WelAs I said I have received an Amazon scam from this number and it turns out he place of business is rent king? Of course I didnt fall for it ? Even your employee blew this off ! I even sent a screen shot of the message as proof so I said unless you are a scammer yourself and using your work number as a cover not to get caught ??

David Rupley aka ...Dave Riley, Dave Ripley, he goes by Chris, Jon, and others he has been arrested 19 times on charges that include writing bad checks and fraudulent business. Please try you cannot not find an active business license for Rupley's business. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. Renter Perks is simply a pack of money grabbing liars. Your sucked in and then spit out so they can move out at night and not pay their rent or render business for service to the client and employees despise him. Remember one thing people are watching more than you can even imagine Dave! to be sure everyone is and has been used and thrown out like garbage. Adverts are on a sight no one knows about! no coupons walk in it is all fake business! Dave uses everyone around him. He is never wrong he blames everyone else when you call to ask about your advert.

Call center scam
I was hired to call small businesses that would provide a service for an apartment dueler. I was hired and started the next day. The company was a start up very unprofessional owner said in the next office said a lot of rude remarks about a company that was not happy with not receiving services they expected a red flag went up for me so I asked questions with the few others in the call center that had about two others working. No one seemed to have answers. I was on my own no real training follow a script was all that was required. after a few days an ex employee came in wanted to be paid the owner was so rude to them it made me sick and I felt sorry for the ex employee. I gave my notice and then I was treated so ugly and rude. I have never been paid for the work I have done.

They move every other month just scamming people , they treated me right so I didnt think they would steal from me he owes me about $600 he would also make inappropriate comments like maybe we can be together or you can stay the night ect. Obviously the guy was a weirdo but I just stood professional and worked easy job, very easy for me but it still doesnt make it ok for him to take off and leave me unpaid I had just had a baby and was late on rent at the time lost my apartment because of him. Its been yeats I have a wonderful job now making more and have everything together. Im willing to start a lawduit on this guy email me if youre ready samanthalopez3p@***.com they will find this man and he will either paybup or go to jail for a long long long time I can guarantee that, I will never forget so with that being said I wont stop until I find him

Dave is at it again different name and location he stayed on 17/92 for 3 months same thing did not pay rent. Employees were not paid. business owners next door wonder why what seems like a good company does this to the landlord and his employees. Left at night doors left open for vandalism what a mess for everyone that trust this man! I do hope some good will go to the people he has hurt. All people that has worked for him has been scammed he lies to his managers I have spoke to a few of them and he smooth talks them into staying and then spits them out when he finds someone else to take their place.

I myself was ripped off for a little above $400 2 years back. I was in the process of moving and I couldnt believe they did that to me either. They seem so legit and trustworthing. Sucks to know I wasnt the only person ripped off. They did change location and and the other employees had disappeared. I tried to get ahold of becky and she wouldnt answer and Jim gave me wrong information. They kept blowing me off till I moved and couldnt find them in their new location. I had my aunt show up to his apartment in lakemary for my check while I was gone and no response. I hope these people are in jail. I believe Becky and Jim have a lot to do with it. Though they arent the 'owner' but they have obviously known about him doing that for so long and continue working with or for him. Covering his traps. I was scammed and far from happy about it, not to mension I had just found out I was pregnant and a few months old baby and a son in an abusive relationship i was trying to get out of. These people are evil and deserve jail time. Imagen how many other people havent reported it. Took me 2 years to realize and find out that I wasnt the only one.

I was not paid for my last two weeks. I am owed $992. Several attempts to collect money that I have earned. Dave is a thief as well as Jim. I almost became homeless. I so believe in Karma. Shame on both of you. I did my job and I did it well. Made you a lot of money. I cannot believe that you would treat someone that way. I was very loyal and believed everything that you told me. I cannot believe that you would treat another human being that way when they were nothing but good to you. I guess hard workers don't matter much to you. I saw the way that you treated other people and how you would pay them with checks on closed accounts that you knew were closed. The reason I know this is that Jim told me everything. I am so surprised you haven't been arrested again for passing bad checks. I still cannot cash a check in Publix because one of your checks that you gave me bounced and you promised me that you would take care of it. Liar, fraud, thief and horrible human being.

