Problem with my new gun

New bdl went cheap on the consumer I ordered a new gun no white trim on the bdl model anymore. Disappointed.lets do better!

Ammunition

I have had more ammo problems with Remington than any other brand. I purchased a new 700 and a box of ammo several years ago, and went to sight it in. 4 of the 20 wouldn't fire. I've had problems with Remington ammo since then. I won't buy it any more.

Unhappy customer

I bought a 1911R1 in February, new in box. Last March I decided to shoot it. The first magazine held 7 shoots. 4 did not eject, 2 got caught in the slide, and 1 ejected fine. Called customer service, and got a repair number. Four days later, still waiting for the fed ex shipping label. What happened to this company? Been buying guns for 50 years and now I have a problem.

!!-87 20ga. Action Bar

Im just trying to get a barrel replaced for a Alaska wilderness rifle and no one will respond as to how to get this done

Poor service

I called Remington about my son's 783. He has had nine times when shooting at deer where the firing pin has left a dent in the primer but shell is not went off. He was shooting Remington ammo as well. I call customer service and they can't help me other than tell me to look up a YouTube video on how to take apart a bolt. They say they won't warranty it because it's over two years old. I always thought Remington was a solid company. I will be choosing other companies from now on if this is their service. Unfortunate.

I had a primer that was sideways in a bullet but Remington was really helpful and are sending me a new box of shells

Rifle question I still never received an answer to my question which ought to be plain and simple and easy to do all I want to know is barrel length and rate of twist on a 338 Win mag for 1987 model 7

Still have no answer not that difficult barrel length rate of twist on 338 win mags 1987 and a Remington 700 it's not a difficult question I can't get an answer not happy at all

Trying to get a serial number from my gun that was stolen

About 10 days ago I had firearms stolen. One is a custom para ordinance 1911 bought in 2008. Tan color. The other is a Remington 870, 12 gauge pump action shotgun in real tree camouflage. That was bought between 2005 and 2006. Im trying to get the serial #s from these firearms. I found out that you guys bought the company para ordinance/para-usa, so Im hoping the paperwork came with it. Both firearms was purchased in Arizona.

Order not received and no attempts to reach me

I ordered a shotgun. Paid for with Zelle Pay. Got a notice that I needed to pay an additional 250 for insurance. Order 3686. No word no contacting me. If I don't hear something soon the lawsuit will begin. Norman Dare Order 3686

Problems with ammunition.

I bought two flats (500) of Remington Nitro Gold Sporting Clay .410 shells. 6 to 10 out of every 25 have cracks in the brass the whole length of the case right to the primer. This is before firing.
