My name is Talent Njolomole. My account was restricted yesterday after I attempted to pay remitly for an overseas project I'm carrying out at my home. I was told to send a selfie and answer a question which I did. I was then told by Hardwik that my account will be unrestricted within 4hrs and that 4hrs was the maximum wait. Later on at night I was then passed on to 2 others Anit and Vincent and this morning Lei. My entire life is on hold. I need travel money for myself and my kids, I need to pay my taxes, council tax, bills overdue and I need urgent funds. I'm in desperate need to pay ukvi funds. I'm in a mess and can not manage without money. These are the conversations I had yesterday and I was assured that 4hrs was the maximum wait. I sent everything required. I'm losing my sanity and I need to sustain my family and start up business plans. Bills have piled and bailiffs may knock on my door. I have been fined late payment fees and I'm drowning right now. This is the worst bank ever. My entire family use revolut and I'm afraid it's not good enough the customer service is beyond poor, no one to physically talk to, does not care about people's well being whilst they are restricted to move funds. Unlike high street banks you can walk in with ID and withdraw funds even with a restriction. Revolut is an absolute scam. Revolut sent AN email saying I can access my account but the chat team is saying I can not. I have been given different time frames for the review on the 23rd I was told 4hrs maximum, 24th13days 24th afternoon 8days, 25th morning 7 days 25th afternoon 2 days, this morning 26th 1 day, later today16days within 29mins of bring told 16days they told me14days I need my bills paid, school transport for my children. I need to feed my family I also need my late payment fees covered. My business injection funds are held and everything is just on the stand still.

Its been 4 almost 5 days, nothing has been resolved, noone has tried to reach out, getting same answers. Revolt has yet to escalate me to supervisor or yet to tell me a number to reach the legal team.
I have been told to be patient. How can they not find my money? I dont understand why they are not finding my money.

Yes, I have been on hold for a day and a half, my account was closed and a merchant refunded me on a couch I bought to the original payment method I used which was my revolt card when it was open. My account is closed and on the 13 th of april the 233$ was sent back to that account. Now I have had to jump through hoops to show who I am, did that, have waited patiently for over 24 hrs ( which I used to work for a bank and it doesnt take 24 hrs to look at a closed account) I have the invoice from the company saying they sent it with a confirmation number. Now this guy Kevin is telling me they are closing this new account I HAD TO OPEN JUST TO CHAT WITH YOU GUYS ABOUT MY MONEY THAT YOU ALL ARE HOLDING FROM ME! personally great im glad its closed but the fact is im not stopping until you all give me what is owed to me from the merchant. I cant get in touch with anyone that is not a bot I feel because every message is the same. If i would have seen the reviews before I would have never attempted to mess with Revolt because from what I witnessed myself is scams and fraudsters. I would appreciate if someone who actually is a professional to contact me back. I will be contacting the better business bureau and any other upset consumers website, along with reviews every where and contacting a attorney if this is not settled.
