Not happy

been trying for 48 hours to get to prescription refill mail order my computer says their computer is off line and since phone is only online from 8am to 6 or 8 pm mon to fri it can be hard to get them by phone.

Disgusted in Nebraska

Ordered a $6200.00 Fence package on June 20th of this year...It's 8/15/2020 and according to the Scottsbluff Nebraska order desk, NONE OF IT HAS SHIPPED FROM THE SUPPLIER...These *** sell items they do not have and have no idea when they are going to get them. They're happy to take your money and then tell you to *** off. "Rudy" at the Customer Service Desk is one of the rudest *** I have ever done business with. It wouldn't get me arrested I'da drug his *** out to the parking lot and beat the *** out of him.. NEVER AGAIN WITH MENARDS...

Review in Drug Stores and Drugs category from Naperville, Illinois

They have lost canceled orders repeatedly. They lie about when you'll get your meds. Their review board. Same med two years why are they reviewing my meds. They aren't my doc. Durable medical goods transferred me to the Philippines even my case worker was transferred there. Has any one had trouble with meds that don't work? Their Xanax compared to walgreens is worthless. Like to know where they get the meds from.

Slow and Dumb

The Humana pharmacy is a mess. a new order stays in process forever and then is cancelled. The web page does not say if they received the prescription from the doctor and give no direction as to what you are supposed to do before the order is cancelled. The people who answer the phone try to be helpful but they do not understand the nature of the problem. The process is bad and is in sore need of fixing. Humana Gold Choice PFFS unreliable Rightsource Humana Pharmacy unacceptable

on 4/26/2016 I recently was Dissatisfied with Humana Pharmacy they reported me to Humana but because my plan is a Private Fee For Service I am not subject to HMO rules just because they dont fill my prescription I renew by recent review of Humana Choice Regional PPO R582*-012 and Humana Walmart Preferred S588*-143 when I said there blood sucking $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Vampires $$$$$$$$$$ is all they are when it comes to Humana Insurance in the state of Texas the only plan i like is Humana Gold Choice PFFS H814*-126 this is a reminder Humana Choice is blood sucking vampires$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ who want your money and nothing else.shame on you

Short Review on April 16, 2016

The worst Pharmacy ever need to be shut down..Why do they even call themselves a pharmacy lieing co everything a lie dont do nothing they say all they want is money never get 3month supply just a lie to get u to join..If u havent joined dont run i wasted 4 months never sent medication .I hate liers will never deal with them again might sue them for everything they say is a lie...

Horrible customer service

despite me asking them over and over to not send out any prescriptions without me authorizing the cost they do it anyway. i have tried 10 different numbers to speak to anyone that cares, FORGET IT THEY DON"T!! if you would like to spend hours a day listening to music as you are transferred over and over again to agents that don't care at all this is the company for you to use! good luck even though i made it very clear to not send out any more medications they do it anyway. its even impossible to speak with a supervisor, manager, or anyone in their corporate headquarters that has the slightest interest in helping

Correct address

I have to talk to 2 Customer Service people before I speak to the Pharmacy.........I called and changed address with them.....and still messed...out of meds for over a month now.....called 4 times..still not correct...and they tell me it"s Humana Pharmacy, but I know it's Right Source...(can"t anyone tell the Truth any more)....called again today..still 3 people talked with........Now have to call my Doctor to get it re-ordered,I've had Surgery March the 3rd,,,very up set, up set......Dr,Jerry, (which talks american) is to call me back when My Doctor orders it again...............UP SET...

Right Source, Wrong Choice

Received an E-Mail from Humana Pharmacy, saying Rx required a Prior Authorization. I just had this filled at a local Pharmacy, but wanted the 90 day free supply from Humana. I expected a delay since I just had it filled. I called Humana and I cant even tell you how big a *** I had to talk to. My Rx is a combo pill (2 separate meds combined into 1 easy to take pill), She said they were waiting for a fax from my Doctor about one of the meds. I explained to Her it was only ONE med. For some reason she could not comprehend this. After I finally realized what I was dealing with, I just hung up. I'll spend the co-pay not to have to talk to them again.

