Terrible service over cooked steak under cooked broccolini

No customer service skills, the food was terrible I ordered a medium rare steak and got a well done steak the broccolini was under cooked extremely hard while the potatoes where very runny and I also ordered the unlimited soup but I was only served 1 bowl with no crackers then when I mentioned it I was told they could make a bowl to go for me Since I was ready to leave.

Horrible customer service

I was over charged . Ask for adjustments refused and the food was horrible.I called twice to get the situation resolved. They were nasty and rude on the phone. Basically said do whatever you need to we dont care.

Customer service issue

I had problem placing the order online for feast for 5 for $55. I called the Winter Garden location and a manager took my order to be ready on 6/5/23 at 4 pm. I reached here in time and the manager on duty was called and she shrugged her shoulders with a mean look and said theres no order. Im the manager We waited patiently and they got the order in 35 mts . I didnt hear a word of sorry or offer for 6 extra cookies or loaf of bread. Nothing My husband worked in Disney Food service for 30 years and I worked for Morrison cafeteria for 25 years . Please train your employees the need to apologize and to make some little effort to make the customer happy .

Club membership

I signed up for your club membership and mu birthdate went in with the wrong year. It should be 1956 not 2023. And it wont let me back in to correct because it says my email is already used. To change my email. I dont need to change my email how can you help me. Plus I never received an email confirming the sign up

Gift cards

We decided to buy a gift card for 25% Valentines discount and were charged for it but the card didnt work and the waitress tried it a few times. When I called customer service they said that they see transaction, however when I dialed the number for gift card balance it said it was $0. So we paid twice for Valentine dinner and she said she would have to escalate the issue. We just want our money back not mentioning promised discount.

Waiter took $85 off my card and my meal totalled $42

Was billed $42.92 but my card was charges $85. My friend dined with me. She paid cash for her meal which was about the same amount as mine. I spoke on the phone with a manage named Carrie. She stated that I would get my money back. I spoke with her in 1/26/23. I have yet to receive my money as of this morning I do not see a credit back to my card. I also have not heard back from her.

The manager, Daniel, at macaroni grill off a university in Fort Worth is rude. He was rude to me when I asked to speak with my wife he told me know and Ill figure it out myself.. Brittany was rude as well. She was working underneath him and also would not let me speak to my wife..

How can a location at lunch time and the place is empty say this?

Plano, TX at Park and Preston last Friday I went there for lunch at 11:30 a.m. and was told a large group came in at the last minute. So there is a 1 1/2 hour wait and there was hardly anyone in the main dining area. No excuse, poor planning and count me out going again

Poor customer service at one of your establishments

The server did not offer us any refills cheese peppers or any specials he only visitor table wants very poor customer service

Quality of meal

We were looking forward to dinner at macaroni grill as the last time we ate there was 2 years ago as we live in Canada. We selected Orlando Vineland location. We were incredibly disappointed. Pasta was over cooked, sauces were mashed together with pasta (very unappetizing), salad lettuce was brown and bread looked like it was microwaved as it was flat and hard to chew. When I went to the washrooms it was beyond gross. I rarely write reviews but this site is in desperate shape. A health inspector is warranted as we all dont feel great today and believe quality of food contributed. Only positive was the waiter. Most disappointing experience. JoAnne

Service Quality

I recently went to your Rainbow and Lake Mead location in Las Vegas NV. I arrived at 1 pm on a Sunday afternoon the restaurant had a couple tables but wasn't overly busy. I waited at the order pick up area for 15 minutes before anyone came to me to ask who I was picking up for. The food that I was picking up sat the entire time I waited uncovered on a unheated countertop. The 2 servers and 1 hostess that I saw were standing around doing nothing trying desperately to avoid eye contact with me. The hostess finally came to me and got the name for my order. At that time the manager came out front. I waved him over so I could speak to him. I told him that I had waited 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence at the pick up area. He then very rudely told me that the restaurant was short handed. I replied that it only takes a moment to acknowledge someone so they don't feel ignored. He replied that he didn't care about my Togo order and that I could leave or he could refuse to give me the order. He then said that he didn't work for me and then walked away. I assume he went back to his office. In my humble opinion this man shouldn't be in customer service. Any manager that would make excuses before apologizing and would allow his staff to fail in such a spectacular way is hurting your brand. Thank you for your time I will not be going to this location ever again and will NOT recommend it to anyone else.

Manager lied and kept my refund

I called to cancel an online order 5 minutes after I placed it at the Macaroni Grill in Bakersfield, because I dont live in Bakersfield. Was told to call back to talk to the manager Tonya for a refund. I have called 6-8 times since then and 2 months have passed. The manager Tonya continues avoiding me. I was only able to speak to Tonya once, and that one time she spun me a ridiculous story saying that We dont have your money and to call a service called Restaurant Runner because they have the money. Even though I ordered through the Macaroni Grill website. But fine, I then called Restaurant Runner, who obviously couldnt help me nor even look up my order because I didnt place it through them. So thats the quality of your employees Macaroni Grill: liars who hustle the customer.

Over charged

I had order chicken scalopini and added soup and salad for the extra $3.00 no drink, got the bill and I added a tip which I totaled myself, the bill should have been $25. No more then $30. . Just checked November bank statement and I was charged $48. And some change. Today went back to the Stockton ca. Location and was treated very rudely, was told I should have kept my receipt and also my fault for not finding this sooner , just received November bank statement. Thats when I lost it , Manager total attitude problem, she should not have let a waitress who had nothing to do with this make comments like this to a customer. This is not my fault, sounds like a waitress padded he tip . What should I do ??? How are you going to handle this ?????
