Totally unsatisfied customer

Website let you book an appointment, but there arent any available at the salon. The salon did not open on time the person that open the salon was very flippant and rude. When I try to call Regis headquarters they try to get you to do some kind of a program or voucher and you cant talk to customer service. What a scam.

Reformulation of a fromerly perfect product.

Recently I went looking for "Olive Oil" a wonderful light-scented leave in conditioner I had been using for years at the recommendation of my stylist, who knew the smell of most hair product made me nauseous. Oive Oil was perfect-until I ran out. I then found that the product packaging had been re-designed-no problem and REFORMULATED. It now REEKS and smells just as awful as everything else out there. Somebody explain to me PLEASE, why, when you have a perfect product, you pay somebody to screw it up??! Change for the sake of improvement is a wonderful thing, change for the sake of change is a useless waste of time and money, something your stakeholders might be interested in hearing about. I got a refund and the person who refunded me at the salon agreed with me. Literally reeks. When I tried to mail this comment, the "form" I had to use insisted the country code was wrong - the one THEY put it. When I tried a a "chat" it directed me to a page looking for my credit card number. Looks like maybe you need to take a look at your IT department as well as your chemists.

Complain

Hi I recently visit to magic hair cut . Which I usually goes because is in my budget . But I was really shocked when my barber told me all hair cut prices went up . I usally get layers cut . She said regular haircuts $25.99 but if you want layer cut is $25,99 + $ 12.99 . Wow boom . Which is out of my budget. .magic Hair cut supposed to be affordable Hair Cut, but the prices not anymore affordable the price would be remain $25.99 for any hairstyle or if you want to raise up the price. $5 to $6 not jump in to $12.99 on top of $25.99 . Its way too much .also I want to use my self to dry my hair . She told me u have to pay $5.99 for just use hair dyer . Are u kidding me . Really . Make magic hairs cut Affordable .Thanks a lot.

Work Harassment /bad management

Filed multiple work place harassment forms. Caught the manager stealing from me and the company. Her daughter Shannon smokes weed between clients and is heavily under the influence while cutting hair. She also talks crap on her clients after they leave. Her other daughter Courtney was fired for stealing money from the company and being on *** (they are trying to rehire her back). After she was fired I was by myself without my license for two weeks cutting hair with no help. Her daughter Shannon also pockets money from the salon. Both her and her daughter harass me in front of clients and those clients have came forward about it. I contacted two people in a higher position and they flat out ignored me and told me to make a complaint through email. I made four complaints and I got fired hours later for promoting my work online even though I was told by Ladon (the manager) I was allowed to take my things home and work on family. The day before getting fired I was told Im a bad stylist and Im restricted on what I can and cant do, but in that same day I had four people tell me they will become regulars. The week before I had four request for me. They are ruining my imagine telling people Im a bad stylist when me and another stylist are the ones fixing the manager haircuts because she cant see well enough to cut clients hair. So if you go to smart styles in Miami ok do not go to Ladon, she can not see to cut hair. She also commits time theft and the company covers it up and acts like nothing happened but continues to fire me over posting an eyebrow wax promoting my work to come see me. I didnt know I wasnt allowed to promote myself and I told them I can take it down and I was still fired for it. The only thing I was told not to do is give my number out to clients and I havent done that since being told so. I was never told I couldnt post online about my work and for people to come see me. And I was also told that my license can be taken away if I work from home but nice try, there is a new law due to covid stating hairdressers and barbers can go to their clients home or their client can go to their home. Not that I did do clients at my home but my home life is no ones business. Im not doing anything illegal but Ladon and Shannon are. Being high and under the influence while working in a salon can get your license taken away and you better believe Im contacting Oklahoma State Boards and I have clients and other stylists who will back me up because they have seen her do it at work and they can smell it as well. Bully me and fire me I will make a boycott for this outrageous company and I have plenty of people and reoccurring customers who will support not going to smart styles. I know people and and I will make it the slowest salon in town. Please do the right thing and fire Ladon and Shannon. Im done being bullied and if I have to i can sue for work place harassment and if not that at least defamation of my work.

Employee on drugs

Employee Shannon Rendel at Miami Oklahoma Smart Styles openly admits to doing shrooms and taking pills, as well as openly admits to going outside to self medicate on marijuana before doing other clients. She is intoxicated and that can be dangerous and a liability for the salon. As well as it is ILLEGAL and inappropriate. Ive contacted Aretha the district manager and she has not cared to investigate. I took it to Oklahoma State Boards of Cosmetology and Barbering and they will be opening an investigation soon. Her license will most likely be getting taken away. This could have been avoided.

