I need help with famtom

Im trying to use my fantom to control logic pro but i can't get it to connect to my pc.. if someone is out there that can help me with problem i would really appreciate.. I really wish that help was my earlier to find with this product, it been so expensive and all roland.. thank you...

No timely drivers for Mac os

Professional instruments claiming to be flagship should at least keep up with new computer operating driver. Especially 4 months after the release of the OS. Criminal, waste of time for recording and live performance musicians at a premium price macOS Ventura not yet supported on RD 2000 so I sold it fantom series ,so I wont buy it Boss Katina artist amp, so I sold it *** there must be other companies that make just as good a product to service professional musicians. Better than Roland's continuing *** show. We should all boycott Roland until they realize they are *** without us.

Never recived merchandise

Want my money or merchandise I've not been able to contact these ppl I placed my order in October of 22. I'm pissed why are these ppl allowed to do such things to ppl. Hard earned money going to loser theives. I'm sure they will not be caught but I wish them nothing but bad luck!!! Maybe I'll get lucky and they send my stuff to me!!!

Trying to get a your system back or a replacement is like pulling teeth with these guys. The customer service, what customer service. I've been trying to get my TD17 back for about 3 months. I sure would like it if these guys would hold up their end of the bargain. I would like a new Td 17. That's the least you could do.

RIVERA DIGITEC( INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED,IS IS NOT SENDING THE REPAIR PERSON IN SPITE OF MANY REMINDERS GIVEN TO THEM BY US. Im really dissapointed of their customer service

I sent them my instrument for repair. It is a Roland SE-02 Boutique synth. It functions as an audio interface, and the potentiometer at the stereo output has bad imbalance issues, also one of the OSC range selectors is really stiff. I sent in for repair, they said they repaired it, then they returned. The synth still has the exact same issues, now they are ignoring me. Hard to find words to describe the experience.

Missing parts and missing customer service

It's been a month since I bought the Roland TD27KVX from Guitar Center. When unpack I was missing a crash cymbal, the hi-hat module is defective and a mesh head was torn. If that's not bad enough Roland's customer service in non-existent. Starting to believe they do not actually have a customer service department. I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Ignoring customers is abusive and I'm not going to tolerate it any longer

My kit did not have the ride cymbal in the box

I paid over 2 Grand for a electric drum kit that didn't come with all the parts my rolling drum kit is missing the ride symbol and it is impossible to get a hold of someone to talk to to handle this their customer service is very poor at this rate I'm starting to think that going with alesis would have been a better choice

It is impossible to talk to a human being. Whoever is in charge of Consumer Services doesnt care about the Consumer. Too bad.

Resolved: Plugin stopped working

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After sending the rating of their customer support here at pissedconsumer.com the supporter changed his opinion and gave me full refund of the plugin!.

Last year I bought a Roland JD-800 plugin lifetime key. Now it suddenly stopped because its lacking the authorisation. In order to fix this I contacted the Roland support. After many fruitless emails I was told that it should work because I have a lifetime key - this guy really thinks he has helped me with his statement

Defective product

I am very disappointed with the reliability of my Boss GT-100. I purchased it new May 11, 2021 and the display went out Aug 14, 2021 when it was only 3 months old. Now it has been in the repair shop for 6 weeks because they can't get parts from Roland. I am currently using my 10 year old GT-8 to gig with because my brand new GT-100 doesn't work! I have been a loyal customer for years. I sincerely hope your company will pay more attention to quality control so they don't further tarnish their once highly regarded reputation.
