I am so pissed! The girl that done my nails was very rude to me...she works at the salon in Walmart at 5050 troupe hwy Tyler tx 75707 Her name is Amy...very rude...I just got a fill and design on 2 nails ...she asked me questions bout my teeth jewelry if I was married and if my husband was black...when she charged me $45 I gave her $100 and begins she treated me so rudely I was only going to tip her $2... She took $5 out of my change from $100...I should have got $55 back but only got $50 then she asked if I was going to tip her more...

Making own prices and not starting at Board price
The price board stated $30 and up for acrylic full set. I asked how much for a regular full set of acrylic and I was quoted $45. Normally the price starts to go up from starting price when you start asking for special requestsSuch as filing into coffin or stillito shaped. I resent that your employees are making up their own prices

Yesterday I visited the Regal Nails salon located inside the Walmart in del Prado Cape Coral, Florida I visited the salon for years. Yesterday I asked to have nail filling and a pedicure shallac with two designs in my nails, the owner Tom told me that the price would be $65.00 and I say ok. He start doing my nail but he was hurting me with the equipment and I told him that I have pain, he was very rude to me and told me to relax. I have Rheumatism and can not put my fingers straight. Later on I asked if he is going to do the designs and he started screaming at me that this is extra cost. The owners are very rude, dirty and unprofessional. I told him to finish my nails and that I dont want the pedicure anymore. He told me thats ok and that he doesn't care. The wife told me that they have cheap prices anyway. I didn't ask for nothing for free. That was the worst service I ever had in my life. The owners charge people whatever price they want. I will never visited the salon anymore. My friends warned me to not to go there anymore but yesterday I wanted to give a try again. I think is so rude that they talk bad about their customers in their language. I feel insulted and unsafe being there yesterday. I hope that doesn't happened to another customer. The salon should me sanitize. Thank you, Patricia Schsllon Cape Coral, Florida

Horrible service
Had my dip nails removed..asked for manicure..next two days nails broke and nail polish chipped away! I gave a good tip..dont book with the guy..horrible service!

Pictures enclosed. Pedicure maybe took 10 min, the rest of times trying to stop bleeding. Filed my pinky so hard more blood ,nails not dry snugged, eyebrows waxed bottom of eyebrows only had to plunk them when at home. Every time I said something, yes mama.last time different girl I kept telling her nails too long, shed say yes file a bit I kept repeating my self no go. Thought Id try again as Ive been going there for years, gave them benifit of doubt. This time worse. No cummunication, lack of English.I ask receipt for work I had done, I complained to her why she didnt give me $6 special. I was told next time. I again asked for receipt No go, after all these years I hate giving them another chance and costing me money. As far as Im concerned I shouldnt had to pay Check pictures. Thank you for your time.

The nail tech was speaking badly of me the entire time with a coworker thinking I could not understand them but I could and I refuse to pay for the job they did it is terrible customer service I am leaving my number so you can contact me if you have any questions but I am leaving the store without payment because I refuse to pay for this horrible service 323-251-****

This place seemed shady!
Shop looked unkept. Felt very very pressured to get other services and had a difficult time understanding what the employees were telling me. Had waxing done right by the break room where other employees were eating. The area looked unclean and disorganized. Had to pay before they would paint my nails. They tried to ask for cash instead of letting me just decide how I wanted to pay. This is the first time I have ever ended up bleeding while getting my nails done. I won't go back there.

Worst experience EVER
The technician couldn't figure out how to remove old shellac from my nails. She burned my nails with the drummel tool, and they are so thin - they feel so strange. She began to shape them (what was left of them), and made them narrow before I realized what she'd done. I alway have a very square edge. I decided to forgo the rest of my appointment so, I essentially paid $8 to have my nails destroyed.

Stole my credit card number and bought illegal fireworks more than $3300
Used my credit card to try to purchase $3300 illegal fireworks off the internet fortunately chase fraud department notified me of the stolen credit card number and declined the charge I want these Regal nails store investigated.

Horrible service!
My no chip nail polish was coming off in one day! The girls made me bleed when removing my cuticles. Worst experience ever! They were very rude about it when I called n asked to come n fix it. They asked was I doing something that made the nail polish come off. Worst service ever! Dont waste ur time or money!

They did ombré brows on me, rushed because they were short on labour, did a sloppy mismatched, unprofessional job that now I have to live with or pay a lot to get fixed

Been waiting for my daughter for almost 2 hours for just a full set ...this is ridiculous

I felt beyond humiliated and treated with the upmost disrespect. I walked in n asked if I can get a pedicure n full set n the actual owner (later found out) told me they were booked for the day n could not take me. I then asked if they took walk ins n she then asked me again what u wanted. I again told her what I needed n she just continued to work on the girl that was there n ignored me. I asked for management or corporate number n she again refused to say anything to me. Then u asked for the owner n she clearly stated owner has no time for me. Later to find out she was the owner when u talked to Walmart management (as nail salon is in Walmart). I really have been horrified by the discriminatory treatment I felt. I clearly saw they were only servicing Caucasian people. I am not Caucasian. I then waited to see if they would service a walk in n sure enough a Caucasian woman walked in n was a walk in n they treated her very welcoming. Horrific experience! They only care about taking care of clients that r Caucasian. Dont support such a business!

Ugly nail job
I went to Regal Nails in Lakeland, fl yesterday. I had to tell him I wanted round nails and he did square. I would like a refund of my 40$. Nails look terrible and now I have got to go another nail salon to have this corrected. Also the nail salon was dirt. Please call me at 863-712-**** or 863-732-****. Thanks
