In stock item was a lie,waited 6 wks and they cancelled order said it was out of stock

I ordered a hellcat pro ,item was said to be in stock,numerous emails to company after there 7-10 business days ,they couldnt tell me anything abt order.received cancellation notice on oct 27th said was out of stock,order was placed on sept 15th.Worst customer service I ever encountered,dont order from them. Unreliable they say guns in stock when there not.

Canceled My Order Based On Third Party Fraud Unit

I have been buying guns through RK Guns for about 5 years. For some unknow reason, my order was cancelled due to their third party fraud unit thinking something was wrong with the credit card I always use. When I called RK Guns, they could not have been more useless. They told me it was out of their hands because the third party fraud company they use didn't like something. They couldn't tell me what it was, how to fix it or anything else. This is the tail wagging the dog. How can a company do business like that? It's the same freaking card you have taken for other gun purchases. Suddenly, a third party doesn't like something and you can't tell me what or why. I'm done with company. It is *** poor service when you can tell a repeat customer why suddenly you don't like my credit card.

Received a used gun

I called back RK guns customer service I did not tell them of my situation prior I was told that I could not have accepted the package and have the FFL dealer return it back when I explained that I did called immediately from FFL dealer with the first representative they did not give me the option and did not inform me of that what I was just told so because of is error and customer service not to give you the same response in this situation I'm stuck with the used revolver

I made an online purchase on August 22th a Taurus revolver 856 from RK guns August 24th they started the processing it after that I waited an additional 21 days and received on September 14th through an FFL dealer in the dealer I first noticed that the box was unsealed repacked with removed tape markings on inspecing of the revolver it looked used apparent by the scuffs on the cylinder and the draglines markings from being fired I immediately call customer service and they claim that they don't sell use items and to take it up with the manufacturer. So the manufacture tells me to take it up with who I brought it from RK GUNS is not a reputable and does not stand by their products or warranty their sale the worst customer service ever do NOT PAY from them online it a final sale, you got it, it's yours! A lesson to be learned for online purchases.

Do NOT take any responsibility

They advertise companys and they advocate for sales and rebates but, wash there hands of all and any advertisment for discount and rebates. Will not help with the cheap *** companys that wont annie up rebates. T.A.U.R.U.S

Bad experience

They sent me a rifle that did not have a removable side-baffle break when the one I ordered specifically stated that it was removable. I contacted customer service and they were extremely rude and repeated the same line over and over that "since I received the rifle I had to take it up with the manufacturer for warranty" and did not back up their sale in any way. They advertised something that they didn't provide after I paid for it, should be false advertising or straight fraud. Absolute garbage.

I ordered a shotgun and it wish I didn't. The ship to store is apparently done via horse and buggy with 3 broken buggy wheels. That or they have people hiking their products warehouse to warehouse. I am so sick of waiting I don't even really want the gun anymore. Even worse, you can't track the item because the horse and buggy do not communicate with the stores.

I got ripped off!!!

They ripped me off, over-charging me, not sending right amount and lying to cover their butt. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE; Don't buy from lowlife. They LIE, man do they lie. All of this is MY opinion, so take it for what it's worth. I now buy from Sportsmans Warehouse. No deals there but they don't rip you off.

Waist of my time. Waited 2 weeks went to pickup and was told need to come back in 3 days,

RK Guns is using people after ordering 2 weeks later get email saying order ready for pickup after going to store they tell me i need to wait 3 days to a week and come back. So I asked for refund and they charge me to ship gun from factory to there store now they will sell and they got free shipping..

Still waiting for them to get the guns in that I want to purchase

I have been waiting for almost a year for them to get two ar's and a pistol that I want to buy. Even checked at my local rk store and they told me that the web site does'nt reflect what they have in store.

They don't follow state law and advertising is deceptive

FL state law regarding waiting periods for rifles and shotguns is 3 business days except if you have 1) A concealed permit 2) a trade in 3) a hunting license. The store ignores the law and makes you wait regardless. Additionally the site states if you ship to an RK store there are no fees. I had to pay an $8 transfer fee at the store. 50 mile round trip twice when I could have paid $30 more at a store in town and not had to wait. Bottom line do not deal with RK.Buy from a local dealer even if it's a few dollars more.

Web site is never up to date for the Lake Wales Florida store.

Their website states it has 66 boxes of Frontier 5.56 ammo. They have none ZERO. This happens a lot with this store. Seems like no one there is smart enough to use a computer. People drive over an hour to the store thinking they have what's listed online and are told they do not have it. So if you must buy something from this bunch of losers be sure and call first.

Gun Purchase

R.Kings is a great place to shop just don't buy a gun from them. They don't follow the rules of the FBI/NICS. If you get a delay the FBI will not answer or update the delay after the 3 day mandatory period. RK will not call, will not resubmit and most importantly will not transfer the gun which is allowable by law. They will not allow your FFL to pickup. You are basically at their mercy with zero customer service and zero follow up. You can blame a few things on Covid-19 but not the complete lack of service.

Do not buy from rk guns

ordered a shotgun on nov 28 2019 and still have not received it as of jan 13 2020. *** poor service and trying to get answers is a joke. Pissed off customer

Two months for a refund

Ordered a gun, RK used the wrong address and it got sent back. I email for almost two month every other day, zero replies. Had to file with my bank to get a refund.

Still waiting g on my refund

I placed an order on rkguns. Com on March 13th my account was charged in full after the 10 business day my order was still processing so I decided to email them their customer service never got back to me about my order so the next day I called the woman at customer service said that they didn't know why my order hasn't shipped she went and got a supervisor that's when they said that my order was out of stock and they did not know when they would be getting anymore in to go ahead and cancel my order that the item I had purchased was at the Leesburg rural king. I went and purchased the gun at the Leesburg store and then called to cancel my order I waited on hold over half an hour for the customer service to tell me that my order still hasn't shipped they couldn't give me a date when it would and then are you to say that they had not received the money for the order even though my bank statement shows it was out of my account on March 13th they said that they only take the money when they ship. Today is 3 days after my order was canceled and I still have not received a refund for the purchase I have emailed several times now about the refund because customer service told me I had to send them an email with a picture of my receipt for the purchase I made at the store in order to even cancel my order I'm still trying to figure out when my $224 is going to be refunded into my account the order was canceled I never received any product so why are they withholding my money since they've had it since March 13th today is March 31st
