Wrong rewards offer
I ordered a Custom Swiss Army Tool & received a different one! This is the 3rd one I have ordered as gifts. This one is much larger! I do not like this one. The listed functions are not the same as well. Your help is appreciated.

Wrong rebate
I was sent a rebate for platinum 7x and that's not I buy. I buy taaka vodka. I've been looking it up online for weeks now and the website shows nothing available. It's been over a month since I sent the receipts and all in. I'm calling you.

I think I recieved the wrong rebate and need to speak to someone. I go and check on the website and it shows nothing for about over 4 weeks now. I bought taaka vodka and the rebate says thanks for participating in the platinum 7X rebate. We didn't buy platinum 7x.

Mailed rebate form for Pennzoil from O'Reilly Auto Parts on 7/5/2020 it's now 8/5/2020 web site say's not received. It does not take a month for mail to get there.

I purchased a Rand-McNally overdryve and was denied my 100 dollar rebate. Said it was recieved late but if you look at the picture on my review of this POS company it shows that the date mailed out and date received cant be correct as the date received is before the date it was mailed out and the date i mailed out my paperwork was the first part of May or end of April 2020. Now you need to fix this and fix this NOW OR I WILL CONTACT THE POST MASTER GENERAL AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IF I HAVE TOO. THIS IS FRAUD THAT THIS POS COMPANY IS DOING

There is no way my request was submitted late. When I went to track it its showing that you didnt receive it untill 6/4/2020 but that it was mailed out 6/17/2020 even though I sent it out the first part of May I do believe. So how can it be mailed out later than when you received it? I mean I would have to send it FIRST before you could RECEIVE it! THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT HAS A REBATE OFFER FROM THIS COMPANY! I WAS WARNED TO NOT EVEN THINK I WOULD GET IT AND LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENED! 100 BUCK REBATE FOR A RAND/MCNALLY OVERDRYVE THAT THIS SO CALLED COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF OF. DONT BUY FROM O'REILLY AUTO PARTS!!!
I was talked into buying premium "Latitude" Rain-X wiper blades by the O'Reilly Auto parts salesperson because he said they had a $10 rebate on a set of two. I sent in the rebate form with receipt and properly followed the instructions about circling the "qualified items" and the date. It said allow 6-8 weeks for processing. I think they do this thinking you will have forgot about it by that time. Not only will i not buy ANY Rain-X products, i wont ever buy from O'Reillys ever again either. FRAUD. They are killing business for you O'Reillys. Its best to part ways with this Flim-Flam company. Good luck on accessing the website....it wont load....bogus.

Submitted $40 worth of rebates for Ryan's cream liqueur and Rikaloff vodka. Never even got posted and they have no idea where it is.

O'Reilly Auto Parts Premium Battery Rebate Status
I submitted a battery rebate form with a valid receipt for a premium battery purchased 08/05/2019 at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Niceville FL 32578. The rebate was submitted by mail almost immediately following my purchase and well within the rebate time frame. I contacted Rewardsbymail.com which stated they had either not received my rebate request, it wasn't within the stated rebate time, or my rebate was invalid. Non of these multiple choice answers are correct. Please advise the status of my REBATE. I have retained copies of my rebate submittal. I shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts frequently so I hope this isn't a scam, because there are several auto parts stores in my area to which I can and will take my future business!!!!

Big Fat Lie
I submitted my rebate request the same date I purchased the item. The request was submitted within the time period. After waiting for my rebate I recieved card stating that they could honor my request. Out of general principal I will not purchase the brand again, there are too many others to chose from.
