I placed an order and I havent got it yet.and it has been at least 2monthes and they still havent sent my order to me. So I want my money back or I want what I ordered. Because I havent got either one back at all I dont appreciate that kind of service at all from any company. So I would appreciate it if u would send me my order or give me my money back have a good day

Worst customer service ever. Reps will lie and tell you your prescription has been fulfilled and when you don't receive your order and call back they will say the same scripted lines.
Terrible customer service reps who continually lie about the status of your order. Actually had a service rep hang up on me.

Product does not work RX#984****
I received this order on Monday.Took one pill.No effect.On Tuesday took 2 pills.No effect.On Wednesday took 5 pills.No effect. This prescription has absolutely no effect on me. I would like a refund.Payment was made with PayPal. Hopefully you will honor my request for a refund.

Waiting for my order
I had an order with address to be shipped to and you sent to my bill to address. It specifically said to send to 2265 Hedgerow Road Columbus, Ohio unit C 43220 & it was sent to 531 North Ocean BlvdApt 510 Pompano Beach, Florida and I will not be back there until September 8th. When I shared with one of your customer service people she recognized the mistake and said she would correct and send at no charge immediately and that was at least three weeks ago. Please advise because I didnt make mistake you guys did ! Thank you!

Im having a lot of trouble connecting. My password was accepted and a code was sent but I didnt have a chance to use it. Then my password was rejected and I changed it but I cant seem to connect to use the code. Please help!

You only sent me 28% of my order. I called and talked to three different people three different times and y'all still haven't corrected it. Over charging on perscriptions
Rex MD was charging me $210 for Doxepin, a sleeping medication. The same drug can be purchased for $9.94 via the Good RX App. This is a complete rip off!!

A transaction was taken out of my account with'out my authorization and it was the money my employer sent for room and food this evening because I'm working so far from home I call customer service and when I asked for a supervisor I was disconnected. I now am sleeping in my truck and after working all day in hot sun nothing to eat
