Bad service

Bad service and the property is not well maintained. Making some rules that do not make sense. They just want to find a way to charge the customer for an unreasonable reason

Bug infested

There was beg bugs and roaches everywhere the front desk worker in the morning was very rude and was rushing us out the room after we had to shower after sleepin with roaches

Rude and disgusting room

Had to switch rooms and then couldnt get anything back for the nasty room with roaches!!! I need a call back asap

Horrible management

I wouldn'tI wouldn't. And never will have anything good to say about this place had me waste a lot of time and money for no reason. Wanted work done and wanted me to bring tools and I did but wouldn't answer Me about the pay but first day acted as if I should of done alll this work for him the first day by 2pm . Have vending machine,ice machines,washer dryers carers in 10 room shampoo carpets , yard cut , over 6000 sq ft ceiling tiles replace. Then our stuff was in a room and he refuse my wife a key to get in room made her set outside with hands full of food and clothes out in heat of 95 plus degrees while he basically talk to e like I was wrong for not having it all done yet. Ask for bid from me for ceiling tie job I give him bid and I show him other rates from company's who do this locally he said he call melet me know . So I had to tske all my tools back home adcome back to hote l for my clothes etc.. kick us out basically. I'm contacting my lawyer about the treatment and see how t handle it legally . Wife is pregnant and she was out inheat for hour I didn't know it I thought she was In room . So embarrassing I've been in construction over30 years not once have ever been so embarrassing in my life I even offer him to pay me hourly or salary. He shouldn't do people like this. Thats bad management . He should of compensate me some for all the time and gas but most importantly stress on my Wife and embarrassing us like this. No butter, syrup, jelly - nothing for Free waffles. Manager says he's used today's allocation. Wow. He said we should be happy to have waffles! Ever eat a dry waffle?

They will every find me my money for the nasty room

I had roches in my room. My bed was nasty, bathroom was nasty. They didn't even come clean it up. When I checked out the so called manager gave the people in front of me there money back because there room was nasty but wouldn't give me back mines. I'm so pissed right now. I drove from Texas to get back home to Wilmington, I was to tired to go look for another one

Staff

We have been here paid daily for our stay me my wife .. The night shift staff was rude and tried to have us leave our room without opportunity of paying I truly feel they should give me and my wife a free night or 2 with the room we been in

Manager never returned calls

The workers lie to keep deposit he did not do what he agreed to do . He never looked at camera or anything and i have proof

I recently checked in at the roadway inn and the female manager was going room to room telling people they had to leave. She came knocking on my door like I done something wrong. She woke me up I went to the to answer and she starts yelling for me to get out. I told her whats the reason for me to leave. She said that I was smoking fentanyl. I said I don't even smoke fetnyal.she kept telling me to open the door and I did as she requested. I told her she can look in the room. And she said no that I had to leave. So I requested to her to call the cops to come and drug test me or search my room. She stated that she was. Ten minutes later the cops arrived to look at my room and remove me from the room. I asked the officers why do I half to leave when I wasn't smoking fentanyl in the room.the cops said it's a private business so they can do as they please. So I left. Also the lady manager is still keeping me checked in so I can't get refunded my money back. I know I had a smoking room so I could smoke cigarettes as I pleased all I smoked in there was my e-cig and a cigarette. This is unjust and not right. I did not deserve to get kicked out the cops came to room and found nothing and I still had to leave I paid nearly 600 for less then twelve hours in a room. I don't think it's right just because I'm young I can do a urine test to prove I don't do fentanyl so how can she accuse me. Also when I checked into the hotel the room was musty smelling when I first entered the room so there is no way she can blame me for this is not can someone please give me a tip because I just pretty much got robbed legally by this hotel. And im pretty sure there are lots of others that she's been doing this to lots of others

Public safety, health hazzard

My boyfriend and I, planned a romantic night to celebrate 20 years. So we got a room with jacuzzi. When we used the tub, of course we didn't have our glasses on, later after, I was wearing glasses , I wanted to be sick to see the jetts on the tub were full of mold and old hair. Serious health hazzard

Ripped Off / BEWARE!!!!

Made reservations with staff at Ashville, NC location on Wedgewood Dr and arrive 5/11 checked in. Made reservation for 11th and 12th. I was told on phone facility recently renovated everything new. Room had can of acetone on bathroom counter when we entered. Husband took acetone to front desk ask for remote for TV was told was in room. We looked all over no remote. Went back to front was told they would check around for one. We unpacked and husband went for ice. He returned saying ice machine not connected, no ice. Husband said he was also told NO laundry (machines not hooked up) and no continental breakfast. I went to front desk ask if we checked out in the morning would we be charged for the night as we were very unhappy with the condition of the facilities and false advertising saying they offered continental breakfast when they did not. I was told we would not be charged for 2nd night. We checked out at 9 am next morning and were told a manager had to reverse the room charge so could not be given check out receipt. Was told would be emailed receipt showing charge for only one night. This did not happen as received email showing charge for both nights. I called facility was told I had to prove we checked out when I said we did. Of course could not do so as they told me had to wait for manager to reverse charge for one night. Horrible experience and HUGE RIP OFF!!!

Want a refund

Yes what happened was I rented hotel from Rodeway of Leesburg and and started off pretty good and then the door *** breaks and he sitting there blaming me whoever the front desk clerk was for breaking and I kept telling him that it was already just about to fall apart and when I went and told him he just blatantly told me that it was me that broke it well also they had a carpet cleaning company come in and didn't even tell me or my fiance and they basically walked in almost on us half naked and then as I'm leaving I'm getting blamed or I'm getting questioned whether or not I'm taking their pillows and covers because I bring my own pillows and my own covers

Complaint about how I am being treated

My name is Orlando Yanez Gutierrez I got a room for two nights in San Bernardino, CA Rodeway Inn.607 W 5th St, San Bernardino, CA 92410. We checked in 03/16/2023 and were set to check out 03/18/2023 but on the day of check I was going to extend the stay for one more day but when I woke up I noticed water all over the floor coming from underground and the lower edges of the walls in room 119. I reported it and asked for a refund because clothes got water damage and a couple bags as well. The front desk refused to give me a refund and only offered me a discount price for my additional stay. They said I could talk to the manager, but the manager never came in to talk with me and my girlfriend, Patricia Wozniak. We were moved to room 223, but room 119 is already booked again with a child in it. So was the hotel aware of the room when it was given to me and just cleaned and booked again like they just did. I didn't get my refund because the damage was reported on the day of check out. Even tho the damage was there before and still booked. So are they going to say the same thing to everyone that books that room just so they don't refund? I got pictures of room with damages and last video is on new bookers and water coming out from underground.
