4ace 200 regular king size tubes

I bought a box of 4 ace tubes well I opened the box and it's not filled with 200 tubes when I opened it it's missing over 5 I got pictures of the tubes and box it should be more than what's in it

Gambler tubes

We buy the 5 pack boxes of tubes and every box is 7 to 8 tubes short of the 200 that's supposed to be there. It's really just the point that it adds up when every single box is short. What's going on with that?? Other than that we don't have any problem and are happy with the product.

Machine

I returned my machine by mail on January 12th i still recieved no reply its now been 2 weeks i would like a reduced price to by a replacement machine this machine was a christmas gift in 2021 so thete fore i have no item of receipt but i sent a copy of my photo id and a small note explaining the situation im hoping now for a reasonlbe response

Disappointed

I bought a small bag of menthol for the first time as I have been a customer of Gambler products for years and it was so dry and so old the flavor was nonexistent.

Defective menthol tubes

Hello I bought 4 boxes of King menthol tubes yesterday and most all of them are bad! They are not glued together at all!! Some are partially glued but as soon as I fill them they split and leak.. The guy at the store told me " I didn't make them things, what do you expect me to do about it" Not at all what I expected to hear from him. Very disappointed.. Jerry

Tubes faulty filter in side wise way to short dont even cover color tube

The filter dont even cover the hole part very poor quality. Thought it was my machine but learning its the tubes to bad i buy them in 4 to 6 pack boxes at a time

Bought broken roller

I just purchased tobacco, tubes, and a roller, and evey cigarette i roll rips on me and i believe the roller is broken im beyond frustrated as the store i bought it from told me i had to contact you guys. I would of rather bought a crank roller than them hand held ones but at the time its all i could get so if we could fix this issue i would be extremely happy about it. Ive always been a customer just decide to come back to roll your owns. Thankyou Ben Boody

Stale tobacco

I bought a bag of gambler tobacco and was disappointed cause it was stale and tasted nasty and this first time i have had a problem with a bag of gambler regular tobacco.and it was a 6oz bag i bought and tryed to take it back and the store said i couldn't get a refund or a new bag and i had to contact the company. The upc number is 771706****.

Junk rollers

I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and I am sending you this email to let you know that your basic rollers are junk. For the last 10 years I have been purchasing the basic roller that your company makes, usually each roller lasts a few months. However in the last few months I have had to purchase more and more due to a fault in the roller. I have went through 4 rollers in a month and EVERY SINGLE ONE has fell apart and ripped, so I can not roll my cigarettes. I like your company and it makes me very disappointed that all of a sudden your rollers are breaking. I spend a lot of money on your products. I can even send you pictures of all your broken rollers. Or I can send them back to you to deal with. As a loyal customer I would greatly appreciate it if I were sent some free ones that won't rip after a week of using them. Or I have no choice but to switch companies. Which I don't want to do. I would appreciate it if you could contact me back at this email address. Thanks Dudley Ragen

Metal in tabaco

Found a peice of metal in the tabaco. This could have gotten lodged in my roller, or could have poked me, or worse... Smoked
