Customer picking up and paid shipping cost which should not be refunded.

Customer service is poor when an issue arrises. Impossible to get a human. Rates increased and Customer service becomes non-existent.

I want my money back

I sent reverb $200. They told me that because the item I was selling was $1000 I needed to put $1000 into my account. I did not have an extra thousand dollars the buyer and I each cancel the order and I requested my money back, they told me that I could not get my money back because I had to have money in an account so I canceled my account and requested that they return my money. I have had no answer from them nor have I had my money returned

Reverb account is under review

I had two items listed for sale in one of them was a legitimate customer the other one was a scam and I haven't gotten paid because the scam customer had my account locked out or something and the legitimate customer paid for the pedal but I haven't been able to receive my money yet because my account is under review so it is frozen

Safe shipping claim

They don't answer the phone when calling. Only recording. The screw sellers to the bone. Buyer receives item claims it's damaged, takes no pictures to offer proof and returns it before contacting me. Then wants an immediate refund even though i say i don't take returns. I tell buyer file claim for damage but he refuses. Reverb says buyer doesn't have to follow terms and can return it without pics even though i paid for coverage. Then reverb charges my credit card illegaly and issues a refund to buyer. I never received the amp back as it seems lost which is covered but now reverb ignores me completely refusing to answer emails and only recording when i call. I have no money, i have no amp, reverb refuses to pay on the claim. I'm out $1000 plus selling fees which they kept and shipping label fees. A TOTAL RIPOFF COMPANY!!!

I think u have a great platform

Im trying to get reenstated so I can buy and sell again. I paid for a set of emg pickups that I never received. The guy stop answering me. It took a couple weeks for my refund. This was the first time I had used reverb. I didnt want to send more money to someone I didnt know even though I had bid on that item. I know now if I bid and I win I need to buy the product. Can u please reinstate.me. As u can see in the picture I still need the pickups

Unfair billing and suspension of account and lack of customer support

My account was billed $78 for a shipping label for something that was never even shipped. The customer cancelled their order so I never sent anything. Reverb suspended my account due to this. Ive been trying to contact support but the website and app just run me around in circles. Ive tried calling a customer service number as well and nobody ever answers. I even have a sale of an amplifier right now but cant do anything about it. Ive been trying to sell this for months and now that I finally have a buyer this happens. Im being absolutely screwed. This is terrible treatment of a longtime user and seller on reverb.

Won't pay me what's due!

I sold an amp on Reverb, just like I have done dozens of time before with no issue. This time, Reverb refuses to send me my money. They keep claiming "1-3 business days" for payment, even when you tell them it's been weeks. I'm pretty sure the "live" agents are just more bots. This place used to be a good place to buy and sell, now they are just a scam.

I tried to call your "customer service" for three hours. Imbin EST, the website says CST, so that's one hour difference. I need to print my slips to send out these pedals and boards, but even my confirmation email didn't work. Does anyone at Reverb work. This is why *** doesn't get done and the buyer will be pissed at me, the legit seller. Just have our backs if you're a musician, Boss dude aka Cunty larue. Why can't I access customer service after 330 central?

Resolved: Problem completing order

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Got the seller to respond and then we agreed the motor needed to be replaced. Went half & half on the replacement cost.

Customer service

Worst Customer Service Experience period! Chatted back and forth for over 2hrs about returning an item and securing a return postage label which they claim to offer. No go! Requested a Phone call back for some "real time" help from a Human Being". Didn't happen! Said they would follow up via email. Didn't happen!

As you can see the rust and and corrosion on these bass drum claws also the stick rash on both sides of the bass drum. In my opinion good condition does not include and corrosion on the hardware. But apparently in your opinion good condition so in the future I will not purchase without getting full photos of all the Chrome items as well. I did purchase a set from you guys a Gretch concert Tom set was listed in poor condition the Chrome is actually better on those vintage drums than it is on this new one. PS I have received Chrome that was arrested before and the seller was more than happy to adjust the price to replace those parts. Although the seller was not willing to take them back he is willing to give me some of the money to replace the parts he just is not sure how to get me $100 reimbursement maybe you can help him with that again I thank you for everything I will try to sell these here with full disclosure and if not I will reach out to you thank you for the offer please help him get my refund to me thank you
