I've been waiting for many days for the right person to come along and help me. But there have been no responses to my emails whatsoever for the past few days. And I heard on reddit that they have a 20 day limit to complete all of the deals... That's not enough time! Some deals take a few days to get there! Like the ones that require you to level up or reach a certain point within a mobile game app! I lost about $200 while spending on the games and other deals. I cleared my cache and history to clean up my phone and stop it from glitching. So I lost a lot of progress. I either want all of my money back or...my $1000 visa gift card that I was aiming for. I don't want the SHEIN deal. I want the visa. I'm getting really frustrated and I'm losing my patience with them. I've been patient long enough. I demand compensation. Or better customer service.

No new deals + tracking failure

I have not been receiving new deals of the new level despite moving onto the next level. And I had finished a deal but it did not track it. Please make a new way /software/technology for accurate tracking! I have submitted the screenshots already. Please check them on my previous ticket. I will change the rating when I get my reward and better service. One of the deals was a fraud. But I finished it.

Blatant non-creative delay & deception... (legit or scam uncertain* Ch 11 BK?*following 16 days

-My primary incentive for writing such a disturbing assessment is that, the Rewards Sites where you sign up for deals & obtain Rewards that get higher with the more Deals purchased/tried out by Trial period from $5 typically up to a $1000 are notoriously slammed with poor, and at times horrific remarks. HOWEVER, DURING MY 1 SOLE EXPERIENCE WITH A REWARDS DEAL FIRM WHERE I ONLY WENT FOR A $100 CASHOUT & SPENT A WHOPPING $3.38 ON PROCESSING, I HAD IMPECCABLE SERVICE & WAS PAID PROMPTLY! Beautiful, right? **Well, you have to continue a roll, correct? It is better if I merely lay it out as follows. i decided to jump in on the 2nd most Advertised. endorsed, & popular Rewards site UpLevel Rewards located in . I begin the process with perhaps 10 minutes left before i leave the office by signing up for a Level 1 plus Level 2 Deal, which were both free, & they posted it within a few minutes. Of course I'm thinking I'll likely bank another $100 prior to my 1st break while at the office tomorrow, right? I come in. I scroll through & pop 3 level 3's...Sirius XM Trial cost me a flat $1, Experian Boost,,,FREE ON A LEVEL 3..WHOA, & some monthly cologne company...Scent it(which is likely a solid idea for $3.66..Total $4.66 & let's proceed with the $100 Visa Gift Card in an hour tops as the last Rewards firm I dealt with handled, correct...? ****2 hours later...nothing posted??,,,4 hours...Notta although my INBOX DEFINITELY KNOWS I SIGNED UP SO WHY THE F$$K IS UPLEVEL, THE MASTER TRACKERS I HAVE ALLOWED POSTING? SO, I'M SENDING OUT A RATHER DIRECT, PLEASE GET TO THE BRASS TO INDICATE LEGIT, SCAM, OR WHAT & I'LL SIMPLY LEAVE YOU FOLKS WITH THE 1ST REPLY I REC'D TO RESOLVE?? We know this is a long read, however, we'd like to make sure that you have the information you need to understand how the deal credit process works and how to submit your request. We recommend that you wait 5 days for the deal to credit from the time you meet the requirements of the deal. Different deals will credit in different timeframes as we rely on our deal partners to confirm completion and your eligibility for deal credit. Credits requests made earlier than this timeframe will not be granted. Here are some reminders: Only deals that you sign up for directly through our program can be tracked and credited toward a reward. You can only receive credit for a deal one time towards any reward. If you cancel your subscription or trial, request a refund for a purchase or return your order will result in the deal not being credited. ID Verification

I completed more deals then I should have but my purse was stolen during me completing the deals. I have emailed 50 times asking how do I claim without an Id ? They are not going to respond till my days to claim are up and they don't have to pay me. I have completed the $750 deal twice and never got the money. This is a scam from the word go !

I Registered an Complaint last week, against your Company Reward Zone. I took an online Survey, and they sent me in a email REWARD ACTIVATED for $1000.00 Walmart GIFT Card. John Lied to me, Stating that Someone was supposed to get in touch, on Friday January 13, 2023. No one called back. And I DID LEAVE SEVERAL MESSAGES, Also sent Emails as well. Well I Have the Records where I did make phone Calls. The Person who I needed to Talked to is Peter Decaro CEO of the Company. He can Call me Directly.

Credits for December Reward4Spot

Nobody has tried to call me to resolve the issue. I was waiting on one of my deals to register in my account for level 4, so I went ahead to level 5 and did two more. I would like to know if they will process through or not. Thank you!

I need the email to verify my identity so that i can claim my reward

I finished like 21 deals on your website and thry are giving me a runaround about get this email and that email. Just send me a link to veify my idenity already i dont have any more time to spend on this it took long enough i hve had to have each deal added manually throughout the whole process and i am tired of the games

Disqualified for reasons unknown to me

Ive completed the 25 deals to earn the reward $1,000 gift card. Upon submitting the deals to be manually credit to my account, they had disqualified me. This is what they wrote as to the reason of disqualifyinh me. I just want to say that i know many people who had claimed a reward from them. So i know they are legit. This is what they wrote, To maintain the integrity of our Rewards program, as part of the validation process, all claims go through multiple checks for compliance with our Terms and Conditions. One or more of these checks revealed violations. Our Terms and Conditions explicitly state: You cannot complete Deals using a bot or other automated means of signing up or otherwise tamper with our system or attempt to defraud us by using multiple email addresses or other means or otherwise game the Rewards Program to circumvent the limitations described above. You also cannot use a link to a Website provided by another person or one obtained outside of our normal marketing channels or reuse a link that you previously used to claim a Reward unless we have sent you a link to share as a part of our refer-a-friend program. We may also disqualify you if you access a Website mid-path by skipping the registration and/or survey pages. If we reasonably believe you are attempting to do so, we may void all of your attempts to earn a Reward. I didnt do whatever they are accusing me of doing. I went into the program with honesty and diligently completed all the deals. Ive read the terms and conditions and still couldnt figure out which rule i had broken. I did read and followed the programs requirement. If there are rules I had broken, it certainly isnt the ones they are accusing me with and Im sure is something not listed on the Terms. If it is something that could get me disqualify, then it should be listed so other people would know about it so they dont get disqualify like the way they did to me. The last part of the sentence is what bothered me the most. The part where it said if were reasonably BELIEVE ... That means if they think what you are doing is breaking the rules, they may disqualified you based on what they BELIEVE. I guess honesty and sincerity is not good enough these days. Also I like to point put that they get pay for you to complete the deals.

Got email saying i won a tablet just had to pay 1.95 so i fell for it now customer service number is bad no tablet these people should be innprison
