Stop saying Guaranteed when it’s just a gimmick

Guaranteed to your doorstep in 2 days quickly changes to we cant control UPS totally agree that you dont control the actions of the shipper but you continue to advertise something and are as bold as to guarantee it . However when the customer asks about the guarantee you stop communicating. You have a nice site and Ive liked doing business with you but I will no longer

Misleading Website

Very misleading website. I attempted to return a club and was told "does not qualify". Then, they checked their posting and said some were "miscategorized" and they would alert their web team. But too bad for me! Even after they admitted the website error they refused to honor a return! Then accused me of being a bully because I pointed out that the customer should not be penalized for their mistake!! Ha - is this middle school?

Misleading availability and shipping date

Ordered 9/5, promised delivery on or before 9/20. Heard nothing until I called for status on 9/16 and then was informed that the item is back ordered with no restock date. RBG didnt know this in the 11 days between when I ordered this item and when I called for status? Told them to refund my money. This was ordered as a birthday gift and I am now screwed. I will NOT be using rock bottom golf again and I will advise my golf buddies not to ever order from this site.

90 Day Performance Guarantee - What a Joke!!

Bought a new driver that was offset and supposed to produce a draw. After about 12 drives I stopped using this driver because of the horrible slices...my drives usually have a slight fade. This driver did not "perform" as advertised. The driver was in excellent condition with absolutely no visible signs of wear. I boxed it up and returned to them the next day. Today I get an urgent email from them stating the driver is considered Used and cannot be returned so they are sending back to me. I guess when you order a club from them open the box and JUST look at the club for a while (less than 90 days) and then you might be able to return it!? This supposed "Guarantee" is worthless!!!

Incomplete Order

I am still missing a box of 10 golf towels and a sales receipt which I need for reimbursement. I was told in a text that a reshipment was being process. that was several days ago. I do not know the status of it.

Return a joke

I had a return I contacted customer service before submitted return advised okay to return credit would be given towards purchasing replacement bag. Ordered replacement bag as directed. Credit given for future purchases only and would not give credit to bag authorized to purchase. Now have credit which I will never use at this rip off company again. Paid 209.00 for bag returned only gave $181.13 but will not apply to credit card had to use to purchase replacement bag. Their customer service is a joke and return policies are a sham.

Terrible quality

I purchased a driver in excellent condition and received a club with a major chip out of the crown. I sent it back and was assured a replacement in like new condition. When I received the replacement it was worse than the original with multiple scratches and 10+ paint chips. It looked like it was dropped on a pile of rocks. I was offered store credit but will never shop here again so thats not much use.

Problem with club return

Purchased a club from Rock Bottom. Tried it at the driving range and it was not a good fit. Called to return and was informed it was now a "used" club since I had hit a ball with it. It now becomes a trade-in where they give you 35% refund or a 50% store credit, but you pay for shipping to return it. This is a racket!
