Charged my Account $169.94 after 14 days For Free (just pay shipping $4.95). 2 separate charges to my account. When I called to complain, they asked if I was familiar with their terms and conditions. Cancelled my account and offered to discount the product as much as 75% if I would keep my account active. BEWARE!!!!!

I never got the free trial got an $85 charge on my card called got hung up by the customer service people called again after agruing with them they said they could only send me another trial and that they would not refund me my money regardless if i want a replacement or not and that they would charge me a fee of $19.95 these people are liars and thief why would i want to give you my hard earn money for free this is a big issue i looked online and found a lot more people having the same issue tried several times to cancel again but there customer service are rude

this "free trial" is a scam. no doubt. do not order from them. they will charge you only the shipping cost for the trial period - which is 14 days, but they send 30 days worth of product - impossible to get gains from ANY supplement in that time. upon trying to call and email to cancel the subscription during the trial period, they ignore you and do not actually do anything to cancel. the customer service rep told me it was cancelled when I called on the 7th day, but then about a week later, after the 14 day trial period, I was charged $89.95 for each product. I called to complain and the CS rep told me that they actually only charge you the shipping just to TRY the product, but you must still pay for the product. which, does not meet the standards of a "free trial" at all!!! I argued for about 10 minutes before asking for a supervisor, who said the same thing. they would not refund my charges because it was part of their trial fees. so in all actuality, there is no free trial, you pay shipping up front, then pay for the product after 14 days. after arguing another 20minutes with the supervisor, I explicitly declined any further services and demanded the account be cancelled in full. about 10 minutes after hanging up, I got two emails detailing my cancellation. well lo and behold, a month later, two new charges in my account for 89.95 each!!! now I was furious. another 20 minutes on hold with customer service and I talked to another supervisor, finally they agreed to refund the charges and ensured my account was cancelled. two weeks goes by, no refund. two more weeks go by, two new charges!!! OMG. so now I've been charged over $530 for 6 bottles of this crap that does NOT work at all. after another round of calls, and more promises of cancellation and refunds, and more weeks of waiting... I still have not had ANY refunds, but now I've not had any new charges or shipments. so, these guys have a sure fire racket going on and they don't seem to have any remorse. for the love of god, do NOT order these products. you'll be sorry in more ways than you can imagine!!! however, if you were a poor soul that is getting ripped off from these guys, here's their contact information if you can find it yet... customer service: 888-504-**** xripped email: [email protected] tcomplex email: support@***e-complex.com good luck guys. save yourself the headache and pass on this trial offer!!!

Do not get this I got my 12 dollar trial bottles. Next thing I know they charged me 180 dollars with out me knowing. Never got any more product. Then they charged me another 180 dollars less than a month later This time they sent me a email that product was on the way. I called the customer service number Just s voice mail never called me back. I had to close my account and disput the charges which will take over a month before I get the credit back. DO NOT GET PRODUCT. SCAM!!!!! N

I tried the $4.99 X PLODE and the $4.99 Ripped NO2 and I canceled a few days later, because it elevated my blood pressure. They acknowledged I cancelled, but they charged my card for the regular prices for both of $48 and $46. They will not credit it back to me: and when I called 2 different times, the Women who answer the phones act like they can't hear you, and hang up. This is nothing but a total rip off ! Do not deal with these *** ! They will not answer my emails either ! They use a picture of Sylvester Stallone to promote their ***. I'm sure he doesn't know !

Regardless of how the pills work, they scam you into paying full price for the product by saying you get a free 30-day trial but then you have to either pay or send them back after 14 days. And they don't tell you they're going to charge you, they just steal your money. And then, when you call back to have it refunded, they put HALF the money back and take the full amount again. Don't even bother calling customer service though; they refuse to help you, manipulate you and are rude to boot. Miserable pieces of ***.

More of the same....ripped off by these scam artists
I tried the free trial. They have charged me $85, $89, $94, and so on about every week...(supposedly a monthly "subscription"). This was after I called and had to argue with the sales rep for 15 minutes about that fact that I did not "subscribe" to anything. She was gracious enough to refund me $28. I contacted my CC and they cancelled the card and charges...then a couple week later they re-charged the amounts because the company sent a dispute claiming I knew what I was buying....the funny thing is the "proof" they sent my CC/me shows they have a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked..."risk free" trial product (only pay shipping). They also claim i contacted my CC without contacting them...little to they know I have my conversation with them recorded and in the conversation I tell them I' will be contacting my CC to dispute the charges...clearly I contacted them first. Also be aware they seem to constantly change the name of the product and website. You can't find X-ripped or the website anymore...it's been changed to Ripped Muscle X or Ultra ripped HD or any other name by now. I have a current BBB claim submitted...we'll see what comes of that. See the photo...how is this a "monthly" subscription??? I'm one pissed consumer!
