Technical support setting up a camera

When you were setting up your camera that was just purchased and you cannot talk to somebody regarding an issue. This is not good. Customer service these cameras or simple but when there is an issue, somebody needs to be available to walk Customer through the issue. please call me back at 314-412-****.

Can't connect

Need help installing my camera

The camera wont power on. The router I have is different from the ones shown on the video. The router supposed to be plugged in. Right?. It just wont connect to my iPhone. I need help to get the cameras working. I dont know what Im doing wrong but if like I followed the instructions

Trying to get camera issue resolved

Solar camera quit working, tried doing all the reset functions that web site suggested. Camera will not connect to Wi-Fi and other camera thats identical will. Tried emailing and calling with no response. Love cameras and the way they work. But customer service Sucks so good luck if you have camera problems

My lights went out and I forgot my password to access the camera. I need assistance to access my camera. I called the number and no one to assist me.

Cameras

I sought to change the username and password for my account, but didnt know how toI contacted Reolink and was easily and patiently walked through the process by the associate, whose keen knowledge and understanding made the process that much less complicated and more convenient for meI am now a very satisfied customer of Reolink

I’m still waiting for an email response to my issue! I tried phoning for support, but I only received a message telling me to seek help via email, which I did.

I was able to connect the indoor security camera to the modem, but it fails to connect to the IPhone!

Camera files not going to cloud

My Lumus (and my neighbor"s) camera has been working fine. However, files have not been evident in the cloud. We both have basic active accounts. Has something changed in your service? We reset her camera, but this did not seem to correct the problem.

Cameras not working

One of the cameras that I installed is not working. it worked for a few days and then all the sudden it stopped working, I would like a replacement for my camera that is not working. At first i said that it was a good product and ordered my cousin one but he had the same problem 3 out of the 4 are not working and I did the troubleshooting on the phone with one of ur reps. I would appreciate it if you guys can make it quick and giving me the replacement and thank you.

I own two cameras have questions

I bought a ReoLink Go and its so great I bought a second one, and customer support is excellent!! I realized that leaving my camera inside my vehicle on the dashboard to view the parking lot from far away works great But on a very Hot day with the windows closed it gets Too hot for the camera as it would with any electronics, and now Im going to buy the New Tracker Plus camera! ReoLink is really Great and has the best customer support, Thank You

Camera only works when it wants to

They are as useless as tits on a bull. The rep basically told me that there was nothing they could do because my SIM card (which is the only type the camera supports) simply doesnt have great service in my area. BUYER BEWARE. Do your homework to be certain youre in a solid coverage area for T-mobile

On a job right now, trying to add in new reolink Wi-Fi camera to existing NVR POE system. Unable to log in and proceed because customer has forgotten password and I need access to log in for the ability to add new wifi camera to existing NVR. Request assistance and advice please.

Issues with accounrt

I've spent over 500$ on this *** system and it's been giving me *** ever ence I got it it and now the past week I've hand problems after problems. The past two days. I got to my cameras that have memory card it them and. I got to view the days event and nothing there. At all. And I got to the previous nite and they're only about and hr recorded. And the next day will say no videos today like today I woke up at 230 and. There no videos. Today or yesterday just and hr from last nite 11ish to 12 ish only. Wtf is going on. And I'm tired of this customer service *** I want to talk to someone not have to wait four or more days for u to get bacc to me fix this or my attorney will be in contact

Product was faulty if not it is un usable.

Received new Reolink tracking camera,spent the next 8 months working online with Reolink to try and solve poor if not ,none existent tracking of there person/vehicle tacking outdoor camera. Even did Facetime with tec and them remote desk top allowing them to check ALL my setting and uptodate software. nothing could be done. was told in the end. NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS
