a head board. This happened at the store on Glenwood Ave. Raleigh, NC

Bigotry 101

I was watching television on Sunday 1/15/23. A Rooms-To-Go Advertisement came on announcing up coming holiday sales. Instead of acknowledging the sale as being a Martin Luther Kings Jr., holiday, it referred to the sales as being a New Years Day Sale. It was so damn obvious that the bigot *** did not want to acknowledge Kings holiday. I will never shop in your damn stores nor acknowledge your cheap *** furniture that falls apart after a year. To *** with Room-To-Go and its bigot *** store representatives. Were in the year of 2023, not 1776. Bigotry has no place in this society and world. A freaking middle finger to the marketing department and its bigots.

Driver damaged plastic drain grates on my driveway

They have ignored all requests and haven't heard back from them at all.They act like I made this whole thing up which really *** me off.They actually told me somebody else could of did the damage.Well *** that was the only truck to back up my driveway that had any weight to it! I just hate when people deny responsibility. Needless to say i'll never order from these ads bags again!

Damaged furniture

Its been since December & I still cant get a real person to talk with me. No one responds to email, customer service is open during my working hours only?! They have no intentions of making this right. My love seat and chair cushion covers are completely worn, fuzzy and the material is matted down like an old wool sweater. They sent me 2 replacement cushions but no covers? And they only sent 2? I need 8! Every removable cushion is completely damaged?! So much for a $2,000 set-do not shop here unless you plan on never having an issue-your deliver process is awful - driver gets sick and no one calls or bothers to reschedule after I took a personal day from work to wait for your order?

Hola compré unos muebles de sala hace un 15 meses pero he notado que el cuero cuando alguien se sienta queda arrugado y en partes se ven hundidos. Envío fotos. No estoy satisfecha con esos muebles ya que apenas 15 meses y ya tienen esos defectos y eso que nadie se sienta en mi sala.
