Refurbished Air Conditioner sold as a new unit
We had these people put in a mini ductless air conditioner. Within a few months, the pump went out and destroyed personal property. The repairman was nice, but very shoddy workmanship with a rigged repair outside the unit. Unit still wasn't working right so we called for another repairman. He got to the door and decided he wasn't coming in to fix the unit. An HVAC investigator looked at the unit and said it had signs of extreme wear and tear and had no freon. This leads me to believe I was sold a poorly refurbished unit for a new price.Do notDo not hire these people