NON-SHIPMENT OF MAINTENANCE MEDS

I LITERALLY HATE RIGHTSOURCERX - THEY CONSISTENTLY HOLD UP SHIPMENT OF MEDICATIONS WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME - I HAVE TO CHECK THE SITE TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF AN ORDER AND WHEN THE STATUS IS "SHIPPED" - IT IS NOT REALLY SHIPPED - IT IS SOMEWHERE IN PRESHIPMENT LIMBO. SOME OF MY MEDICATIONS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND I HAVE GIVEN THEM THE AUTHORITY TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR WHATEVER THE COST AND TO PUT THIS INFORMATION IN MY FILE. I PLACED AN ONLINE REFILL ON SEPT. 24 AND STILL DO NOT HAVE THE MEDICATIONS AND CANT TALK TO ANYONE BECAUSE IT'S SUNDAY ! IF THERE IS ANOTHER MAIL-IN DRUG SERVICE AVAILABLE TO ME I WILL DEFINITELY CHANGE

They owe me $97.98 and do not pay it back

I called and spent 30 minutes on the phone, they know they were wrong and said it was sent and it is 16 days and still no check. I sent $150. to cover B 12 and fenofibrate as it was always about $132. and B 12 was $15, but the fenofibrate was $37.03 and B 12 was $14.99 so I sent to much. Now I have one *** of a time getting my money back, but they have the gall to want a credit card to order pills, these crooks will use my card to pay for other peoples drugs at the rate they treat me.

You totally stink when it comes to customer service

I have used Rightsource reliably for several years and now the service has fallen totally apart. I am appalled and seriously thinking of changing sources for my meds. Today I was treated horrible by two really incompetent agents "Ed" and "Nicole"--they were clueless, not helpful--in fact the total opposite and really pist me way off. I still am considering changing sources. If my problem isn't resolved by Thursday of this week, I am going to change sources. I can't figure out how you can do so well one week and so horrible the next. You didn't ship my valid ok'd order because you had my apt # screwed up--and YOU screwed it up--totally incompetent.

INCOMPETENT in capital letters

If and WHEN they happen to send drugs, their service is great: however, this hardly ever happened. On multiple occasions I had to switch to a local pharmacy to get my meds. They are sloooow WHEN they act; on occasion they did not even begin to process my prescription. You can never rely on them. I have nothing good to say about them. The way they explain their service makes it sound great. Too bad they don't actually operate that way. They simply do not do what they say they will do - and I have had this experience repeatedly. I just gave it one last try but now I am no longer their customer.

RiteSource site recognizes me but cannot locate all prescriptions

Before Humana took over RiteSource, I could log in and check on my various prescriptions they had filled for me and place an order for a refill or renew them. Now, they cannot find any record of filling them now or in the past. Spoke with a representative concerning this problem and she said they would correct this matter which was several weeks ago. Still the same, I can log in but get no record of my doctors orders for prescriptions?? Tried again today which proved to be nothing but a waste of time. Terrible customer service

When I first got Right Source, it took over 2 months to get my prescriptions filled. They kept asking for "more information" but were unable to specify WHAT info they needed. Meantime they bombarded my doctor's office with multiple fax requests. Finally got the prescriptions. I use the on-line store to order refills. Today the site informed me that I don't have ANY prescriptions. I tried to use the automated phone system; it didn't work. I had to talk to a rep who told me I do not have an account and neither does my husband. The rep wanted to set up a new account, including faxing all of our doctors to get new prescriptions. I refused to go through that again, and after insisting on speaking to a manager, I was told they could order the refills. It has taken almost an hour on the phone, and they are still not done. And I will get to do it all over again when the time comes for my husbands refills. This company's customer service is non-existant. The reps are not educated about their job. Avoid this company if at all possible.

They look for an excuse for refusing giving you your medications

RightSource found a new way to refuse and delay the refill the medications. IN Feb. 2015 I sent Humana a genera power of attorney and a medical power of attorney and a new consent form good for one year from my wife to me. Today April 30 RightSource refused my order to refill my wife's prescription who is paralyzed in bed from multiple scleroses. The reason as they said , You need ne consent. because 10 days ago they changed their policy and they no longer accept the previous consent form for one year, they have new consent form for 2 years. I did not know about it until now and I did not receive the new consent form. In mean time and until we receive the new consent form and mail it back, The RightSource representative made her judgment to prevent my ill wife from her medications
