Are RIOBEL shower faucet cartridges covered by a Lifetime Warranty? (Parts Only) RIOBEL customer service was great. Immediately offered and shipped a new shower value under Lifetime Warranty. No complaints with RIOBEL/ROHLures ready to email them, detailed instructions for installation.

Poor serviceability
I bought two bathroom faucets and they have a rectangular flush-mounted aerator. Over time, the aerators need replacement, which is normal. Problem is that there is no tool to remove the existing aerator. Their service dept said I have to break out the old one and be careful not to damage the faucet. Why market a faucet that you can't easily service?

Shower faucet stopped working
Hello our Riobel shower *** has stopped working. I was taking a shower and was no longer able to turn the shower off. I had to turn the water off to the house. I tried tightening the the screw but that did not work. Do you have any suggestions as to to resolve this problem. Is this a known issue? Sean

Parts for hand held shower
Flex hose of hand-held part of shower is broken. Called and spoke to a lady who said to send a picture, since I didnt have a model number. Took 3 pictures, and emailed them to the address she gave me. Called 10 minutes later and spoke to Christian, and he said to resend the email. I did, and then he got it. After a few minutes, he surprised me by saying the part would be sent to me soon, and at no charge due to a lifetime warranty. Just wish this wasnt referred to as pissed customer! Thanks so much for your help.
