I play riversweeps game at Js smoke shop 715 lander ave Turlock ca 95380 on 06/16/2023 I won $25,300 and I went to collect they would only give me $300 but not the $25,000 and they told me not to come back to the store and deleted my acct I have screen shots but I need help to get these crooks to pay what I won rightfully

I got ripped off when I won
This is a complaint for Arazona Arena who sells riversweeps on Messenger. I had played with them numerous times, then I hit the Grand Jackpot for $2500.00 on the horse game! I was so excited, I had never won that much before. Only to be told when I asked to be cashed out that their max payout is $1400.00. I didn't understand...what's the point of playing and trying to win if they keep it. I asked if they could split the other 800.00 4 ways on different games but was told no. Needless to say I was more than disappointed. That was on June 2 2023. It took weeks for them to pay me $200. Then weeks to pay me another 270. Just a bunch of excuses about problems with cash app but meanwhile talking to other friends who won 300 another person won 500 and they were paid. It's been well over a month and they don't even bother to respond to me. I'm so upset. I've spent a lot of money with them to be ripped off when I won finally is just disgusting. I've tried everything to be paid, I don't know what else I can do

Ive been playing for a couple years now and on June 15th 2023 I deposited $50 at Js smoke shop 715 lander ave Turlock ca 95380 on my riversweeps game and on June 16th I won $25,300 and I went to cash out and they only gave me $300 but I put $50 back on the game so they wouldnt give me my winnings and argued with me that its bonus points so I left and I went back to smoke shop and gave them a demand to be paid letter and told them I want to be paid they got mad and told me not to come back there and that they were deleting my account. I dont know if I should get a lawyer or file a complaint with the local police dept or what but I have screen shots of my winnings and I rightfully believe Im owed what I won so please give me some help please

I contacted river sweeps fb and im not sure who had a conversation on Facebook messenger with but me and that person had an agreement and the agreement was he said his manager was going to put time on my account because I found a fake Facebook page. The most annoying part is that I wouldn't even of been angry if they wouldn't of said they would do it.. now.im furious it's been 3 days and I have to deal with a new person every time I ask what's taking so long. I have all the screen shots from day one this chick begged me for days to play and then finally to get her to leave me alone I agreed. She told me to upload as much as possible on my first deposits. Im a disabled veteran and cant work so Im on fixed income so I dont play often or much. I added $20 and got up to $206. I said Id like to cash out. She said she could only do $150 since I deposited $20. Then told me the extra money left I can play but wont be able to receive ever. I said wtf! So youre stealing. She said im not stealing you just cant get the leftover. I said maybe you should tell people that before begging them. To play. Thats why she wanted me to put in alot of money so that the winnings to cash out would be almost impossible to get. So far they have sent me nothing and wont reply to my messages. If anyone knows how I can resolve this Id appreciate it. If not I will have to go to the va and report stolen government money.

TheWildWest vendor for riversweeps is refusing to pay me my winnings and has blocked me on fb and has deleted my account. This is not right. My game play is with riversweeps. You are responsible for my winnings. These winnings were not done on Freeplay I deposited hard earned money for what to have it stolen by one your employees. Someone needs to contact me asap or I will be sueing this company
