Adding channels

For some reason I cant get channels Ive purchased on all of my Roku devices, so I jumped through all the hoops to call them and no one ever answered the phone and I love Roku, but it seems your customer service is definitely needing help

I didn't receive the fight

The fight I ordered did not show all the way. It kept buffering and didnt come back on. I tryed clicking the back button to resume the fight but kept doin the same the thing

Because I am homeless with limited amount of money and u all just take mii money back to back to back with out even consulting with the person....and since u took all of mii money out of mii account

Because I am homeless with limited amount of money and u all just take mii money back to back to back with out even consulting with the person...and since u took all of mii money out of mii accounts literally ...and the only money I had to mii name I lost mii job because I had no gas to get to get back and fourth to work so I truly hope y'all are proud of ur selves for not only taking from me but from the mouth of mii 10 year old son that I have to support completely by mii self with no help what so ever I was counting on that money so I could keep my recent job that I finally got so maybe me and mii child don't have to suffer as much any more but of course the only money for gas that I had to make it to that job u straight took not knowing the detrimental state u put me and mii child in even worse than we was already in and I would very truely appreciate all the money u deducted from mii account in the last week cause that has put me in a really bad place...thank u again. ...God Bless You...!!!

Cause no one was able to answer my call and solve my problem

I was charged twice and still not able to view channel . I have been charged twice for a channel and still not able to view it on my Roku account.

Unauthorized charges

There are 2 unauthorized charges on my account for $3.99 and 11.99 and I have no clue what it's for... I am requesting a refund please!

I bought 3 boxes of roku express 4kt at Walmart cinnaminson nj and they don't want to receive it because it's been more than a month and I don't need them please send the address so I can send them and claim the money I paid for them thanks

Could not hang up from call. She was very helpful getting my access back. Except my Roku remote wont turn on my tv on demand. I have to press the power button several times to turn it back on. It doesnt always work.

Complaint about inability to cancel something i didnt order.

I was charged $2.11 for something I didn't order called aquarium 4k/relax. It doesn't seem like much but it's a recurring charge I didn't order unless it was done by mistake. Even if I did it by mistake I should be able l to cancel it but it is impossible. Roku doesn't offer a valid customer service option that works. I have high anxiety issues and this is making it much worse. I guess the only way to handle this is cancel roku service completely and I really didn't want to do that.

You can never contact anyone on here when you need them

Your Roku devices decides to stop connecting to the television system when he gets ready to, and I'm for sure I'm not the only one that keep going back-and-forth to the store Walmart to purchase a new Roku stick when I know we don't need to you guys just need to be more available to support your product, so we will be able to get the assistance we need as customers Im thinking about getting a Fire stick Roku has been giving me too many issues.

The power went out n came back on but my tvs not coming back on

It was rain n that power went in n out but my tvs not coming back on , I left them unplugged for two days in they still not coming on!

I canceled Roku channels and havent gotten my refund back. Because I dont have time to watch them and cant afford them at this time. Please understand I am trying to get in touch so everything can be corrected. I did cancel that day and didnt know it was token out. I do thank you for the experience I had and hope one day I can get them back. Thank you Mrs. Corinn Mccray

El día 28/04/2023 compré en la tienda Walmart ubicada en la 839 US HIGHWAY 130 EAST WINDSOR NJ 08520, un televisor de 43" ONN. Roku TV FHD Smart TELEVISIÓN. Pasado 2 meses al televisor se le presentaron en la pantalla unas rayas de varios colores que no permiten ver la imagen. Me dirigí a Walmart para cambiarlo y me indicaron que habían pasado 30 días, que tenía que hablar con el fabricante, por ello estoy recurriendo a ustedes buscando una solución para mi caso. Bad 4k voice remote

Bad 4k Roku remote,volume buttons sticks and turns volume all the wayup,please need new remote,love the device and service on both units but the 4k voice remote is frustrating with sticking buttons

I purchased Roku a couple months ago and you guys just charged be for this month and I’m not getting any service

Not able to use remotes on both TVs No signal and one freezes when you turn it on the other. Been 3 days without watching televisions in my home with 2 Roku devices. Im expecting full credit for each day without service on two television Ive been paying for. Money for service have been deducted out account regularly each month.

Resolved: This company steered me wrong a couple of times.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I found out from my bank that Roku.com refunded me back the $74.36 on 11/15/22.

Roku is a very bad company. I will never order from them again. Too make a long story short about Amazon.com; is the best place to order from whenever you need and or want something.

I called this company to let them no that the Roku box wasnt working. They helped me to make it work. This Roku box didnt work. This Roku company told me it could be a faulty. I said what does that mean? Thee customer rep says it means the item is defected. He steered me wrong by telling to buy the Roku streaming stick from Roku.com. I did what he said. I tried to cancel the order right after I ordered it. I couldnt because the Roku company said the order was in the queue. When I receive it refused and and ir give it back to the postman. Roku shouldve gave me a tracking no inside the box or told me to go to the P.O. to get a new tracking no. for it. That way I could get insurance for it in case it got lost. I know I could have got a Roku streaming box at Amazon.com for a lot cheaper. Roku should not have told me to buy a streaming box from them. I very sorry I got steered in the wrong direction twice by the Roku customer service. This package might get lost in the mail. If that happens I will want sue Roku $1000. to resolve a list package. Roku is being very disrespectful of my belongings when they didnt do what they starred me wrong a those 2 times.

ROKU SUCKS! DO NOT BUY ROKU!

I never complain on websites like these but I am FURIOUS at the moment!!! Bought a Roku Streaming Stick Plus, but everything on Roku said cannot commect due to HDCP! WTF?! My tv is brand new. I spent hours unplugging and restarting the crap. Then sat on the phone with their “customer service” which is obviously some idiot in a foreign country who was raised by a mountain goat. I got so frustrated I returned it and bought the downgraded version assuming the issue might be my tv. I downgraded to the regular hd Roku Streaming Stick... SAME PROBLEM!!! Actually worse because install took forever, had to reset the device multiple times... STILL DOESN’T WORK. I have a masters degree in computer sciences... IF I CAN’T GET THIS TO WORK THERE IS A PROBLEM. DO NOT BUY ROKU!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS HORRIBLE CRAP. BAD PRODUCT, BUGGY SOFTWARE, USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
