Have been trying to send a customer firearm back for warranty work for 2 weeks an am perpetually on hold, no one ever answers the phone and email correspondence is non existent, no replies, no means to leave messages, nothing.

Defect and firearm rock island 206
My frame in my 206 has two splits factory defects I would like to have them repair it if thats possible this is a great For self - protection I have had it over three years I never fired it I purchase an online holster for it I do not know what will happen by the splits being in the frame I am 82 years old I carry it for self-defense this is a beautiful gunJust the right size

Multiple malfunctions

I mailed a certified/signature required letter to them, which was received over 2 weeks ago. The letter asked that I be reimbursed for the gunsmithing work done locally on the pistol, since the 2 times they had "fixed" the gun, it still malfunctioned. They have not...

I bought a 1911 G.I. in .38 Super about 2 years ago. It has been to Armscor in Beatty Nv. twice. Once to replace a mainspring & the 2nd time to replace a recoil spring. I shot it twice since then and it functioned O.K. I took it apart for cleaning last month and could not get the slide stop in. Tried UTube & 2 hrs. later gave up. I took the gun to a local smith, who opened the ss port & de-burred slide & receiver & cleaned it. Has functioned well with only 36 rounds so far. I am sending all my paperwork to them via USPS signature required, since their is no functional cs phone & they did not get the Contact form with the description but they did geyt the emailed receipts. Strange. If you need gunsmithing, I would think twice about sending it. They are parts replacers only.

Brand new rock Island Armory 1911 .45acp faulty palm or thumb safety
I first called rock Island Armory support and described the problem and issue of almost shooting myself in the damn stomach and shooting through the driver door of my 2018 Colorado 4x4 breaking the window and blasting a giant hole in my door. The support rep. Put me in touch with Armscor which has responded only by email and we're very disrespectful and insulting by basically in one of emails calling pretty much a liar by say it sounds pretty sketchy. So I took pics of the pistol and serial number ,shell casing, the damage to the vehicle the inside and outside of the door also took video of the faulty safety in action and my second response was I had better my attorney to speak for me because it sounds stupid and sketchy. Even after showing the evidence in very vivid detail I was still called a liar This company doesn't deserve to stay in business ripping people off and disrespecting them while they are doing it. This is a very unprofessional company that do not take pride in what they do . The only thing that they pride and people's money is being cons artist. I'll never buy anything from this company ever again and the world will know what a *** show your company really is ***

Customer service, gun defective
Have not heard back from last week from them. Have not been getting a email since Friday and have not had any calls since I called them about the warranty or the getting the gun fixed.

Repair slide lock froze will not hold slide open
I hope I may send weapon to you for repair. The slide lock is stuck and wont move .oiled and massaged with small rawhide mallet

The barrel has a defect where the slide carrier was welded inside the berrel

The gun was sent back so they could send it to the gun smith.The gun Smith shot the gun and wrote up a work slip, sadly the gun was not cleaned per invoice. Or barrel replace.
The barrel is not repairable..per gun Smith in Akron Ohio.
The barrel still was ditches inside where barrel was welded for mounting gun barrel tithe frame.2 weeks down the Drain.They could not care about defeat of the barrel. Shoot it ,send it back oh well.I can't believe this Bisness operates ,or someone wasn't called the federal Government on them.The gun barrel should be scraped per Akron gun smith.

I sent them pictures and they want the complete gun back.Deer season is right around the corner. Why can't they send me a new barrel and I'll send the one I just bought back with there box and labels They said 4 to 6 weeks. The gun was just purchased a few days ago. The store said they sent 4 guns Back and it's been 6 months. You have the pictures I sent ,and it can't be repaired. The gun shop said . What is the problem with them.Gregg Dawkins
