Pool closed without notice and no ice in building

So Im just heartstick!! I saved for this one day away to spend at a hotel after 3 months of nonstop work. Dreamed every day of relaxing by pool. Only it is closed. No notice at all. Until the time I have to check out. At noon I want to weep. Id like another night free of charge - this is so so wrong. Also there is no ice maker in this hotel. You have to hand the manager your cup to fill up with ice. No I e cube trays. Ridiculous for a once- lovely hotel.

Vehicle break in

Good morning, My name is Rafe Miller, My wife Monique Miller and I were victims of a theft break in of my wife's vehicle on 08/18/2023 while using the onsite Valet parking of your property at Residence Inn by Marriott 800 N Wolfe St #16, Baltimore, MD 21205. We were attending a rooftop event and we were handing the Valet parking lot attendant our parking pass we were alerted that our vehicle and one other person vehicle were badly damaged. After our vehicle was returned to us by the Residence Inn Park lot Valet attendant we immediately notified the manager onsite about the incident. My wife and I also immediately called the Baltimore city Police Department to report the break in. Both my wife and I inspected our vehicle and notice multiple item stolen and attempting to be stolen. A designer men's watch and sunglasses were stolen. I am a Police officer, both my wife and I legally carry firearms. My wife's firearm was in the lock box on the floor underneath the passenger seat. The lock box was badly damaged in the attempt to remove the firearm inside. We are expecting Marriott to repair our vehicle and compensation for our stolen items. We are victims of this theft on your property that is an extreme inconvenience to our lives. I am requesting a internal investigation of this inconvenient situation for both my wife and I and would greatly appreciate information of your findings into this matter. Pictures of the damages to our vehicle and items/weapon lock box are available upon request.

Confirmation # 9586**** Gordon Spiering stayed at the Residence Inn Weston Ft. Lauderdale Sun 7/16/23- Wed 7/19/23 receiving treatments at Cleveland Clinic Charge on his sisters credit card Joy Adamaitis for $119.00 on 7/19/23. There were no other charges I have a paid receipt. Contacted Weston location leaving messages on 8/8/23 12:20 (Nichole)12:45pm & 2:38pm for Melinda Petit Home General Manager to call me back. No reply. Contacted customer service 800/721-**** Zack 12:34pm who gave me the General Managers name. 2:59pm Reymart created a cash file # 48062**** 8/18/23 Mary said resolved & no charge on credit card said Weston to call me asap

Your representative hung up on me. Wow. What wonderful manners and excellent customer service you have (not). Hotels.com and Residence inns by Marriott are never getting any of my personal business ever again. NEVER EVER again. Keep the $200, you filthy animals. You don't deserve praise nor helpful criticism. Your employees every step of the way are a bunch of ingrates. Kim Terek Don't book here. Dont ever stay here or use this app

Cannot get supplies for my room

Yes, the brought me a skillet to cook in. Now the problem is I have to constantly go to the front desk to request things like toilet paper, towels, bed linens.

Sometimes I have trash sitting outside of my door for a day before someone removes it. Today I had to request a vacuum cleaner to be brought to my room so I can clean my floors.I know I have complained a lot but, I am paying a lot to stay at this hotel and this is not good customer service. I have emailed my company to ask them to move me to another hotel.

I feel at this point, things will not improve as long as I am complaining. I appreciate you following up on the issues I am experiencing.

I have been in this hotel located in St. Louis, MO on Jefferson Ave for a week and I can not get a skillet to cook meat in. I have bought groceries and I am not able to cook them.

This place sucks!

This hotel is dirty, it smells like stale cigarettes and old liquor when you walk through the halls. The maids steal your belongings and go through drawers. When you complain to management, they're no help at all. Stay away from the hotel. Youll be happy you did! -Alan Burch FL

I called to put a formal complaint about a manager person been rude and unprofessional at Residence Inn Lake Charles LA and nothing have been done about it. Seems like they don't care about anything. Very poor service.

Formal complaint

I went for breakfast this morning at 8am (4/13/23) at Residence on N. Military Hwy. To make a long story short, I've never been more humiliated in my life! First the African American woman said I was eating too much cheese. Then both cooks and the African American woman accused me of not being a guest. Then a man in causal clothes kicked me out. I'm not complaining, I'm just letting you know. You don't have to worry about me ever again, I'll go to IHOP.

