My package is getting returned because I typed in the wrong address and it wont let me change it. Ive tried contacting ROMWE through their customer care messaging system but it didnt help. I also have tried looking up their number so I could call but that was no help either. At this point Im ready to not use ROMWE ever again.

My package got spilt into 2 orders but I only received one of the packages yet it says both packages were shipped and I shouldve received them. However when I check the tracking for the package that wasnt delivered, there are no updates for the delivery and its been like that for a couple of days

I’ve been waiting days for them to get back to me, just for the customer service to not help at all.
Ive ordered from here a few times and it was always fine. This time it was my sisters birthday so I ordered a pretty large amount of stuff. I got the package and they were literally missing half the jewelry I ordered a tapestry, a light, my stickers, and an ice tray. I realized immediately that it wasnt there and the package looked too small. 2 days late but thats not even the part of the story that matters. I put in my complaint and it took a week for it to get actually done and they told me they packaged my things. Just a complete waste of money now Im broke and dont have anything to give my sister. Youd think you could trust a bigger company to package all your items or at least help you solve the issue. Extremely disappointed and will never waste money here again.

The package I ordered had an estimated delivery of February 6th. The package is definitely not here and tracking hasn't been updated since February 2nd. It is now February 12th as of today.

Never got my package
I ordered a pair of shorts on December 4th at 11:59 pm on the Shein website and my card was charged for $15.01 to Romwe.com and I never got a confirmation email and I still haven't gotten the shorts. When I try to go on either of the websites and look It says there Is no orders with my account. Please either give me the shorts or a full refund.

I would like my items please. I have tried to contact you twice now with no response. I paid $62.76 for a full winter outfit that I needed for today.
