Warrant not being honored

Paddle shifter not downshifting and not going into reverse. It does work at times but mostly not working. It does throw a code and therefore they wont fix it under warranty. Its a known problem on many Spyders and the fix is a new switch. Yet they have told me they will put in a new switch but I must pay cash no warranty coverage. Im really at wits end.

Warranty issues on my 2021 canam x3

I purchased a canam x3 in August of 22 from your dealer in Concord NC with 2 year warranty. I bought the machine drive 15 miles up the road and the belt broke. Called dealership they sent rollback to pick me and the machine up they installed a new belt and sent me on my way. The next day found out had no 4x4 and broke the new belt . They took it back in and found bad clutch, sheves, bearing, front differential ,axles kept it 2 months. I get it back and drive it 2 miles the front differential explodes on flat ground. They take it back keep it 2 months and replace the front differential once more. I take it off road 100 yards in 4x4 the front differential explodes again! Now its in the shop for goni on 10 weeks and they will not fix the problem or will they put me in a new x3ds turbo equivalent to wht i bought . I have made 11 payments on this unit and have only had it in my possession a total of months other than that its been broken in the shop. This is a 40k dollar sxs i am paying for and now they wont cover it under warranty when its a 2 year warranty! You paperwork say all parts and labor covered for 90 days. I cant keep it a week and its broken!!!

Can am purchase

I bought a 2016 can am almost a year ago from your now Dallas location off of Plano Rd. I paid over 20k for this motorcycle and almost a year later it's still not fixed. I've been waiting on my saddle bags for 9 months that they said they ordered, it had electrical issues they still haven't fixed, the air shock leaks down in 10 minutes and they let me ride if the lot with bad brakes and the oil drain plug leaking because the techs don't know how do to their jobs properly. Almost a year now and I'm still getting the run around about this. I've already spoken to a lawyer and I'm fixing to file law suit on this. I was ensured everything would be fixed and it's still not and I keep getting excuses a year later that's just ridiculous. I've given them the options to fix it, return my money, or just put me on another one and they refuse any of them

Not happy with service

I've been waiting over 6 months for repairs to be completed. How can it possible take this long. They have had to order more parts on several occasions. They called me, said it was finished and nothing was completed. Dropped off the 4-wheeler in November to have repairs and service completed. 6 months later, they are still trying to order replacement parts that they screwed up in house. At this point, I just want my quad back.

Customer service

Got hit on the four-wheeler by car going 75mph while sitting on the side of the road waiting to cross it with only 2 hours on it ... Took to right now I'm landing for repairs was repaired got it back the clutch blew out from a defective part got it back from that 2 weeks later noticed fluids underneath it leaking took it back in in June with no results from the service department for 4 months they wanted to tell me it was out of warranty and we would have to pay $6,000 to replace the transmission that had a hairline crack... During this 4 months I have never spoke with anybody in management so I was a little at the end of my rope I called corporate out in Texas they gave me a number to a regional manager I contacted the regional manager he contacted the manager on site at ride now on blanding.. Greg the manager on site contacted me and apologize profusely for the time that it is taken to get to speak with him to get a resolution he called me by the end of that business day and let me know that they would be eating the cost of the transmission due to their lack of communication and that it would be expedited and repaired at no cost to me... Thank God I finally got to somebody that understood what was going on and handled it professionally thank you Greg it Right now powersports on blanding I appreciate the promptness that you put into this!

They robbed me

May 27th 2022 I contacted ride now in vegas on Boulder. The plan was to purchase an atv for a graduation gift. I spoke with (Keyanna) who actually did a pretty good job with helping me understand what I was looking for, and also introduced a couple sales prices that I didn't see on the website. Moving forward the deal was made, and I ended up buying two quads for the price I was gonna spend on one. I informed the salesperson that I was in California, but the quads were staying in Las Vegas. I explained that I would have my brother who is a resident of las vegas to come and pick the quads up, and she documented his name and even used his address for the registration. Upon arrival my brother was told he would not be able to take the quads, and that I would have to come down. Fast forward to me finally making the trip, I was denied the right to pick up my merchandise, and Alex refused to release the merchandise, or provide a refund. The manager even went as far as saying they haven't received payment t although I provided the receipt.

Dispute

They did end up fixing the issue. It's a great dealership with good people. But sometimes it's hard to know who to talk to.simpli

Deceptive advertising and attempted theft of consumers money

DO NOT believe advertised pricesUsed vehicles have a "UVC" along with taxes, lic and paper work charges. This UVC is a charge they place on a used vehicle for expenses they incurred repairing a trade in. If you don't ask you get hit with additional charges which make an advertised cost way more than you expect. Most people just accept it instead of walking out on the deal. So when a customer trades in a unit the amount they get is reduced because of needed repairs, wear and tear. When they sell the unit they add on the UVC for the same items they scammed the original owner out of. Please send a complaint to your state attorney general to get this practice stopped. The advertised price should not have all the additional unknown charges kept secret!

Poor communication of dealership

I was interested in a 2019 Kawasaki Versys 1000SE that was advertised on the RideNow Boulder dealership in Las Vegas. I used the "chat" on their web site and inquired if it was still in stock. I went through all of the questions, my name, phone number, email and if I had a trade in etc. I was to get someone to contact me within a couple days. I started getting emails, all of which thanked me for my interest and never answering my question about the bike. I got an email asking for my phone number as "they were trying to get in touch with me". I gave my number again and wrote that I live in Arizona but would be willing to make a trip if the bike was available No phone call, just another email asking if I was interested in using their in house financing and if I had a trade in, but no answer on the availability of the Versys, even though it continues to be featured on their website. I answered that I wanted to know if they still had it, I do not have a trade in and I would be paying partially with cash and financing the balance. It's been five days and no answers, calls, emails. I'm through.

My experience.

I called on July 3rd with regard to a Goldwing that had been advertised on Cycle Trader. After going over some details with the sales person, Breanna, and going over my trade with the sales manager, a deal was struck. I filled out a credit application for the difference of a few thousand dollars. This was in the morning. I called a few hours later, and Breanna said they were swamped. I called several times throughout the day and had to leave voice messages. At the end of the day, I called again for status on the loan application. I was told that it would be processed in the morning. I called several times the following morning-no answer. Finally, I texted Breanna for an answer. Her response: Oh, were you interested in the Blue one? Thats been sold. So, not only did they sell the bike out from under me, they processed my loan application which counts as a hard pull on my credit. That hard pull will adversely affect my credit when I go to the next dealer. Do not trust these people. I was screwed.
