I am extremely surprised and upset with the last...

I am extremely surprised and upset with the last 3 boxes of the family 6 pack of Ritz crackers. Every roll of crackers has been short on quantity. All the boxes bought before that have had 32 crackers per roll but the last 3 boxes rolls have been anywhere for 3 to 5 crackers short. I am not sure if this is an anomaly but EVERY box before had the same 32 crackers in each roll. What is the problem and can/should this be rectified? Ritz are by far my favorite but I am very upset about the quality control. I know things are different now and prices/expenses have gone up but I truly like getting all that I paid for. Do I need to find something else to satisfy my craving? Douglas Byrd 530 Maravillas Drive Pleasanton,TX 78064 8**-**4-3318"

Peanut butter found on cracker

I always buy the box of ritz original crackers for my daughter who has a PEANUT allergy . Well today the packages were contaminated with peanut butter on the side of the crackers!!! I am sooooo mad!!!

Garlic Flavor is so mild

I just as well buy the Original Ritz because maybe the first cracker has a mild Garlic flavor but after that they taste like the Original ones. Garlic Lovers like to taste Garlic, Im going to quit getting them because I hate the disappointment. Nothing has to be changed except adding MORE GARLIC BUTTER & noting it on the box. New Improved with Extra Garlic Butter for the Garlic Lovers Out There!! Please Consider this request, Thank You Virginia Heath

Ritz crackers crumbles when taken out of pack.

Crackers crumbles as if stale. Expiration dates is not until Dec. Of 2023. Was trying to put peanut butter on cracker and could not because they just broke up. Had more crumbs than cracker. This is second time sending review and did not here back from company of explanation. Ritz is not a cheap product to fall apart like that. Grandkids like to eat them plain, but is hard to do when you can't get them out of the pack in one piece. This is very frustrating. Might have to choose another that will hold up better.

My package of Ritz regular crackers are missing a sleeve of crackers.

I opened box of regular Ritz crackers and found 3 sleeves instead of 4 sleeves of crackers. Im very disappointed because the box is smaller and more expensive.

In the past two to three years the quality has gone way down and only half, maybe half, of the crackers don’t crumble

I cant take buying them anymore. Used to love them but they are so thin they fall apart and thats if they arent all crumbled out of the box. Nobody cares so Ill just buy town house from now on. Not my favorite but Id like to be able to eat them

Broken crackers

Purchased 2 boxes of ritz, Ive been buying this product for over 50 years, lately the quality sucks, to be blunt, the two I recently purchased has 4 sleeves, every sleeve had multiple broken and crumbled crackers, totally unacceptable, I will no longer buy this product, which is unfortunate because it use to be our cracker of choice.

Salty crackers

Purchased three boxes of crackers in the past two weeks from three different stores. I only eat and purchase the Hint of Salt. Never had a problem with these since they have been on the market until recently. At 4.95 per box, I expect what I pay for. Unfortunately, each packet in box were the same, overly salty. Three times saltier than the original. Something is wrong at the company or the person packaging them. I am very disappointed.

These crackers are so thin and crumbly that it’s hard to spread anything on them (e.g., peanut butter). I will never buy them again.

Thin and crumbly. Not worth it anymore. Customer beware. Expense not the proble. Lack of quality is the overriding factor in this critique.

Crumbling crackers

Like dozens of other reviews on this site I am leaving a review because frankly its just sad. This is a cracker that I have enjoyed since I was like three or four years old. Just another example of a great American product that was sold off to some country it doesnt give a damn about quality, standards, ingredients, or customer satisfaction. It is so disappointing to buy a box of Ritz crackers with four sleeves in it, and only literally have five crackers that are whole in the entire box. Five. Out of 128 crackers. Youve gotta be kidding me. If I wanted bread crumbs for meatloaf, I would have bought bread crumbs, not this sub par excuse for a ritz cracker. How dare this company even still use that name!?!? Its a disgrace honestly. Shame on the higher ups that made the decision to give up any sort of quality for the product they sell to the public. And with inflation, theyre charging us more than ever for this garbage! I want my money back. Really what I want is a damn box of the product I grew up with that I dont have to worry about it shattering into 100 little pieces on the way from the package to my mouth. Make this right.