Complaint

I went in to the Pearl ridge location to get a long shag/modern *** with wispy curtain bangs. I emphasized on the fact that I wanted to keep as much length as possible and didn't want any choppy layers or choppy bangs. The stylist (Debbie) did not ask for any reference pictures and barely asked any questions to clarify what I wanted so I assumed she was confident she could achieve what I asked for. When she started she said she would give me a "dry cut" and proceeded to flat iron my hair although my hair is naturally extremely straight. Normally the stylist would wash my hair prior to cutting but I didn't question anything because I assumed this is what she needed to do to achieve my desired hair cut (although I always ask for the same hair cut and always received a wash). At the end of my service she flat ironed my hair again which was unnecessary due to the fact that she already flat ironed my hair and didn't wet it at all during the cut. When my hair cut was revealed I was extremely disappointed, a lot of my length was gone and my layers and bangs were choppy but I didn't see the extent of the choppiness until I went home and had my fiancé take pictures from the back. But I remained friendly and thanked her anyways. When Debbie cashed me out I noticed the screen at the register said cut with shampoo and style but because I was feeling down about my hair cut I said nothing and just wanted to get out of there so I tipped her (because that's just who I am) and left. I left that salon with extreme regret, especially because I just paid for a $74 hair cut I dont like and it came with incomplete services. Even though I felt this way, I decided to try to swallow the loss but I couldn't get it off of my mind so I reached out to a friend who use to do my hair when she worked at the Regis in Ala Moana before it closed down and she not only agreed that my hair cut was botched but she indeed confirmed that each hair cut service came with a wash and blow out. I called every Regis on the island to ask how much a woman's hair cut is and what the service comes with and they all confirmed it as well. After getting that confirmation my plan was to call and ask for a partial refund for the services I did not receive but when I spoke to Debbie, she was extremely defensive right off the jump, kept talking over me and proceeded to tell me that I should be grateful she flat ironed my hair because that should've been an extra charge for me. She then started going off about how it's up to the stylist if their client gets a wash and a blow out and that if I wanted that my bill would've been 100 something. First off, I didn't ask her to flat iron my hair and I was unaware she was doing a "free" service for me by doing so. Second, if you're going to do a "free" service that I didn't ask for, in place of the services I actually paid for shouldn't that be communicated to the client PAYING? I asked why that wasn't communicated to me as I don't even like flat ironing my hair, so I would've declined that service if I was asked, then she told me "That's why I told you I was doing a dry cut" which I replied "Im not a stylist nor did I go to school for this, so how am I suppose to know what that meant?". She then said "That's why we don't tell our clients anything because they don't know what we have to do to reach the goal." I think that's downright WRONG. After her continuing to talk down and over me I finally asked to speak to a manager then she told me she was the manager, so I asked to speak to another manager. The other manager Debbie L came on the line and basically defended her stylist, was rude and offered no solution. I asked to speak to a higher manager than her and she declined that as well. I can't put into words how regretful I am for giving my hard working money to people who are comfortable with not only ripping their customers off but for getting upset at their client when they're questioned about it. I didn't want a full refund to begin with because although I dislike my hair cut, it was still a service provided to me but for the services I didn't receive but paid for, I should very well get a refund!

Didn't like my perm and the back of my neck is burnt

The young man that did my hair should have said your hair's too short for me to get it around the rods instead of making me look like a poodle. I wanted a body wave. I told him this twice. If my hair was too short then he should have said I cannot do your hair at this time and moved on. But I'm very dissatisfied. It's real curly kinky frizzy. I don't like my hair like that and the chemicals burnt the back of my neck. I complain to the store the salon rather that I got this from and the manager had very little to say about it. Then I called back after I had sent her the pictures of my burnt neck and my pitiful hair. She's sick the assistant manager on me and she was very very rude. She said I was biased. He was the one that complained that his fingers were too fat. She turned it around and said I said it, which I did not. She should be taught a lesson not to argue with the customer. I know what I wanted and it didn't turn out that way. I got to have a receipt

I have used designline for silver hair shampoo and conditioner for ten years.. the purchase I made on May 2nd. In Cortland ohio. Was not as before. I have had horrible itching. The salon abd Walmart has Refused me a refund. 42.88 fur both products. The salon clerk insisted no change to product. Last nighti then washed with baby shampoo no itching. I would like a com refund

Horrible hair service

I don't even know where to start ! Absolutely horrible service at Super Cuts in Zephyrhills Fl. Hair stylist for one is not professional in any manor. My hair looked horrible and I could've done a better job myself! Stylist still left my hair gray, dye all over my face and scalp and she says " It'll wash off" waste of $65 ! I sent an email to corporate and attached my pictures with no response and also called and was given a reference number and was told Kim with Corporate willfully me, well here it is over 1 week later and no one has yet to reach out to me ! I want someone to call me because I would like a refund after the horrible service and color I received ! My number is 813713****

No communication

Nothing happened I had somebody contact me and I sent them pictures then they contacted somebody else and was supposed to send that person pictures and that person called me and said they didnt send pictures so I sent that person pictures and I have not heard a thing. The money was taken out of my account I tried contacting everybody as so I could get this refunded to me before it even came out of my account hopefully but so far the person got their tip even

Video tape

I was verbally assaulted. My card was charged more money than it was supposed to be. 130.00 for 15 foils .20 max. My daughter was soaked front and back. My daughter was verbally assaulted. no receipt given. I had to do my own research to find this woman's name who was stylist. I have a video and it is not pretty. I expect something should be done about this. I know yall do not want this for your reputation. And from more research 80 should have only been charged at max. My daughter left with wet head and no styling done. So I believe this is what you call stealing when you charge someone for a service that was not provided.

Chemical burn in my eye. Poor management, and staff.

I went for a perm and got a chemical burn because the stylist squirted the perm solution in my eye. The store manager was no help. He said if I want my money back so I can see a Dr. I don't feel like it should be my responsibility to pay for their mistake. I ended up seeing 2 Dr.s and for 7 days I have to take an ointment antibiotic for my eye. I'm looking for a lawyer if I don't speak to someone soon. 281-725-****

Salon mngr assisted in my haircut and color. She had a photo to go by. The color and cut were not ever close to the photo. Plus she charged me 154 77 for the service and I have short hair. Plus more

I was given Helen J Smarts customer service phone number and have called it many times leaving messages with a auto reply saying that I would be contacted within 73 hrs. It's been a week and still no reply or call.

She's the " owner ". I've filed several online complaints via email with no responses. So I advise everyone to steer clear if the salon.

I shall turn to Twitter, Tic Toc, FB, and YouTube to get thus message out. If nothing else maybe I can save someone else this stressful ordeal.
