VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
DO NOT USE THIS MASON Would never recommend using this company to anyone. Talked us into redoing our steps and end result used incorrect materials to complete work. Installed steps in a matter that they retain significant amounts of water which will cause an obvious fall hazard in the winter month. Not to mention I still cannot use back steps due to a medical condition because we are waiting to put the railing back waiting for Michael to fix his guaranteed work. He has hundreds of excuses why he cannot come back and fix work and when he does tell you he is coming he is a no show. This company is incompetent and does not stand behind his work. Very disappointed!!!
