Unlawful termination
I worked at one of the box plants in NC and was terminated because one of my coworkers got hurt on my end of the line because he was doing something unsafe he has been hurt before doing something against safety regulations it wasn't wrote up like it should have been he was able to sue the company for $60,000 and bragged how he got money for getting hurt while doing something against safety regulations and then with this incident he got me fired like he wanted he's been telling me for two yrs now he wasn't going to stop until he got me fired or moved off the line and well he did and I didn't do anything and I didn't get hurt and I passed my drug screen when it happened and I still got terminated but he is still employed with them. They are not a company to work for they are shady, they pick favorites, and will just completely do you wrong

I just left your store on 201 South 3rd street, St Charles IL. I will never enter that store as long as the so called manager works there. I walked in and was going to place an order for a a/c compressor. I asked the employee if there was an Advance near by,Only cause I was going to return the current a/c compressor to them. The employee stated " I am not going to tell you" I stood in shock, then said "what?" He then said it again and added that that is his competitor and He was going to tell me, I told him that his customer service suck and he told me to leave his store. Please view the tape and look at the type of employees you have working for you. I assure you that ALL the customers that come to me will here about the disgusting customer service you have at that store. I will do every thing in my power to redirect people to another auto parts store. Employees like that guy are a dime a dozen and they are the least wanted in this type of business. Good Luck!!!!!
