Replacement of device

Couldn't install a device, decided to call customer service, the attention was the best, great customer attention , very knowledgeable, understanding the business.

My cameras went offline. No coverage at my home. I put in my password and it did not work. I reset my password still didn’t work. I call the service desk and couldn’t get through.

Cant reset password . I cant reach anyone at ring help desk . I tried several customer service numbers none work. I called Verizon to check their service and was told their network is down (no notice). The system will not allow me to log in with the old password, nor the new one I created. My security is currently compromised and I have no coverage at my residence!

I really like the clarity of this camera

My problem ended up being of my own of not understanding my settings . I do wish your cameras did record for a little longer than they do . I think that would be a great thing for your camera to do . Sorry for not understanding what was happening .

It's works well.

There's no issue. We are really happy the ring security cameras it eliminate the crooks by coming around and animals like dogs and cats. Thanks you so much. Have a good day.

Lack of customer service

I have the paid service with ring, and I am very disappointed in the warranty- I have 3 flood cams and one is stuck in night mode- I called and they went through pointless trouble shooting to tell me that I signed up for the service afterwards and the warranty on this camera is not effective.

Complaint

Im pissed that I was charged 80.00 to access my video. I cancelled thinking I had 24 hour access and found out I did not. Im getting rid of this ring junk and replacing with blink

Need help with problem that cannot be resolved

I do not receive sms messages with 2-step verification code to access my account. I use Fido as my service provider. It is fine when I receive an email notification but I never receive SMS from Ring - I get SMS messages from everyone else. I have spent at least 2 hours on the phone with Ring Support, 4 hours with Fido, 2 hours with other techs and no-one can resolve this issue. Either I find a solution (e.g. send email to me instead of SMS) or I will take my Ring products back to the store and will alert others who use Fido about this problem. I am not the only person who has experienced this problem. I do not want to use a 3rd party authentication method as it is complicated to set up and privacy is not secure. PLEASE would you send emails instead of using SMS for me. I want to keep my Ring products but unless this is resolved, I have no option other than returning them.
