Have been trying to contact organisiers for last 12 months as original Astro camp was postponed. I keep trying to contact both the company and the organiser to no avail. I just want a refund now and as yet no response Not happy at all

Instructor never paid!

I mean seriously, what is wrong with this company. I taught a few classes for them in New York City and they refused to pay me. It's such a shame they are such scammers to instructors AND students.

SCAMMERS

If I could give 0 stars, I would. These people are SCAMMERS! I purchased the deal on Groupon. They continued to reschedule, then never showed up. The number they provide doesn't work. The fact that Groupon still has them listed while receiving numerous complaints is ridiculous! SMH

Booked, paid, they cancelled

I booked a class and paid for it, they then cancelled and now I’ve been trying to get someone to contact me about rescheduling and no one responds to emails, answers the phone or responds on FB. Scam!

Company does not exist SCAM

I purchased a groupon deal for a 3-hour photography class for 2 people in Boston. When we went to use the groupon and book the class online, their booking site was down. When we called their phone number, it directed us to a different company. We emailed the company multiple times using their info email address posted on the website, and we never got a response. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue with groupon's customer service, I requested a refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR GROUPON DEALS.

Scam!!!!

I received a Groupon to purchase a class through Remember Forever. The links on the website won't work. Their telephone number rings through to a company called "Sea Born". I also emailed them but no response. Total Scam!!!!!! Groupon can not help me either!!!! They won't give me a credit because this was given to me as a gift. The people that purchased it will get the money back!!! This review is making me write at least 100 words which is really *** so I'm sorry I'm still talking about this. Do not purchase anything from this company and i'm seriously about ready to boycott Groupon as well!!!!

Steer clear of these scammers!

I purchased and unlimited class pass from this company in the winter of 2015 entitling me to unlimited classes until the summer of 2016. To date, I have signed up for 10 classes of which 9 have been cancelled (11/25/15, 12/5/15, 12/17/15, 1/21/16, 4/7/16, 4/27/16, 5/7/16, 5/19/16, 5/26/16) and the one that was conducted started late and ended over an hour early. I have tried reaching out to this vendor via email (4/1/16, 4/8/16, 4/14/16, 5/11/16) and by phone (4/14/16, 4/22/16) and have received no response from them despite many attempts. Remember Forever Photography continues to allows students to register for classes and cancels them with little to no notice and clearly no refunds. Buyer beware DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I've reached out to GroupOn as well as Remember Photography sells their services on their site. Update: 8/8 Hey there yelpers, I have tried emailing RFP over 14 times with no resolution. I have reached out to and files complaints with the Australian Competitions and Consumer commission, The Office of Fair Trading/Department of Justice and Attorney-General, The BBB and The Attorney Generals Office (MA). I strongly suggest you do the same. I have also reached out to groupon about this businesses shady business practices as they are still listed as a vendor on their website. I have sent many emails to Luke himself and have nor revived a single response from him. Have I mentioned buyer beware?

Remember Forever Photography Photo Review from Melbourne, Victoria

Luke's concept pieces look fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone. Had a few email issues where communication wasn't coming through which resulted in a delay and appeared as though Luke had gone MIA but Luke was extremely helpful in sorting everything out. A previous review was made in error when I wasn't able to make any contact with Luke and I was upset about not receiving images, however I now know this was incorrect. Highly recommend

Remember Forever Photography Services Review from Melbourne, Victoria

Luke Ballard is a scammer. He will take photos and take your money but won't give you what you have paid for in return. He gives you no option but to sign the model release and then will ignore what you have asked for and do whatever he thinks best for his own advertising. Then he disappears without providing you with the images that you have paid for, keeps your money and ignores any requests that he either provide a refund or the service you have paid for. He is a scammer and a thief.

