Agent continued to say Give me a moment. Gave him 28 minutes and then he tells me sorry cant determine problem, will escalate to someone else and they will contact at some point. Dont know when however! Having no phone support is ridiculous!

The team website I visited was a bastion of racial bigotry and the staff looked the other way while (paying) members posted racially outrageous *** daily. Really REALLY spooky to see people making jokes about lynching's and other blatantly racial comments and ZERO response from the administrators in 2022 and on a website for a Big 10 university. I have sent samples of the typical daily posts there to authorities at different levels of government, we'll see what happens.
