Can't get table saw fixed

The "authorized" service outfit claims they are not an authorized service center. There is no one local. Spent two hours on hold and they won't do anything for a tool that is still under warranty. I'll never purchase another tool from them again.

Consumer beware

Rigid Tools customer service is the worst. Need replacement part for power drill. Have life time warranty and website wont let you make a claim. Tried calling. Each time hung up after 2 hours. Tried texting. Must be a machine on the other end cause their an idiot.

Product registration

Original review Jun 15, 2023
While registering our product, we couldn't register it because it was a gift! I tried to find a place to add that info, none could be found. So, I had to call customer service and wait half an hour for the next available representative, but finally got it registered.

My reason for review is to prevent anyone else from throwing their money in the toilet

-Nailer : been in shop getting "fixed" more than ive owned it let alone attempted to use it -Sawsall : within 6months blade holder failed, then it just got tired and quit working altogether -Drywall router : im on my third in two years, last one came back "fixed" didnt work at all, that's hilarious i love it -18v sliding bevel chop saw : is a piece of *** it wont cut all the way through anything it leaves the bottom back up against the fence a good 1/8 in on whatever you think youre going to cut I have many other rigid tools and batteries and I recommend anyone that is looking to buy into the rigid 18v platform to keep looking, find something else, anything else, unless youve got enough money to wipe your *** with it and flush it down with the *** that it is Pic : not everything i have bought, but a decent representation of what i have invested in Rigid

Battery warranty replacement

i have dead batteries that u wont replace they are your batteries Ridgid??? Should b no questions. You say they are not registered.. When I bought them at HomeDepot they told me that i dont have to register them, if sell your tools there you should be schooling them on how to do it correctly So if you check your records all my batteries are registered from when i was told to do so For me thats why i bought Ridgid tools Lifetime batteries.. Might just as well go to Milwaukee tools So please replace my batteries n i will register them TY

LSA not honored

With my product registered and a receipt on Ridgid website, they wont honor the lsa service for my defective product. I was told the reason why it was denied was based on the manufacture date. What does that even mean to a customer?

The same as before. Total Customer neglect and abuse! I’m just getting more pissed

Customer neglect and abuse! Im just getting more pissed My saws less than a year and a half old and broke. I cannot even get a hold of anybody on the phone after multiple attempts. Its the same thing with over 90 minute wait times. And if you do wait 90 minutes they will tell you itll be a few minutes and they never answer.

The tool broke and the part is no longer available

I brought it to a repair shop. They said they dont repair ridging tools anymore because they were not being compensated. They recommend not to buy ridged anymore. Suggested other brands that stand by their product. Ie. Dewalt ,millwakee, etc. They make it nearly impossible to talk to w/wait times of 90 plus min. By design I bet. I,m stuck w a saw less than a year and half old and broken because of inferior parts. And cant contact anyone on the phone. Totally dissatisfied. Help me please.
