Missing refund

Don't have my Social security number on file lord sent me a letter saying Republic Bank has my refund

I used your ATM machine and you were short of money and owe me $20

I was withdrawing $60 on your ATM machine and at the end it gave me $20 and said error machine is down but when I looked at my bank statement you guys charged me $40 I want my $20 back

No real person to explain what I needed

No person to talk with and fix problems Im told Im information does not exist. But Im told my money is at this bank and now I cant seem to get any help from this number or the website. Customer service is horrible and rude

Poor customer service

All of our change gets donated to St Judes Hospital. I used to be able to take our change to Republic Bank. Now they won't count it unless you have an account. I love my bank, TD, and won't change it. Republic has made it more difficult to donate. No wonder their reviews are horrible. I would never recommend them. What is it costing them to let non customers get their change counted? Not a penny. Extremely poor customer relations.

Really hurt me and my son’s condition

I work seasonal so every year past 7 years at Jackson Hewitt I get both advanced loans to get by. This year the republic bank declined both of them and I pay over 600 dollars to do taxes and get the loans only for it. This has really made my situation very hard and running out of hope. Yall are awe full and cant answer the phone every time I call or put me on hold and never pick up. Bs

They sell their Fico

This Bank hides behind their Fico. They are a dressed up payday loan with people in the Cayman Islands preying on poor people. Elevate and Rise are two such products. Stay away from anything that is associated with them. This includes netspend. If everyone got together and filed a complaint maybe they could be stopped. Reach out to your Attorney General or Dept of Commerce in whatever state you live in. They went so far as to say I have a criminal record and its laughable because I dont. Even when I provided that to them they said it was a different reason. I didnt know they were behind some credit I applied for so check whenever you apply. They should be ashamed and made to compensate all the people they have wronged. If you had the option zero is my score for them.

Republic Bank is just as guilty they fun brinks money card money card because they fund her brings money card

My card was compromised back in April of this year and the breach money card did not what didn't want to give me any provisional money because there was a problem with the server I didn't get my written dispute in but I had a verbal dispute that was in the system where they locked my card up so I haven't had any didn't get any provisional money that's been 3 months and I'm still sitting here with nothing and I didn't steal my own money my card was compromised

Customer Service must not be implemented in their training/orientation, staff very unprofessional all the way up to management, completely disappointing.

I was frauded for money

I am a victim of identity theft there was a charge on my account for the amount of 2,000 dollars Joshua Clarke is person who frauded me it was on 6/2/2022 unauthorized transfer I was not aware of at this transfer please fix my issue I am asking for a dispute to be paid back to me thanks for hearing me out

They have most pathetic service I've ever seen within a company

Absolutely horrible! No matter what the reason in calling they always direct you to an automated system with no way of reaching an agent. This company is a joke and needs to be reported to the BBB. A live representative would be nice... companies like this are what's wrong with America...you all make us look like a joke.

My debit card isn't working

I ordered a new card today and asked if I could still use my current card until it arrives I 7-10 business days. Now, I can not use my current card and I need it turned on.