Follow up on my previous post

After posting my previous review of Remember Forever I decided to contact Luke by telephone. The recorded voicemail message was from his wife, a co-owner of RF. The message indicated that I would receive a call back; never happened and it has been over a week and a half. I also visited the general website because I still could not login as a paid member and noted that the two or three classes he did post were now for sale to the general public. To say the least I am more than a little dismayed of having been ripped off by Luke and his company. Even when I could log on there were numerous complaints from my classmates asking Luke why he was traveling abroad and not posting the online videos in a timely fashion or not at all. I would highly suggest if you want a good online professional photography course visit Shaw Academy. They are polar opposite of Remember Forever.

Remember Forever is not worth the time or money

In June of 2014 I took a Remember Forever Class in Denver, CO. Luke showed up an it was great. I then paid for his 12 months of online photography course. After the third course he disappeared and I was locked out of the site. I contacted the USA representative who was helpful but could not do anything. He eventually quit. His successor, who I met and took a class from during the summer of 2015 in Washington, DC claimed that the online course would continue and be extended past the February 2016 date. I tried to visit the site in January 2016 and I am still locked out with no way to contact Luke. Meanwhile his Facebook page is still active but he is nowhere to be found. Save your time and money. While Luke is a good teacher he is not a good businessman.

NEVER PAID ME

I was hired July 29th 2015 and taught 3 classes for RFP. I taught three classes for Remember Forever Photography and I haven't been paid for not one. I exchanged emails with Luke Ballard telling me he's been busy and last email said he'd get my pay issue resolved in 24 hours. It's been 2 1/2 months since he said he'd get it taken care of. I am owed $262.50 for the classes I taught. I have been told by the, Matt the individual that hired me has told me he also hasn't been paid. I have emailed Luke Ballard, they Facebook fan page, Remember Forever Photography Australia also. Not one response.

Remember Forever Photography Work Experience Review

I was hired to be a photographer for Remember Forever July 26th. I've taught 3 classes since and one of which was rescheduled cuz of RF miscommunication. I have not been paid for any of the classes I taught and I have been ignored by Luke Ballard for the past almost 3 weeks of emails I've sent to him. I'm or hundred of dollars.

DOES NOT PAY EMPLOYEES

Remember Forever is the worst photography company ever, and is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I was hired in New York City to photograph an engagement shoot in April of 2015 and was never paid for my services. It is impossible to get a hold of any representative or the owner, Luke Ballard, as all calls and emails go unanswered. He owed another employee/instructor $1000 and she had to threaten legal action before he finally paid her months later. Do not give your business to this unreliable company, as they pocket all money for themselves and do get free labor out of their photographers.

Remember Forever Photography's horrible customer service

My husband was booked for a workshop through Remember Forever Photography last month. We were on vacation in Vegas, the workshop ran from 6 to 10:30 so after eating dinner at 4:30 just to make it to the meeting point (which was all the way at the far end of the strip) on time no one showed up. We NEVER received a call or email telling us my husband's workshop had been canceled. It would have been nice to know as we would have gone to a show instead of wasting our evening waiting for an instructor- Julio, who never showed up. My husband called Julio, leaving a voicemail and never received a call back. We called several other numbers and got no response from them. After waiting 1/2 an hour from when the time the workshop was to begin we gave up. I called the next day to try to get our money back and was disgusted by the lack of customer service! I was first told by the man who answered the phone that he could not find my husband's name in the computer. I asked if he wanted the booking number as I had the confirmation email right in front of me. The man who answered the phone miraculously found my husband's name. He then told me that my husband was booked for a workshop in NYC, I read the email to him, "It says here Las Vegas, Nevada, Location, the Las Vegas Strip," I told him, then he told me that the phone number they had for us was incorrect, It was correct on the email. Finally he gave the excuse that they had recently switched software and were having some difficulty with that. I asked than why did my husband get an email from them asking for a review of his workshop? The man who answered the phone was trying as hard as he could to not give the refund so finally I told him enough with the excuses, just give us a refund already. He said I was too angry and would have to call back when I called down and hung up! I have tried to call back several times during business hours and have never had someone answer the phone. I have left voicemails repeatedly after business hours and have not been called back. I just wanted to let everyone know that Remember Forever Photography's customer service is literally nonexistent!