Social Monster, LLC - Dave Rupley at it again.
Here is another one of his scams, just registered in February. Here is the address it's registered at. Business Owners, be careful! I lost $150 and a lot of time from this *** bag, he was rude, nasty and racist. I just looked up his last name in the Florida Business Search and I just saw that this 'Social Monster, Inc' was incorporated in Feb 2015. I don't know who Charles is, maybe his brother, son or dad, but with the last name being the same, the city being the same as renter perks, and its social media company. Sounds like it's him. Just a warning.

The Phone Call I had received a few phone calls on my phone that showed the name Perksconnect. I had no idea who or what this was, but it showed up on the call log, so I went to check my messages. The message I was left excited me, because the caller stated that she was looking for a massage therapist to take care of employees from two major companies in my area: Winn Dixie and Holy Cross Hospital. Naturally, I was pretty thrilled at the prospect of potentially landing even one large corporate account like this, so I was interested in speaking to her to see what it was about. However, I never realized that she called on 2 different numbers until much later. The first number she called from was 613 number, and then from 800-727-****. This was her high pressure sales tactic, as if I don't know that she's attempting to corner me, and direct my thought processes. As if I don't know that there is a third option here. So she tells me that either I can get an extra month, making it 5 months for the $198, or she can give me the 4 months for $149. Wow. Well first of all, I never asked for one month. She came to me. She called me initially, but there she was acting like she was doing me a favor. Of course you know that the nice fantasy she pitched to me earlier came to a screeching halt at this juncture. I was no longer confused. I was no longer bedazzled. The fact of the matter is that if this was a legitimate marketing offer, she wouldn't have come at me in that manner. If they could back up their claims of the 30k employees she was telling me needed massage services, and would be utilizing my services, then they would not be collecting their fee up front. It would be a set up like Groupon, where a percentage is taken from purchases made when they are redeemed. Because this company is more focused on just getting a business to pay them, and apparently, not too concerned with delivering on what they are promising; and because (I don't believe) they don't have the reach they claim to have; this is the reason for the high pressure and hard sell tactics. Fortunately, someone had just arrived at my house that I needed to see, so I told her that I had a guest that had arrived at my home and that I'd have to call her back after I had looked at the site. As I began to research the site, I found out that this perksconnect.com was a division of Augeo Affinity Marketing. If you look this company up, the reviews are not that good. Additionally, despite the fact that reps from this company or division have stated that there are no BBB complaints on file about them; there are, but they were resolved to some extent, although I'm sure not to the clients benefit. So BBB has no active complaints on file, but there are complaints in the system. However, if you want to really know what people think of this company and their tactics - visit the link above. There you will find pages of reviews on this company; exactly how they approached or targeted the individual or company, and the results - if they successfully scammed the target, or what the targeted person thought of their high pressure marketing tactics. I looked at several pages on this board, and I did not see one satisfied person. I did not see one person who did not say this is a scam, except an obvious rep from the company, who stated that baloney about no complaints being listed with BBB. RenterPerks The Run Around Disgusting
My small business in Mount Dora tried and tried to get our ad posted, but were given the run around, over and over again. They suck and I am pissed (no ad from Thanksgiving through New Years)! Trying to make it better is a resolution but this company was more about cussing me out with a lot of treats that made me feel like they didn't care if they lost another customer. This man Chris sincerely seemed to enjoy threatening me. I am still upset and angry about this situation. And to the person putting an upset woman on hold does not make the problem go away. I'm far from done with this site and it's owner. I will use every resource I can find to let them know treating customers with this level of disrespect is not just uncalled for but also disgusting.

