Keep taking money out my bank account
They have been taking money out of my account every month $24 I no longer want the subscription I cancelled it months ago I'm not sure why it's still taking money out of my account

This is a scam
Watch for the hidden subscriptions. This company is still in the dark age of utilizing hidden agreements and emails taking customers for fools to charge monthly fees. VERY POOR BILLING PRACTICES ARE USED BY THIS COMPANY. I will never recommend this company to anyone. What you get out of the service is not more than what you can get out of a good resume template in Google.NEVER AGAIN!!!

I used the 2weeks trial for about $2 and I have never used it again afterwards. I never signed up for further subscription, however, I have noticed that they cahrged on my credit card in 2 weeks ($35,95) time. They did not send me invoice, so I have never known untill I saw the credit card transaction details later on. I think this is a very cheeky way to do business. This

Wasn't free download like said on google
Already wrote you that after emailing back and forth with them twice, it was resolved. Google description was not specific as to the fact that only a plain text download was free. I had to pay but I got a discount. Thank you. JoAnne Weiss

Horrible customer service
After signing up for a free trial in September 2020, I used this site once and downloaded one resume. Fast forward to now (February 2021), I noticed charges on my credit card from ResumeHelp for $34.90 on a monthly basis since September. When I contacted Customer Service, they provided a copied and pasted response and were unwilling to refund me despite the fact I had not even used their services in the past 6 months. I received no invoice statements for these charges or even promotional emails from ResumeHelp during this time, which is clearly a ploy so that customers do not realize they are being charged for services. If I had known, I would have cancelled my 'subscription' immediately. The way this situation was handled shows that they clearly do not value their customers or the integrity of their business. 100% a scam and would recommend that you use a different service.

Buyer beware
I was recently looking at my credit card activity and I saw that this resumehelp has been charging me for years! I had disputed the charges a few years back, and it was supposed to be resolved then. These *** people still have been charging me $24.95 for the last three years without notifying me by email or reminding me of sub charge. I called my credit card and the charges are being disputed again! I will be canceling my credit card and getting a card with a whole new number.

No verified transaction but they still took money out of my account.
I was going through my bank statements and I realized that they took money twice out of my account without permission and without a transaction. I am currently trying to find a way to delete the account I have with them but to no avail so far. Don't use them. Save your money.

You guys cheated me out of 50 dollars I deactivated my account as soon as I signed up and you still charged me NEVER ONCE sending billing info!!! And you charged my account 2 times with in 2 weeks.

Liars and take your money without permission
They took more money out of my bank after just a few days. Would not reimburse it! Said that I agreed three times for them to take it!! Which I did not!! Its nothing but a big scam!! Probably in India or something!