William myers 217 317 **** Sucked Bad customer service some of the worst I ever experience Lie about rate over charged Room. Told 240 rental 100 refundable deposit Room rented under name Tammy Steckler ( on line) on check in we were both told same $240 rental total and. 100 deposit and would return Staff lied about rental price and when confronted rude as *** and told 2 ppl who were told differently on check in . Without customers you have nothing 1000 good experiences no where as powerful as 1 bad experience.. I make sure everyone knows how we were treated and do as we will do go else where they treat customers well..

What appeared to be Blood stains on the sheets my wife and I slept on and nothing was done about it

My last couple of stays at your facility was very unpleasant! Your front desk staff was very unprofessional! The young lady was going word for word with me, she snatched paperwork from off counter that she placed in front of me! Then after speaking to management about the situation I felt they were just not very concerned about what happened and proceeded to cover the incident as if it never happened. Then while there I witnessed a kitchen staff member get in verbal fight with a teen age child to the point the staff member acted as though she was ready to fight this young lady! After my last stay I have not been back and have no plans on returning to your facility! This is really sad/pitiful situation due to the fact we were staying at this facility almost every weekend due to not having heat at home!

No one has contacted or gotten back with me. Not even an apoligy. I have called 3 times been put on hold, 1 time for 58 minutes, 45 minutes and 43 minutes.

At Christmas I called the Residence Inn @ Marriott to buy a gift for my son & Grandson who was going to be attending a Cavaliers Basketball Ball game. I spoke to a manager Elizabeth Spriesterbach and told her that I was giving this as a Christmas Gift and she explained I could make the reservation, pay for the room and all he would have to do is show ID when he got there. She sent me the form to fill out giving permission to charge my card. When my son got there last Thursday they told him he needed to scan the card that the reservation was made under. I don't give a gift then handout my card. I called my credit card company and they said that Residence end charged my account on 1/25 then on 1/25 credited it back. This caused a lot of anxiety seeing they were 2.5 hours away from home. He was told by someone else there this happens when there is a game because they want to rent out the room at a higher rate. I truly believe this is so unfair and not sure we can rely on this hotel again.

I was disturbed out my sleep for a marijuana smell I was racially profiled on top of that the internet was not working in my room and they wanted me to call a 1800 number I just dont feel like that was my responsibility to do because I dont know any code or any information about you alls internet on top of that I work and I was tired when they made me call I just dont understand

Dirty Rooms

NonCheck in was good lobby was clean but when we got to room it began! Our sheets were dirty and we called front desk and she sent house keeping up, they left sheets like we were going to fix bed ourselves. I called back and manager came up and sheet said that was Disgusting! So she moved us to another which looked better, but table had dried up ketchup. So I had to wipe tables and chair down. Kitchen sink had a smell ( but it was coming from garbage disposal which is understandable). Stove has grease splattered on back, bathroom sink, bathtub and toilet was half cleaned (so we did what house keeping should have done). No brush to clean toilet and of course sheet was dirty on my side. We were tired and didnt want to try and find another place because we werent familiar with Houston. I just slept on my personal blanket the entire time. The biggest kicker was that we had know hot water and was told that we needed to turn kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bathtub on and let water run for 15 to 20 minutes to get hot water!!! What! Who does that! We were in vacation and just wanted to shower when we returned and relax. Ive never experienced anything like that in my life. The door to the building we were in was not secure like it was supposed to be (anyone could walk in). The door to our room we had to keep slamming to get door to lock and our phone didnt work. We were told that they would take care of that but it never happened. They checked door and finally got it somewhat fixed, but we had to keep pulling and pushing to make sure it was locked. Our friends next to us had the same problems but got locked out of room because their keys wouldnt unlock door so they gave them a new set they didnt work either! So they worked on door til they got it fixed. In the meantime they had to use our bathroom and sit and wait til they came up to get theres open. The employees were pleasant and professional. One thing that was good is breakfast. I heard vacuum only once while we were there.