Perks Media Renter Perks Dave says he is going to Pay he Won't
WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. — Several more employees are now coming forward to tell their stories after 9 Investigates reported complaints about a local ad agency. A former employee at RenterPerks said the company gave her the runaround when she tried to collect her paycheck. Last week, Channel 9's Karla Ray reported that company president David Rupley went to prison 10 years ago for fraud after writing bad checks to employees. He told Ray that he would pay the former employee this week. When Ray went to Rupley's Winter Springs office Monday, she found the office cleaned out and learned that Rupley has changed his cellphone number. Stephanie Fuller is one of several women who thought they would make a decent living as a telemarketer for RenterPerks. "During this whole time I've had paychecks bounce, checks that I couldn't cash," Fuller said. Now the women claim that Rupley owes them money. Bobbi Loughman said he owes her $672, another said she is owed $576 and Rebecca Brooks claims that Rupley owes her about $400. Becky Renzi said she worked for Rupley in a Maitland office and that he owes her $9,100. "I'm just sad that there are so many people who have suffered at his hand," Renzi said. The women contacted Ray after seeing last week's story about Sheree Saltos, who said she is owed money by Rupley. Rupley agreed to a phone call with him being recorded. In the call, Rupley said he would be at the Winter Springs office at 2 p.m. Monday to drop off a money order, but instead Rupley dropped off the money at a family member's home. "You can record the conversation all you want. I don't give a (expletive) what you do. I just want to pay you. If you want to get paid, then I'll pay you," Rupley said. Rupley told Ray that he also plans to pay Loughman and Brooks. Ray learned that Rupley has been arrested 19 times on charges that include writing bad checks, swindling and organized fraud. Channel 9's legal analyst said those arrests aren't enough to stop Rupley from opening an advertising telemarketing business. "It's just sad that somebody that's a convicted *** is allowed to open up a business and *** not only his employees but other businesses. It's really sad," Fuller said. Ray reported Friday that she could not find an active business license for Rupley's Winter Springs business. The women told Ray that they are speaking to an attorney about their complaints against Rupley.

FRAUD!
On several calls I have made to the phone number (407)542-**** to find out when my ad is going to launch, which the contract I signed, states October 1, 2014. I have been mislead to, and deceived. The person representing Renters Perks tells me they need time to investigate, and will follow up, and call back, which they never do. Not only did they take my $149.00 Sept 25, 2014 upon sign-up and contract, they thought they would be slick, and tried to run another 149.00 through my account again on Dec 22,2014, which Thank You Lord I caught it in time to stop payment! I still have not got back my money from the original ach, however I'll keep an eye out for any more fraud attempts on my account in the future. Please anyone who has given your bank info to this company, keep a watchful eye out. They just random a check number, and run it through. I would not recommend this company to any one ever! I am not a former employee, which they try to say, that is who the complaints are being filed from. I am a very hard working small business owner, out of Memphis, Tn. We will all have to account for, and answer to a much bigger JUDGE then in the court rooms one day!

Wow all I can do is laugh at all the positive post the owner and his goons are trying to put to save themselves. No one is buying into the positive lies you are trying to post on here. You're back is against the wall, people are looking for you, and people are coming forward to stand up against you crooks. Time is running up!!! You can run but you cannot hide. Not everyone is a disgruntled employee. And if all these people are on drugs what kind of business are you running? Why was no cops called when you say you found drugs? Because it is all lies!

So I received an email from Brooke Ennis 2 weeks ago about placing a ad on their website. Well me being a small business owner decided to do some research today since I am back from my holiday vacation, I spent the better part of 2 hours reading everything because I am not one to judge to quickly, I know from experience that all it takes is one angry person to put something up and damage a business reputation so I did my research and read and made some calls. First the so called ex employees who are just disgruntled and drug addicts why are all the stories almost identical? Not one lie did I pick up on from these so called ex employees as a matter of fact they all have the same issue with this company. As of the businesses that actually posted complaints are also very similar to the ex employees in some way. And I highly doubt it is all the same person. Where as the responses from the owner or someone else in the complaints are all different and I also caught lies from one story to the next from the responses of the so called owner and his current employees. Also I called a couple businesses that were linked to the email sent by Brooke and either they never heard of you or they advised me not to do it because it did not work. In conclusion I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company. Do a full research and make your own decision based on the facts. Also call these businesses that have ads and ask them what they think.

I worked for renter perks for 5 months during this time I realized the company was ripping off small businesses and firing employees and not paying them the money they are owed claiming they didn't work and are all drug addicts. If you are an ex employee and David Rupley owes you money please contact me 386-383-****. We have to stand our ground and keep this man from doing this over and over. When posting you can't hide put your name and lets fight back, he doesn't owe me a lot cause I knew he wasn't going to pay me so I stopped selling and planned my getaway. I am doing this because its wrong they way he runs his business and treats his employees as well as his customers and he should be stopped.
