Refund

My account was closed and i was acused of having more then one account wich i know for a fact i do not. I tried to email them and no response at all about my refund, i made another account just to be able to talk to livechat and they told me all the time they would solve it and that i would hear back from them in maximum 72 hours, this was 9 months ago and still nothing. They closed my account with my full deposit still in it and thats all i am asking for, a refund of my deposit. They are complete scammers since they blocked me from theyre site after this and there is NO way to get in contact with them or no information about ownership on them anywhere online, i have tried to get in contact with betsoft and told them about this since i do not belive any good game company would like theyre games to be om a casino that are legitimate scammers, i was told for weeks and many times on livechat they would get back to me but they never did.

They would not respond after they said withdrawal of winnings was approved & processed on 16th January 2023 which I've never received. They've also deactivated my account

I had a winning of $4000 which was approved & they said was processed on 16th January 2023. Everything I emailed accounts, security & support departments asking about this payment they've authorised and notified them I have not yet received it, they didn't respond and then blocked me from their website! I still have not received my winnings!

Confiscated $1400 said because of bonus abuse

I went to withdraw $1400 from my account. After 20 days of processing and having to change my pay method twice I received an email saying I allegedly had committed Bonus abuse playing three bonuses three days in a row this was not true as it shows in my history I played three bonuses too in the beginning of September and one near the end. I also have screenshots of conversations between me and the customer service emails between myself and the security As well as between myself and the accounting. They are just mocking me as I put up a complaint in a watchdog account and they replied mocking me saying that 1400 was confiscated and they could choose whatever reason as they saw fit they wanted to take my money and Didn’t have to prove anything. I’m at a loss for what to do next if anyone has any ideas please let me know. For three weeks I thought I was getting this money because I want it fair and square.

Rich Casino strung me along for almost two weeks where I had to cancel and resubmit my withdrawal 3x waiting 5 days each time at the end of the third attempt they said I commuted bonus abuse and confiscated $1400!! This is the definition of bonus abuse. Bonus Abuse: Fraudsters create numerous fake accounts in order to take advantage of special offers for new customers. Fraudsters will often withdraw funds and abandon these accounts quickly once they've served their purpose, making the threat of account closure negligible. I did nothing of the sort!!! Im a single mom who is terminally ill and need of this money. My account details also show I played for hours on end and had money in my account for almost a month prior to the first withdrawalalso not true as I mentioned we are a struggling family and I would have immediately withdrawn winnings!! I am at a loss and suffering not only mentally but physically because of the actions taken by Rich Casino!!! Seizures from stress speed up the process of my other symptoms causing me much pain, discomfort and literally kills me. If anyone can help me please reply here or email me at fosterbrooker@***.com Oct 3 2022 Received an email stating they had no record of my account. After i mentioned I have all screen shots and emails from them they cant back with the same generic email stating I hand commuted bonus abuse. If me playing the 25 spins they sent me everyday with no mention of any penalty that is setting me up if you ask me. Thats what they are claiming I abused. The 25 spins they emailed me at the same time everyday!! Theres another gentleman in this site they did the same thing too. What can I do!! please help!!

Why did my money disappear

I had over $100 in my account with only $3 left to wager and once i hit my wagering requirements it took all my money but $25. I made a deposit when claiming the bonus so why did it do this. The only reason why i deposited was to follow the rules so i could withdrawal my winnings and now cant. I didnt notice it had taken all my money until i had non left. Im not happy. I want my winnings back or my deposit amount. This is total bs. Just another casino scam that *** you over after you deposit your OWN money into it. Pissed off.
